Yesterday my wife, son, and I were shopping and noticed a large drive able toy car that had been on clearance and would be perfect for our son. We called the manager who was named coach Paige to answer some of our concerns for it. After helping with our questions she assured us the product quality and truly helped us with this purchase. Coach Paige was amazing and truly cares about the customer. She is an asset a deserves a raise!

I love this place! Everyone is super friendly and always welcoming to the community and its customers! I’ve been coming here for 10 plus years and I think it’s amazing how much you guys have changed especially up at the front end it’s always a pleasure coming here. Also Jeremiah up at the front always is nice to me I remember when he was on the register. Him and I would talk about football all the time and now he is a manager it’s so cool seeing people appreciate the kid’s work!

Tried to order online delivery. I made the order several hours in advance, for a time when they likely wouldn't be busy. The order was delayed. That was fine. What isn't fine, is that it still says delayed, and according to the associate that answered the phone, the delivery department closed hours ago. And it still says on the website that the order will arrive in a couple hours. This is ridiculous. If you can't deliver the order, for goodness' sake, just tell me instead of stringing me on until midnight. A complete waste of time. If you can't do it right, don't do it at all.

I shopped with my adult daughter. We got boys long sleeves t-shirts and sweat pants. Bought a few groceries and a Christmas necklace for her. Used self check out and wasn't in the store very long. Thank you to the two employees who helped us with purchase selections and at check out for correcting pricing on one item.

Good prices but it's always super crowded. The dressing room attendant is grumpy. I love their grocery ordering service, order online and pick up at a time that's convenient for you. I love that you don't have to go in, and it saves tons of time.

My family runs a home base businesses. Door dash, uber and a few others. We put miles on our vehicles and we use the 12th Ave Auto Care. They have good techs but the services writes are the worse so many mistakes and the worse customer service. The Manager John is a jerk so disrespectful to the employees below him in front of customers. You here him complaining to his employees and will blame his employees and take the customers side when thats not needed. They had one gentleman that was good but he's gone now.

Prices seem much higher compared to Idaho.Guess I'm used to lower prices in Idaho.Yet can't find cheaper in Aberdeen than Walmart...except Bi Mart. Bi Mart doesn't carry as much as Walmart yet they do have a much better price range.

Don't buy any gift cards from this store. There's no security and most of their cards are drainer cards meaning people messed with them and will drain all the money before you can use it.

Absolutely horrid service at grocery pickup. Placed my order last night for pickup tonight. It gets delayed 2 hours from my scheduled time. Fine. Inconvenient, but ok. I get the notification my pickup is ready, drive to the store, check in, wait more, only to be told they are closing pickup and to come back tomorrow. 2nd time the horrible scheduling/staffing has caused me to not get my order the day it was scheduled in the span of a month. Over-promise and under-deliver is becoming a habit here.

Don’t go here. A few blocks is a Walmart market WAY better on Middleton. Seems like the employees are all about their phones than helping anyone. Trying asking a supervisor for help and she was on her personal phone as well. We left and got the help we needed from another store.

Edit 4-5-24, I understand that the OPD shoppers have time constraints; I worked this position at the Caldwell store. This does not mean they need to shove customers out of the aisle and hit their heels with the cart 😂 don't know who the little 19 year old princess was but the dirty looks over the shoulder weren't necessary either. Next time I'll embarrass you in front of all the customers. Management, if you even read these reviews, your staff needs some brushing up in their customer service skills. Go ahead, hit me with your online pickup cart again I don't often call employees out by name - but one front end staff member stands out to me. Angelina works the market side and monitors the self check out. I understand that it is the employees' responsibility to keep theft in check, but it is not their responsibility to breathe down your neck when you are purchasing 4 items. It is also not professional to allow some people to go about their business when they set off the door alarm, but watch someone else's every move and virtually try to snatch their receipt out of their hand to "ensure everything was paid for".I'm sure I sound like everyone else saying this, but if you're so concerned about theft, why move to almost exclusively self check out? Cameras are in place for a reason, don't take your job so seriously. I will go out of my way to make sure Angelina stops harassing me every time I shop at this location. Not cool y'all. Do better.

Every time I go to this location I get the worst feelings. I'm black and the bag checkers let me know it. It never fails, when I walk in, the women service ppl never say hi, especially the phillipino one(short hair with glasses). The older ladies do the same. I even had one ask to see my receipt..All I had was water(she was an older white woman with short hair and glasses). I'll hear them say hi and bye to all other customers. Then when it's time for self check out, they want to come over to my lane to let me know their presence. I just laugh it off but I'm done going here.

This place seriously needs cops patrolling the parking lot regularly. There's always someone sketchy approaching women in the parking lot. I've even had a woman try to get me to take her in the store to buy her stuff with my KIDS with me. She was being directed by a middle-aged man that tried to follow me and my kids through the store after I refused.

Auto care needs more or better people. 2 1/2hrs for a set of 4 tires when I was told 1hr. Plenty of workers standing around with their hands in their pockets. Would NOT recommend getting your auto work done here

Will not be bringing my business here again. Rather go to target or any other department store. Corporate needs to take action because this is way too many times we have experienced prejudice by employees, including management at this location. Seriously if you are of hispanic ancestry or you simply have dark skin color complexion, don't come here. Go else where where you will be treated with respect and feel like a customer. We have had to deal with employees not wanting to help and often say things like "we don't have the key, come back tomorrow" and other employees have confirmed it's a lie. Also, is it necessary to acuse my family of stealing and aggressively running up to me and grabbing my arm aggresively and demanding the receipt she just saw we got from the register. There are other ways to communicate but harrasing and what could be considered assault is just wrong. The employees need proper training, especially the caucasion short lady with glasses.

Couldn't find my answer online so actually called the store. Spent 5 minutes waiting for one person to answer only to be put on hold and wait another 5 minutes for the next person. Ended up hanging up without an answer because I desperately needed the product and another chain store was actually willing to help me.

We waited outside for about 25 minutes after calling in for order pick up at slot 6. When we finally called back, we were trying to be polite and not rush them. They stated "Oh we couldn't remember which slot you were in, so no one wanted to bring it out." Just call! They had our number. Then, the guy just spit next to our door before he unloaded. Anyway, I guess it's walmart. What should I expect. Groceries were fine, so there was no harm but very poor service.

The only reason I shop at Walmart is because I have a very limited selection of places to shop. I don't drive. Their delivery service is awful! My order is always wrong, or they just don't deliver at all! Always under stocked and understaffed.

I live literally 2 houses away and I would agree I am biased because of proximity. Everything I need within reach and almost to easy to get. Clean easy and safe. Not much more to say. Employee's are on point and only during holidays are the lines bad. Management is sub par and they seem to treat their employees rough at times but in this day and age that's a choice of the employee. Still with all of that rate 5 star.. 4 years later not a lot has changed other than they did a full remodel and they did the best thing ever which was 30 more self checks. I haven't waited in a line since, no matter the time of day.Still our favorite walmart

Easily the best Walmart in treasure valley! I used to be a Walmart manager the customer service is amazing! And I would highly recommend of any of the Walmarts you visit this one

Been coming here for years and sad to say it's tremendously gone down hill. Angelina the door greeter use to be nice and now just a sour face and ignores my hello. And gives the judgey "eye" look. Also noticed another review pointing out how the employees chit chat with each other. And very true. Not only that but Frieda is always talking or bugging people who are leaving. Noticed she cuts them off, talking about herself and not letting the other person get a word of edge wise. Then when self check out issue arises she does do her job but again cuts them off then only to run off. The staff is very poorly in their tasks.

Re-number your aisles!!! I32 doesn't exist, and A4 is now frozen food. I couldn't find either item I was looking for, that the app told me were in stocks with aisle numbers, because the aisle didn't seem to get updated on the app....

Needed cash back but because almost all the registers are non man registers got a $20 bill went to customer service cause I needed ones they said can’t give change it’s their policy no one would help me it was the $20 I got from Walmart ….this is so ridiculous

This 2 star rating is specific to my last shopping experience. They on average are better than 2 stars. But, on this visit I came in early evening to get band for a Smart Watch.I went to the electronics department. Nobody at the counter, finally found some one who didn't seem to know what a Smart Watch was. But, she looked on her phone and said I would find it in the Jewelry department.Walked there, and nobody there to help me. The pin pad at the checkout said to Press For Assistance. So I did. 5 minutes later a clerk showed up. When I told her what I needed, she said I should look in the Electronics department!!!Complete waste of time.Came home and it took 10 minutes to order one on Amazon.
