I do my personal animals here and they are amazing. I found them thru the cat fixing voucher program and kept checking for new clients. So glad I did. They are super reasonable and work with you if emergency to get you in to be seen. I also use them for the Spay It Forward program to help community memebers get their cats fixed. They are like family to us and our pets.

I called looking to get my cat spayed. $95 which is a amazing price, I'd been there for my dog about 4 years ago. I guess because it's been longer than 3 years they would not I guess because it's been longer than 3 years they would not Be able to make an appointment with me. I drive by there quite often, I I rarely see more than 2 vehicles at a time where sometimes I don't see one and I drive by there quite often About 4 hours in between when I pass by.They have an amazing prize they're just don't accept patience that have been there in 3 years I guess

Very unprofessional. They are refusing new clients. I just needed a one time appt to move livestock out of state and wouldn't even consider it. Definitely not the place I would trust to take my animals. Sat on hold for over 20 minutes didn't even get to say a word when placed on hold 😒

I do not recommend this vet, as they have clearly lacked any proper knowledge in spaying and I would also be correct to assume this is the case with all types of services they provide. Do your research into this vet.. the complaints against this vet clinic are classic malpractice at its finest - you should be incredibly ashamed of yourselves for what you've not only put these families through, but the poor innocent lives you've taken due to negligence and clear lack of common knowledge in your field.

My dog got spayed and had shots. She unfortunately had a bad reaction to the anesthesia, I think. Something was wrong, she didn't eat until I gave her some pumpkin after two days. She is still acting a little strange but I don't think it was the fault of anyone there. In photo she has her hind quarters up, rather odd.

This place is old, crusty, and extremely cold inside. We did not feel comfortable setting out puppy down on the floor, or the examination table for that matter due to how filthy the place is. Our appointment with the vet, who did not introduce herself and was in a sour mood, lasted for maybe 3 minutes total. She weighed our puppy, then took her out of the room to collect a sample and administer her "treatment" on my puppy without speaking with us first about what she was going to do. This was after we specifically asked to speak with the vet before any decisions were made or any treatments were given. Also, upon receiving our franticly shaking puppy back from the vet's assistant, we were told that the vet had determined that our puppy has Colitis and gave her a shot for nausea and noticed some sort of yellow substance in her face. It is now several days later, our puppy is still not feeling well and having all of the same symptoms. We called back to speak with the vet or someone in charge, after being advised to do so, and were told that we were being discharged from their client list since we're "not a good fit". This place is very clearly a collective of unprofessional country bumkins trying to run a dumpy animal clinic, and failing to do so in great fashion. They have some unqualified young girls running the front desk area, and the vets seem like they hate their lives. We will absolutely be disputing the charges, and encouraging others to never set foot inside this dump. Beware

Been going here for awhile, recommended them to everyone. Suddenly they wont approve my animal's medicine through petmeds and said I had to buy it from them, when they didn't even have it in stock, they previously always approved my petmeds orders and now I can't get the brand of medicine I always use. I took all my pets in just a month ago, now I can't get flea and tick medicine. I drove from Vale to go to this veterinarian and they slighted us by doing this. They care more about their sales than my animals. Now I need a new veterinarian.

The only reason I give them a four not a five is they aren’t accepting new patients. If you’re able to get in the Drs. are amazing. They care about the animal and don’t charge you your first born.They have helped us numerous times including with cremation of my last fur baby that was tragically taken from us way too soon.

how can a veterinary clinic do 3 parvo tests ( all being negative ) and never think to do any other diagnostics and do a fecal or giardia test for a poor puppy that is having severe diarrhea? That is insanity! Save your money and go somewhere that has doctors that care and give proper veterinary care with legitimate diagnostics that mean something.

I came here to meet with my new Service Dog in training. All personnel were very friendly and professional. Bella got her shots and went through a quick but full exam. This won't be our regular Vet (they are pretty far from where we live) but we were treated as if we were regulars and in all the time.

Client since approximately 2015.This clinic used to be amazing, I would drive from Boise to use their services and really trusted my vets there. Unfortunately it seems that they are too overwhelmed with clients vs care providers and the quality of care has severely dropped. I took my dog in on June 2nd to have her jaw checked out and she proceeded to return every other week for follow ups trying to figure out what was wrong. When swelling showed up in her face in July the staff gave push back on wanting x rays and other testing done. Two days later the swelling grew exponentially and she was rushed in for a dental procedure. August she went in again for the same issue at which time they told me it was cancer and euthanasia was the only treatment. I asked for a biopsy and once results came back I was essentially given an “I told you so” call from the clinic and told that any chances of additional treatment with an oncologist wouldn’t be useful as we had found it too late. Unfortunately this was the case and the oncology team at WestVet was sad to say that if it had been recognized earlier we might’ve had the chance at surgical and chemo treatments. Regardless, the lack of compassion and empathy was absurd and the fact that they had been seeing this dog 2x a month for 3 months yet didn’t catch the cancer until it was too late to operate is insane.During this time my other dog went in for a dental and the tech called to tell me his teeth “looked clean” and asked if I wanted to take him back home as they didn’t think a dental cleaning was necessary. I expressed concern over a spot in his mouth then was later told they found and removed a mass but did not biopsy it (after telling me my other dog was dying from a mass in her mouth two days before!). Luckily I was able to locate my previous vet I liked from this clinic at Gem Veterinary Clinic and she immediately got my male dog in for a biopsy & was successfully able to remove the tumor from his mouth (for less than the dental cleaning at All Creatures). However All Creatures proved difficult when it came to supplying the records of his dental and I had to drive to the clinic to get a photo copy of his dental procedure after multiple failed attempts to get his records faxed.It’s a shame because for years I’ve recommended this clinic, but the quality of care is no longer there and the current doctors have no compassion for their long time clients. I’m devastated to think about how much more time I’d have with my female if they had taken my concerns seriously early on. I’m glad I took my male in for a second opinion so I wasn’t going through this with two dogs.

Update: They have taken such great care of my little guy here!! He was supposed to pass over 5 yrs ago, was given about a month with prostate tumor!! He’s still doing well!! They are kind, thoughtful, very helpful through all this!! The only vets my dog gladly goes with for X-rays or tests!! HUGE THANK YOU!!! Would give 10 stars!

We love this vet! I have been taking my animals to them for years. They are always thorough and they are reasonably priced. They are knowledgeable as well! They run their clinic with good communication and it seems like all the employees are happy to be there. While my dogs don’t care for going, lol, it’s always a good experience for us.They did a puppy wellness, she got her shots, he micro chip, de wormer, and an exam, all for like just over a hundred or something...I can’t remember exactly because our other dog was seen that day too and he added to the bill...and this was about a year ago, so I don’t remember for sure, but, their prices are good.I highly recommend their clinic. They are a great place to take your animals to be seen. This place really cares.

Do not go here to get your animal neutered or spayed unless u want a whole week of complications with your animals then lie saying they are in just heat then your animal will be dead the next day, they will miss inform u with everything that is going on with your pet.

This place is just awesome! The staff are all very pleasant and they go an extra mile to ensure your pet is as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. I had nothing but bad luck with veterinarians in the past, and moving over a hundred miles it was so nice to have found this place and not have to worry about my two bigger dogs! For the first 3 years of her life, my dog was heartbreakingly sick and none of the vets in the area I am from could figure anything out to help her. When I asked where I could find a good vet in the area here I was sent to All Creatures. We weren't there long, and the staff had my baby feeling like the pup she was rather than just being miserable! I live in Weiser, and it is well worth the distance each month to see my puppy happy! You couldn't find better doctors for your furry friends!
