This place used to be one of the best in town. The prices were fantastic and the employees were happy & friendly. I dunno what happened but the place is now way overpriced and the comfy, happy, welcoming vibe is gone. For being a 2nd hand store, the prices are ridiculous. U can buy brand new at Walmart for a very comparable price, sometimes even less. The furniture is way overpriced for 2nd hand and they no longer have the back room of "random treasures". U used to be able to find that one, totally nonsensical item you've been looking everywhere for in the back room for a great price. Now it's all been cleaned up (which isn't a terrible thing, I guess) but there's nothing worth buying and if you DO find something, it's overpriced. Every day has a different "½ price" area of the store which is cool. But the prices are so high that it still doesn't really feel like much of a deal. The store is definitely cleaner and more "trendy" but I just don't see that as reason enough for the huge price jump. I used to go in every Wednesday for half price day but now I only go in MAYBE once every 3 months. And I only live a block away... such a bummer. I had no problem dropping $80+ every visit before. It was always a joke when I'd walk in that I'd be paying an employees weekly wages. Now I just drive by. I did stop by numerous times the month before Christmas to buy Christmas lights (I decorate BIG with lights) but this year they literally had NOTHING for decor. Previous years I bought hundreds of strands of Christmas lights. This year I bought 2. Again, such a bummer. The place has cars in the parking lot when I drive by, but nothing like before. I really hope they figure out a "middle ground" and come up with better prices on items. They don't have to be as cheap as before, but lower than what they're charging now would bring more people in. All the locals are ALWAYS on the local classifieds complaining of such high prices. I hope they figure it out.... Just being honest.

I used to love this store. Now it's not worth walking in the door. Looks like they send off all the good stuff and keep the junk. They must have a new greedy CEO.

This place used to be great but recently the prices have been RIDICULOUS. For a small town thrift store you'd think they'd be reasonably priced but you'd be wrong. These items are donated, so they get them for FREE & they sell them like they paid top dollar. $8 for an ugly chipped kitchen bowl or $18.99 for a USED women's t shirt.

This place use to be great, but the new management is starting to ruin it, and making me happy to drive over to CDA for a thrift store. The staff are getting quite rude, especially to older people, almost yelling at them at times if they have questions or don't understand the sudden changes, the prices for used stuff is getting insane, and the staff are inconsistent at best on prices. I wanted a backpack for half off on the day "Backyard and Sporting Goods" were half off, but was told it was a clothing item, so was not half off. Today I go in, and picked it up again, and this time was told it IS now a sporting good and backyard item and is not half off on clothing goods day, even though the lady said a few minutes earlier that "anything you wear counts as clothing". When I said a backpack is worn, she literally said "you don't wear backpacks, they hang from you", then went on to mention it is only shirts, purses, pants, shoes and hats.... PURSES HANG FROM YOU. I am getting real tired of coming in here, and am likely just going to start making the extra 30 drive over to CDA so I don't have to spend 30 minutes listening to the manager here be a jerk to everyone.

Used to be the best place to go for all your thrift needs but in the last year the prices have gotten insane. $50 for some unwashed used clothes that all fit in a single Walmart bag? $40 for a wrecked bike that couldn't be fixed? I won't bother going back. Walmart sells new for less.

Used to love this place,now they have gotten so expensive in there you can't even afford to buy used underwear. I would not shop there unless you a rich folk just saying. But I still like to look every now and again.

What is with these prices here since the new manager? They are so high! Isn't this stuff DONATED?! The only things that are reasonably priced are on 1/2 off day. A few days ago. $500 for a couch. $17 for a shirt. $45 for a "vintage" blender. C'mon

I love this store. There are always great deals and staff is always friendly. I love how they have huge discounts on stuff through out the week. It’s rare to go there and not find something you need and some cool treasure.

I absolutley love this thrift store. The discounts are great! Along with the great variety of nick nacks, clothes, dishes, furniture, ect and much much more. Also the staff there are wonderful, kind, friendly, funny folks. I always leave there with a smile. I know i got a great deal and friendly service is always a bonus! I appreciate the staff, the stuff and the helping hand for our community as well.Thank you!

So full and SOOO EXPENSIVE for donated items, they need more sale days!! The OSBURN STORE IS PACKED. But 15.00 for a used donated Bra is a bit much! $8- $15.00 for used jeans and shirts is too much. People that work there are so sweet and hard workers. Company in general is too expensive
