I came here looking for a gift for my grandpa’s 70th birthday, thank the lord he’s still with us! very heartbreaking to think it might be the last one we’ll get to celebrate with him. Not once was I asked if I needed any help. Instead we were told, ‘monkey’s aren’t allowed here, and this isn’t a playground. Get out!’ By a very rude an obviously RACIST employee. @tractorsupply, do better.

Nice addition to our town when tractor supply came in to our community. They have a very knowledgeable staff and quite an array of products. I have a small handyman and used frequently for many things. I highly recommend them.

Great atmosphere and polite and helpful staff. If they don't know the answer to your question, they will find someone who does.Also, great prices on canned dog & cat food at $14.79 for 12 can case dog food and 24 can case cat food! It's an amazing price!

We arrived in the afternoon, they were out of cracked corn. That was our reason to drive 30 miles to shop.I decided to buy canned cat food. Both registers were busy, one customer with a return. The other the associate was asking the customer to sign up for TSC credit card. I went to use the self checkout , that wasn't working. I left my purchase at the register and left empty handed.If there is a line waiting couldn't the customer signing up for CC be moved to a different location?It'll be a while before I drive 30 miles to use this store.

Just had some of the best customer service I've ever received. Billie at Tractor Supply store in Orofino, ID went out of her way to get me what I needed for the right price. I live out of town but highly recommend her and that store.Thanks5 Stars

Was okay real friendly friendly people was looking at the gun safe would have bought the 799 if they would have dropped it a hundred bucks but now I'm going to North 40. Same gun safe $100 cheaper

Okay this is another place I can live in! LOL it fits this small town perfectly Orofino as a login town Farm Town and the products they sell their fit in perfectly and of course or a female people that work there are as friendly and knowledgeable as you could get anything you need go there first!

I had to leave one star because I had no choice. Drove 50 miles to use the dog washing station and to shop around, employees seemed very racist and very rude insinuating me and my fiancé were up to no good by constantly asking questions and following us around. And then proceeding to ask me if I took my dogs home after I had washed them and walked them around the premises. Will not be coming back.

Greeted when we came in. Checkout was disappointing. Cashier was on the business line with what sounded like a personal call. Other than to ask for our reward # she never spoke to us again. Never bagger our purchase.
