We recently had to board our 2 babies Jake and Oliver. Rebecca was not only professional she was very personable and amazing with loving on our babies while we were away! We got text updates and she sent us pictures of our babies! The suites and play areas are clean and well kept! We won’t take our boys anywhere else! I love that she actually sits with the boys and loves on them…. They have no idea they are not lap dog size and love to snuggle! Her rates are reasonable and no extra fees for this or that. The spaces are so big and spacious! Thank you so much Rebecca! So glad we found you!

I was very uncertain when I showed up that this was at a private residence and the gentleman that took my dogs in wasn’t very knowledgeable and didn’t ask for any directions on how I take care of my pets. But during the week I would call and check on them and they also called me to tell me that they were doing well so I was very reassured. Upon picking them up I knew they were well taken care of and had a great time there. I will definitely take them there again when needed.

my dog wasn’t fed for 4 days, when dropped off we left a full container of food. when picking the dog up the container was still full and hadn’t moved from the spot it was placed upon arrival. when he was picked up his kennel and dog bed were dirty along with my dog himself. when we stated we were there to pick up our dog they weren’t even sure what dog it was. he also is missing small patches of hair and all they had to say was “he did great this weekend”.

Our two golden retriever dogs have been visiting the Suites for several years now. They love spending time with Mary and her gorgeous poodles, whether it be only for the day or for an extended visit while mom and dad go see grandkids. Mary is quite good with several dogs together, she is the alpha in a very nice way. In fact our dogs behave better at home after being at her house. I think they see Mary and her fun family (both two legged and four legged) as their extended family. They are always so excited to go spend time there. Once my husband had to almost bribe our male dog to come home with him after day care, he likes her little boys and all the other interesting dogs. Mary is an experienced groomer as well who doesn't traumatize the dogs in the process. Her paw trimming is by far the best I've seen. We feel lucky to have such a good place with great people who care for our four legged children when we can't. And I must mention the air conditioned/heated kennels are quite nice! SH

I'm not one to take the time to write a review normally but I am making an exception for Puppy Love Suites . We have used this kennel MANY times and have had nothing but good experiences. The owner really takes the time to visit and check on our dogs whenever we're out of town. She is very knowledgeable on dogs and when our beloved family dog was refusing to eat she even to the time to cook eggs and chicken for him. I am always happy and very impressed with the level of love and care Puppy Love Suites has provided for our dogs!!! I would give them 6 stars if I could!!!!!

If I ever need a place to board my dogs this is where I go. They have individual units with doggie doors, cots, temp control, etc for each dog. Then the dog can go out the door to a large dog run (individually or separately). She also does some grooming if you need it. Family business in their property, hands down great experience

I have boarded here a few times, once and awhile when my dogs need groomed or need their nails cut I bring them to puppy love. I have always left feeling like I would never board my dogs anywhere else in Idaho. Mary has a nice property where I know my pets are safe and at home while I'm off doing my thing. She's currently watching my Husky while I'm in the middle of a move and I know he is well taken care of! Highly recommend boarding with Puppy Love Suites.

They take wonderful care of our dogs! They also have a great facility where our dogs get an inside kennel with an attached run. There's a very large grassy area where all the dogs can play. One of our dogs doesn't play well with others, so the staff always make sure to give our dogs some time by themselves in the large area.

Puppy love suites is a great kennel.The own is very good with the dogs and the kennals are clean. I was very worried about dropping my dog off and the owner made me feel comfortable. The dogs have enough room to run around. I would recommend this kennel.

When you drop your animal off make sure you write the correct date on sign-in sheet!!I dropped my dogs off on a Monday and picked them up on Saturday morning. When I signed them in on Monday I accidentally wrote down the wrong date (I wrote down Sunday's date). When I arrived to pick up my dogs I was charged an extra day because of my mistake on the drop off date. When asked why that mistake was going to cause me to pay an extra $60, I was informed that it was not their job to keep track of when dogs were dropped off and they could only go off of what was written on the sign-in sheet. Very unfortunate experience.

My dog needed boarding and Puppy Love Suites took care of our needs! For seven days my dog was under their care. Overall , pleasant transaction and I was at peace with my decision. Reasonably priced, would absolutely recommend.

Loved the environment, very easy to talk to the owner and Oliver loved being there. the kennels where warm in Jan when I boarded Oliver again. I liked the open area that Mary lets them out in. all though the grass is gone in some spots. Over all I'm very happy with this place.

My 178 lb English Mastiff had a bath today! He did very well and smells amazing. Thanks so much Mary! Very good bath and reasonable cost!

ABSOLUTLY the worst experience I have ever had!!! When I tried to explain what all I wanted done on my Mini Aussie she kept looking at me like she had NO CLUE as to what I was talking about!! She acted like I was speaking Chinese to her or something! So I clairified twice as to what I wanted. My dog has really long hair and tends to get dreds in her hair and so I ased her to brush her really well and to cut the hair 1 1/2 inchs off. So that means her hair wouldnt be short it would just be a little shorter! So I go to pick up my dog and she is COMPLETLY SHAAAAVED!!!!! I couldnt believe it!! I cried as soon as I got to my car! My once beautiful long haired dog had NO HAIR!! I am making an effort to tell everyone that she is the WORST dog groomer!!! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First time my dad's dog stayed here he didn't eat for five days, was skinny and very flinchy, and cowering when he got home, which isn't like him at all, the second time he went, they lost him, and we found him dodging traffic miles away the next day, dog was very stressed and injured, stories didn't match up on what happened or which direction he went, and no concern was shown by owner when I went to pick the dogs stuff up, didn't even ask if we found him. We will not be going back to this kennel!!

My dog loves going here she's the only one I trust with my dog when we go out of town I highly recommend bringing your pets to her she also does an amazing job with grooming them my dog smells so good for weeks after she gives him a bath

I haven't boarded with puppy love suites yet, but absolutely will when the time comes. The suites are so clean and spacious and a LOT of effort and care goes into organizing and quality of life for dogs here. Rebecca cares about safety and carefully observes every little detail about each dog and what their individual needs might be AND then compensates for that.
