Nice people, small town grocery and misc. Products you didn't know you wanted until it caught your eye and it's like, " gotta buy it". A little bit of everything with the added charm you only get with our friendly neighbors and passerbys you likely will run into at this general store. Expect a smile from a stranger or a hug from a friend. Quaint and convenient and probably carries that one item you need that just happens to be on a shelf here.

The employees and super repectful and awsome people. Store owner cussed me out for leaving tire tracks in his gravel parking lot stating that means I was going too fast. I still apologized trying to be nice and he continued to cuss me out. It's GRAVEL you will leave tracks no matter how slow you go.

They always have what you need and if they don't they can point you in the direction you pick it up. You can get diesel and get a shower and you can do your laundry or you can have a good conversation for mostly and get your needs met

This little big store is a great stop on your way through the area. It’s bigger than you think before you go in. Ice cream, coffee, snacks, and fair prices. Just the way an old fashioned general store should be. Also has some tools and things which helps not running all the way back to Bonners or Sandpoint if you are working out on a project in the area.

Great place to get a few groceries or gas. You also can get a ice cream cone or latte or smoothies they are so yummy 😋. Great people and very helpful and polite. I recommend this place if you need things for your home or camping

I've been a patron of NGS since 2012. The owner runs the place like he truly cares. Great coffee, great service, great selection. Ever growing and always expanding. Ironically, I'm writing this review because I was looking to see how early they open and found I need to wait a few minutes before I run down there and I saw that I've never left a review. I don't think there's another general store around as awesome as Naples Store.

We stopped in here to ask about the area because we were considering a move to Sandpoint. We asked where we can shoot and run our ATVs - he was very helpful giving us the names of parks we could go to.If we move up here, we’ll definitely come back for an iced coffee because he put so much effort into another customer’s coffee. He knows how to do so much, offers a great variety for a small town, & knows his customers by name and need. Rare find in today’s crazy fast world.

Very kind employees, making everyone who walks in the door feel welcome. They will go way out of their way to assist you, even calling folks that are off but may know the answer to a question. Customer Service is a priority. The prices are slightly higher than those at larger markets but because of the way they make you feel I am happy to spend a little more. Thanks for providing a little light in my day when I come in.

Excellent people. That place has been there forever been going sence I could walk kinda a secret place when everyone is out of your favorite drink Naples store alway had it. And the had an army surplus . Post office. And the floor and inside is so old school it like walking back in time . Love it

The general store is also the post office, the ice cream store, the coffee shop, the hardware store, the video rental place and the gas station. So one stop shop

NGS is captured in time. There’s an image just beyond on the wall near the P.O. boxes “1937” to discover. Imagine growing up where the structure has been there for over a century and is still ran to support the neighborhood, new arrivals and passer bys. There’s a trivia game every day for the winner to collect too! The staff are really polite and informative.
