Love shopping here, they have exactly what I need all the time! The products are actually good, healthy products for my kitty! I can kind of get lost in here, like a kid in a candy store! The staff is very nice and friendly and I have never had any issues! Picasso loves it!

Took my Yorkie Puppy to be groomed and walked in on a groomer jerking the neck of a brown Labradoodle and yelling “stop it!” The poor dog was literally just standing there. Hen I advised the other groomer I did not want that lady touching my dog she agreed but then called me 50 minutes into my dogs “grooming” not a single thing was done, and told me to pick up my puppy because he bit her and is not allowed back at Pet Smart grooming. these people should be ashamed of themselves and the way thy care for their customers and pets.

They absolutely BUTCHERED our Bernedoodle! I’m livid! This is inexcusable! If you don’t know how to groom dogs you have NO business grooming dogs. She was a little matted admittedly but nowhere near bad enough to warrant what this girl did to our dog! Never again! First pic is what she normally looks like. The next two are what we brought home today! To be fair, they didn’t charge for this. But this is so bad, I almost feel like they should’ve been paying us!They said they could not finish because one of her paws was infected. “A strong odor”. I just inspected every paw especially the one they singled out. There was no infection whatsoever. What I found was basically a dried clump of dog poop matted into her paw. I bathed her and cut it out myself. It was definitely dog poop. Had it been infected, the rigorous way I went about removing it would’ve sent her into orbit. She experienced no pain. Just unease at what I had to do to remove the clump.I can not see ever paying these people a dime if they can’t differentiate between an actual infection or the dog having stepped in feces.

Brought my puppy here after we adopted her from the Humane Society. The staff was excellent and would ask before they petted my dog. My pup handled the experience great, even while another dog was barking in the store.

After using a grooming salon that are self taught, it's absolutely wonderful to go to a trained groomer. They did a perfect job on both my cocker spaniels and I know that the dogs ears were cleaned properly and the nails are cut short. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly and they care about my dogs.

These folks are amazing! They have answered all questions asked about fish, reptiles, and pets. Their experienced, an have the knowledge to provide you with everything out there within there store and more. I recommend petsmart over any other store out there for their knowledge, the quality, how much they care, an how truthful this company and the folks that work there are! Petsmart you rock

My sweet dog has never liked being groomed, but I have brought her here three times now, and the first two times were done well enough. However, this last time she came back SCARED, and had a scratch on her. Her personality was different all day and well into the next. She was also shorter than anticipated, she already has a very fine coat and even though we agreed on the same size guard it was very short. I will never bring her back and tbh I wont even shop here anymore. She was HURT and the gal who groomed her SCARED her. The lady who took her wasn't who i was expecting. I selected the name of the gal who took care of her before when scheduling, and then a random stranger says she will be with her. Never again. Don't trust these people with your best friend, it only takes one bad interaction to lose a client and this location is overpriced anyways. My dog is also the sweetest, most mild mannered pooch in the world. There is no reason she should have been returned to me legitimately scared and scratched. I honestly want the security cam footage. Don't take your dogs here.

My first time coming to this groomer and i was very specific about not touching her eyelashes & she said she would not touch them, even saw how long they were when i said do not cut. she’s been growing them out for years. so here is her eyelashes from her last haircut with a different groomer and after pictures of her cut eyelashes from this cut. Also left with bald spots.

Great selection and they now take AfterPay in store if you want to purchase a cat tree etc (higher priced products). Lay out of store was very easy to find what I needed quickly, large parking in front, and staff friendly and helpful.

Was 15 minutes late due to them not opening the door. Waited another 10 minutes just to talk to someone, and apparently the person who was doing my pets grooming wasn’t there. From what I saw, they treated the animals roughly, and yanked them whenever they tried pulling them away or bite them. Not good service at all.

Brianna and the team of other groomers there are very helpful. Everytime that my family brings the dogs. that Brianna always has a smile on even if she is overwhelmed! An, she is willing to take chatting dog that twice her size. Plus the staff there knows how to handle all types of personalities that come through the door there!

Nice store, and sweet employees. Always happy to help. I had questions about substrate for my beardies and the gal I asked happened to have a beardy too. She gave me good ideas and helped me with my decision. The gal that picked out 50 crickets for me was fast and and believe it or not she was actually right there in her section. I'm always happy to come here, and I love that you can donate to help animals that need it. Not the greatest prices but always help when you need and great customer service. Plus they have a selection of goods for almost every pet, from tiny little hamsters to great big dogs. I'll be going there soon again, need more crickets!

This is a great Petsmart. It’s more than likely the smallest one in my area, but it has an extensive selection of food that my cats love. The ambience is also relatively clean for the most part. My only con is that some of the staff (not all) lack knowledge that I believe to be quite vital and as a result, they offer redundant bad advice and/or suggestions. It’s ok to say you don’t know. It’s better to not know than to give people the wrong advice. Overall, I had a pleasant experience here.

Leaving a review and hopefully later reaching out to management as I'm concerned about the care given to the animals in this store. As I know it bearded dragons are relatively lone animals and do not enjoy sharing space with other beardies. They need proper heat lamp time to digest and proper UV light time so they don't develop bone issues. When sharing an enclosure such as this they stack on each other and can get aggressive, blocking each other from the necessary light to live healthily. I understand they're still small but it still concerns me and the other locations only keep one bearded dragon in each enclosure, and recommended it that way. It was suggested that I bring this up because it is likely against policy and I hope to see some change soon for these poor beardies. Thank you in advance.
