I took my toy pomeranian to get his first trim in 2018 here. Drea was in a horrible mood, talking snide to her employee, but I didn’t think much of it. I came to get my puppy, who was the sweetest dog at the time only to find all his hair was completely shaven off. Drea told me that she had to do that because his coat was “matted”. She also claimed that my puppy got vicious with her. My toy poms hair never grew back. I would not recommend this lady to anybody. I don’t have many regrets in life, but I regret ever taking my dog in to this place. The photos are before I took him in, the day I took him in, and how he looks now. He is so traumatized that anytime he hears anything that sounds like clippers he pees and hides.

I have been taking my crew to Drea since she opened a few years ago. She was recommended to me by my previous groomer. I have owned dogs for many years-you might even call me a 'crazy dog lady' and my dogs are my second set of kids. My human kids are all grown. I would trust NO ONE with any of them BUT Drea. I LOVE my dogs so dearly and they mean everything to me. So that is the first thing I will say is that she is TRUSTWORTHY with my dearest 'friends.' I am very easy going about their cuts- I always leave it up to Drea. My main thing is that I want them clean and comfortable.One of my crew is a 150 pound Newfy. I cannot brush him out because I have a very weak hand. He comes back to me thoroughly cleaned and brushed, clipped up as do my 2 large doodles and shi-poo.Also, we live on a large property- it doubles as our own dog park. My dogs are not used to going out but they all do great with her-no resistance or hesitation that might make me wonder if some things wrong. They are happy to go. Drea has a lifelong customer with me! I cannot recommend her enough.

Drea did an absolutely fabulous job with our little puppy. She is taking the time to put him through a puppy grooming training course so he will be set for life at the groomers. He came home smelling amazing, clean as can be, and as cute as ever.

Stormie did a great job her first time with my shih tzu mix Molly. She listened to exactly what we wanted and had us show her pictures of previous cuts we liked, which I appreciate! Molly was also done within 2 hours which is so fast and really eliminates any anxiety from Molly or I as her owner! Definitely recommended booking with Stormie.

So I took my boys to Dreas as I was having a hard time finding the right groomer!!!....Well my search is over!!!!!!....Hannah at Dreas did a phenomenal job on my boys!!!!....They look great and very handsome!!!!....She asked what I wanted and when I had a hard time expressing it, she knew what I wanted!!!!!...Thank you so much for making my boys handsome and happy!!!...Not bad price either and well worth $60!!!!

Worst ever!!! My dog hates grooming. I guess I have to start with that. They have been grooming, my dog for three times now. Today when we brought him after scheduling an appointment a week ago, they said they can take him because he bit someone. Even though, after picking him up from them the last time, they even asked me if I want to book the next appointment and never mention anything about the biting issue. We totally get it, some groomers don’t want to groom certain dogs, but at least be mindful of schedules. It would’ve been nice if they called us earlier that they cannot take our dog instead of waiting for us to get there and turn us down. So disappointing.

Started here a few months back and everything seemed fine until the gal left and went to another groomer. I contacted Drea who said she would do my dog’s grooming so I made appt with her.I went to pick up my dog, the cut was terrible! Literally a summer shave and there wasn’t an even hair on his entire body. Then he rolled over to get a belly rub and his stomach was all cut up.I found out that Drea took him under the premise she was doing his grooming and then passed him on to someone else, who a-patently didn’t have any experience. My dog is VERY well behaved, went thru their puppy grooming and loves his grooming. He will literally sit there for hours for a groomer with his head high and give you his feet with no problem, no agreesion whatsoever. There is no reason he was cut so bad, he was literally scarred for life. I would never take dog here that you love, mine sweet dog was terribly cared for and abused!

Now tell me that this is not a happy pup. Maya pushes her way past me getting out of the truck, just to get to the door before me. I have never had a fur baby get so excited to go to the groomers. Drea and the staff are so good with Maya and the other dogs, that they are all excited to get in the door. And to me that is priceless in my book. I will never go anywhere else.

Not recommended. I've taken my dogs to groomers my whole life, though the up-sale package to calm a dogs anxiety of trimming nails sounds great for $150.., $75 for a bath, half trim, no clipped nails, and a cotton swab to the ears (after I reminded them to clean them of course). My dog is not allowed back without accepting the up-sale... I call this a blessing. Windys parlour in Nampa is amazing though!

Many of my family members and friends take our dogs to Dreas. Her and her staff are always so nice and accommodating to get my puppies in when I have needed. Their cuts always look like the pictures that I show her. They always smell so clean and fresh when I pick them up! Drea is such a nice person I enjoy visiting with her when I am in there. Having a new puppy I have many questions and concerns and she is very knowledgeable when it comes to dogs. The shop is always clean, her prices are great! Every time I call to get my 2 dogs groomed, the staff is very helpful in finding a time that works for me. They have squeezed them in when I was forgetful on calling far enough ahead. My dogs are farm dogs and are not really used to being in a kennel, the staff is helpful on keeping them calm with all the new sights and sounds. I would recommend Drea's Pro Grooming for all your grooming needs from nail trims to full grooming.

I've been bringing my dogs to Drea since before she opened her own shop. She does such amazing work that I take time off work to drive my dogs to Nampa (even though I live in Boise) so she can groom them. My four dogs are my babies, and she is incredibly patient with them. One of my dogs has severe anxiety and she has taken the time to gain his trust so taking him in now is no problem! Drea's Pro Grooming is thorough and efficient! I won't take my dogs anywhere else.

They wanted to sedate my dog. Went in to get a trim and grind. Have gone here before with no issues. As usual my dog was resistant(which is fairly normal) but once you get her on a table she does just fine as always. This time because she was resisting they refused to cut her nails. They told me they had read some recent studies that stated that any amount of stress would be bad for heart and thus they didn't want to cut her nails unless I was willing to SEDATE her. They literally suggested I sedate my dog in order to cut her nails....ironically sedating a dog is very dangerous for a dogs heart and health if not done by a professional and even then considered high risk. Unbelievable. I guess if you have a dog with any kind of anxiety, look elsewhere.

Excellent grooming experience for both our dogs. Our nine month bernadoodle puppy and our eight year old English Cocker both love to be groomed here and come out looking great every time. Both dogs are excited when they walk through the door to get groomed. Groomers give excellent feedback on how the dogs did and are great at meeting our expectations. Can’t complain about their prices either, very fair in that department as well!

I work in the veterinary profession so I am extremely picky about who I allow to handle my dog, and who I would recommend to others....but I would recommend Drea and her team all day, every day! They grooming itself is beautiful, my dog comes out looking and smelling amazing. But, the staff is also amazing, they are polite and friendly...and genuinely happy to see us walk in the door. Definitely worth the drive in from Caldwell.

I have two dogs that Drea’s Pro Grooming does on the regular. Every time I take them in I’m greeted by an employee willing to go above and beyond to achieve what I ask for. Their willingness to listen and give sound professional advise to is a reassuring quality that I love. My two fur babies get in and out in a timely manner, and don’t spend any unnecessary time hanging out. Once my babies are finished they are prompt in call me to let me know that they are finished and ready for pickup. I live a very busy life style, so their professional timeliness is great fully welcomed and respected. Drea’s prices are always fair for the condition in which my babies are when I bring them in. Drea’s is always willing to schedule my next appointment when I pick them up, which is super awesome! like I said I’m very busy! My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the service and support that we get every time. We have been taking our little guy, Mango, here for about a year, and didn’t have any problems until recently. About 3-4 groomings ago we had to remind them to clean the ears. It’s like when we brought this to their attention they refuse to comply, even though they advertise that is one of the services that is included with the grooming. The 2nd grooming ago when we picked up Mango he was having a hard time breathing that lasted for 4 days, he couldn’t walk and he was constantly snorting with a lot of water coming out his nose. We just thought that with his short snout he inhaled too much water while getting bathed. So the other day when we dropped him off for another grooming we asked them to not spray him in the face, and were told that he is the one that pulls away and there is nothing they can do about that. We have bathed him lots of times and have never got water in his nose. So we tried to tell them to just be careful while cleaning his face, and they acted like that was something they will never do. Usually it took them about an hour to groom him, and after an hr. and 40 minutes we called to see if he was ready and were told it would be another 15 min. and then she said we can come now, we were parked out front and immediately walked in and there he was in a crate, and was heaving like before. Obviously they did the same thing by spraying water in his nose and here it is 3 days later and he is just now starting to breathe right, after snorting water out his nose for the last 2 days. We will never take him back and advise others that have dogs with short snouts to be aware of this issue that they will not try and resolve. Rob

I took my dog in for a wash and dry. That's it. I picked him up and he was still damp in the cold of winter!! His pretty fur was cut around his face and legs which I did not want. He didn't have tangles or matting!! I brush him a few times weekly! He also has a fairly serious burn (about the size of a golf ball) on his bum. It was oozy and gross! I'm not happy about the service I received and am definitely not looking forward to a vet visit 😖Update: confirmed by the vet his bum was burned. It's now finally healed but how awful for him to go through.

My animals have been long term clients of Classic Cuts. Last Sept my daughter was caring for my dogs while I was on tour. My daughter gets a call from these people (Dreas) and they told my daughter that they had bought Classic's clients list and that Classic was closing and that my dog was due to come in. My daughter took my dogs in and we won't talk about the horrid condition they came out in ( completely bloodshot eye that the vet said came from extreme stress or choking) because I did not see it. I will however discuss that they LIED. Classic is not and was not closing nor did they sell their client list. This company is filthy liars! I have no clue how they got our information but when I got back this past week I have advised Classic Cuts. My animals were harmed by them and this company is not good. Consumer beware!!! Their website claims the head groomer has 6 years, Classic has over 20 and several others in town have over 10. 6 Years you are still an apprentice and should not be teaching anyone how to groom. I will be filling complaints over this whole situation with the BBB

Today was our 1st experience with this grooming company and we were 16 minutes late because of a wreck on the way to their location and when we got there. She said sorry we can't see you because you're 16 minutes Late, anything past 15 minutes and we won't see you. I tried to reason with the lady because this is my 1st experience with this grooming company and told her I didn't know that. I didn't know the rules it wasn't my fault I was late I was apologising because there was a wreck and she said sorry that's just our policy. Well they don't need our business and they don't need anybody's business if there that particular. I would give them a lower score than one star if it was possible.
