See Harold or ask for Harold and heal help you in the meat department he will get you what you want! The grocery store is very reasonably priced, the hardware store is a little pricey.

Not very helpful at all. Rented a rug shampooer which was dirty when I picked it up. Trying to return it the clerk is going over old scratches and stains trying to say it was dirty so she could charge me a cleaning fee. :(I also ordered items to be sent to the store on a couple of occasions. The staff could not find the item after calling to tell me it had arrived (I live about 15 miles away one way...) I was called again on this item and again drove to store to be told they could not locate it again.... Do not recommend them sadly had to change my review

Im biased as i worked here for 10 ish years! 1/2 hardware 1/2 grocery. Great staff, great service. Can get groceries, Hardware, beer, and propane until 8pm. Great place to work as well!

Hayes is ok, if you know where everything's at. Some of the staff need way better training, a few couldn't even find the microphone button to ask for help with propane.

This is a great store, and it's owned by a local resident, NOT a corporation, so the prices and quality are excellent! Not to mention, it's also an Ace Hardware!

How is love to go to his foods have been going there for many years it also have an Ace hardware store inside and I've learned over the years that if you need something odd different or the same old thing this is the store that you want to go to to get what you need for your dining needs nice food store anything you may need to work on your home your car or man cave that your building they'll have everything that you need, and if they don't have it they can certainly get it usually by as early as the next day. that's where I go for my shopping needs and if you try itI think you'll love it just as much as I do next to the bowling alley right on the river on highway 12 just downriver from the orofino bridge it's worth the drive I promise and I can only say that because that's where I shop on a regular basis

HAYES/ACE HARDWARE , Orofino, Idaho, business rating SHOULD BE " -5 STARS "After 17 years, I will NEVER buy anything from Hayes Ace Hardware , Orofino, Idaho again!! IM DONE SUPPORTING THIS SMALL BUSINESS.....I'm a Proud owner of a reliance Defective hot water heater. I called reliance as per instructions on the hot water tank., they VERIFIED, the hot water heater was under warranty, APOLIGIZED for the problem and GLADLY gave me the code needed for the REPLACEMENT.The owner of Hayes/ Ace Hardware , Mr Scott, REFUSED to honor the replacement , as per the manufactors guarentee, , the owner Mr Scott said I needed a paper receipt to verify the date of purchase... the owner Mr Scott WOULD NOT EVEN CALL reliance to verify the product replacement code. Sadly, The owner Mr. Scott had two Reliance hot water heaters on hand, but not for replacements..I'm ANGRY, and anyone who talks to me about Hayes/Ace Hardware Orofino,Idaho I will tell them how I feel about their customer service I received from the owner Mr.Scott.I am happy to be inconvenientanced by driving 30 plus miles one way, to say, Thank you to Kamiah Ace Hardware, who called Reliance ,verified the replacement code and gladly replaced the defective hot water heater. When I arrived, they loaded the new reliance hot water heater up and finished ringing up my other purchases... I truly felt they appreciated my business. THANK YOU AGAIN KAMIAH ACE HARDWARE, ILL BE YOUR REPEAT CUSTOMER FROM NOW ON.

Well they have lots more than other places that are just selling food items..Hayes has lots of hardware.items paint.stove pipe.automotive wire.ect...its clean.and friendly place..yes Hayes .on riverside.to the good..tell them Doug sent.them
