I had a terrible experience today getting dinner here today.I ordered a medium garden valley pizza add artichoke hearts, and was presented with a deformed circular pizza with PIECES MISSING(?????????), and HALF THE PIZZA WASN'T EVEN COVERED WITH ARTICHOKES.Not only that, I made my order over the phone, and was not presented or told about any specials, and happen to find out that the exact same thing I ordered BUT as a LARGE and WITH garlic bread was the SAME price. When I inquired about it inside, I was told that there was nothing that could be done. EVERY OTHER pizza place I go to, always tells me what their specials are if one is close to what I intend to order, the fact that I was not given the same courtesy is just shameful and disrespectful.I am honestly disappointed and disgusted with the service today, and am going to second guess ever going back, and I'll never recommend your pizza to anyone.

This place was great! We just moved to the area and my birthday is tomorrow so we decided to give this place a try! The workers are very respectful of my service dog in training, and who I assume to be the manager kept an eye on her while I left my dog in a down-stay to get my salad. My dog didn't budge but I really appreciate that I had an extra pair of eyes on her! I do have a slight critique of the wording she used during a question. She asked if I was training her for someone and what she was for. Which is a great question, but can be seen as invasive by some other people. I suggest asking what tasks or work she is trained to do! My pup does deep pressure therapy, crowd control, and anxiety alert. Again great staff and atmosphere! I forgot to take a picture of my pup in the restaurant but here's the same getup she was in today!

I order from here fairly regularly but this pile of grease they sold me for $30 is robbery. The bottom is not cooked and all I see on top is puddles of grease. If you can't make a decent pizza for paying customers then it's time to call it quits and close up.

We went in for lunch today, it was a group of us and one of our friends couldn’t eat since he had a couple teeth pulled out, he was just hanging out with us and the girl that was in the cash register told me that if she saw him eat anything that she would kick us all out since he didn’t pay, she was very rude about it and just made all of us there feel uncomfortable. Not a great experienced at all and this was our first time coming to this location. Won’t bother coming back.

Food is always good here. My husband and I love the salad bar, but THIS, I will never understand. Cleanliness is super important anywhere you go especially when there is food involved. I can only imagine how this extra stuff ended up inside this salt shaker. Yes , I said INSIDE the salt shaker. This is totally unacceptable and unfortunately we are seeing this kinda stuff more and more often. Please see pictures.

I personally miss this place. I live in California now. But they always had great pizzas that were really good prices. The area at this one was intimate atmosphere and I loved the fireplace in the middle of it. Had the salad buffet which is always my favorite so I can never complain. Thank you much!

We visited this location at 5:30 on a Friday evening. We expected busy, but were surprised the dining room was empty. We were told the pizza would be about an hour, but were willing to wait with salad bar and drinks. Our twists arrive at our table an hour and a half later, then the pizzas took another 10 minutes. No apologies for the delay. There was one other family still waiting when we left and they ordered right after us. We know that a Friday night will be busy but a restaurant should prioritize their dine-in guests. We watched at least 5 other families leave when they heard it would take over an hour to get their pizza, that's a lot of lost business! It seems as though this location has outgrown the size of their kitchen and staff. We will not be back.

Love the all you can eat pizza an salad buffet. They are clean and well stocked ! Good price too. I'd recommend it if your looking for a pizza salad all you can eat!Kid-friendliness: Kids can come. Something for everyone

The lunch buffet lacks variety. Almost every pizza they put up has pineapple or jalapenos on it, and I never see any cinnamon twists. It's well worth it to drive out to the Idaho pizza by the Idaho center. They have a worthy buffet.

Service is a joke. Pizza is good. I live within 5 minutes of the location no matter how many times you call you never get an answer. Finally someone answered after 5 min on hold only to be told 2 hour delivery. It was 3 in the afternoon... every day of the week no matter the time you are told 2 hour delivery. Not a very good business plan. I ordered from the competition should be here in 25-30 minutes. What a joke.

Update: The phone have been fixed. but the cost of the pizza has gone up to where I am no longer willing to pay the prices they are asking. When it comes down to asking $28 for a large pizza, no, that is far too muchThis pizza is good, options are varied, price is alright, though it is creeping but at least its not flying pie that raised prices four times in a year. My only complaint is the ordering> I am hesitant to order because of the phones. Everytime I place a call (and they have admitted its on their end), there is a short time period before the most unholy of schreeching and static inducing nightmares comes over the phone, this happens at random between short bursts, so it makes it impossible to order without having your brain blown out by the noise. I am unsure if it has been fixed, but its been several years and it was still going on the last time I placed an order
