We brought in our yorkie for her initial meet and greet and while I was super nervous at first, I'm so grateful for the care they gave her while she was there for half a day! Having the ability to watch the live feed was awesome! I feel like every time I checked, she was being cuddled by an employee I definitely feel better about boarding her in the future! She was sooo happy and tired when I picked her up!

After being asked to not come back because our boxer was too hyper we asked for our prepaid money to be mailed back to us. They agreed and said it would be mailed out the following day. A week later still no check ( we live 2 blocks away). I called again informing them we had not received our check. This repeated for another 3 weeks. After almost 4 weeks my husband physically went there to retrieve our 100+ dollars. Needless to say we reported to the better business bureau. Very unprofessional.edit:responding to the response from the owner. We were never given the option to come in for reimbursement on the three calls I made to your facility. I had to ask. Additionally, let's assume the timeline you outlined is correct and the check was mailed on a Monday, it would not take over a week for a local mail delivery. Honesty is always best!

I work here for about a year and half and it is so fun to work here everyone is nice and friendly and they help out each other when ever possible to get stuff done. The dogs here are so fun to see each dogs personality cause they are all different in their own way. Once you work here a while you will get dogs that love you and will flow you around on the play floor which is so cute. When puppy’s come in it’s so cute to watch them pick who they wanna play with. My dog loves to come and play with all the big dogs.

Our Golden loves daycare day. You can drop your dog off anytime from open to close any day of the week they are open which allows for a lot of flexibility. Prices are reasonable and the grooming has been outstanding.

I went to Doodle Dog on the recommendation of a friend. The staff is wonderful and my dog Rayne absolutely loves being there. I would highly recommend them for daycare, boarding and grooming. I could not be any happier with the results and quality of care.

We absolutely LOVE Doodle Dog. We left our dog there for a week while we out of town and it was so comforting knowing that she was so well taken care of. The staff was very caring, and great to work with. We loved having the cameras to check on her :) 10/10 recommend Doodle Dog, our dog loved it too!

I’ve been working here for about 3 1/2 years it can be difficult sometimes but I absolutely love working here, it’s great for a first job as well. every dog feels like they are your own when they come in you get to learn all their personalities and when they continue to come you can have an amazing bond, it’s so fun to see the fur babies outside of work aswell. There is a lot of cleaning to be expected when working with dogs and I love every employ and have loved working here. 5 stars all the way for our small business. My dogs absolutely love coming here as well they get to play with all the dogs.

Loved this place until my dog was kicked out for having too much energy. Not because he bit another dog or a person just too much energy. He constantly wants to play and when other dogs are done playing he wants to keep going. ( Their words on why he can't come back.)Whole point of places like this is to get your dogs energy out and socialized. Appears that they can't handle dogs that want to play at the dog daycare.

Planning on an overnight trip and this is whete I'm taking my Shih Tzu. They take great care of the dogs. They run and play. Best to take your dog just for 1 day also.

This place really is great with the dogs and offers a safe space for them. However, after the situation they put me in last year. I will never, ever go back. My dog had been boarded there 3-4 times prior with no issues. I went to board my dog with a reservation I had booked and received a confirmation for 4 months prior. When I got there, they were very rude to me about walking in without reservations and said my dog we need to stay in a kennel, not a cottage. My dog is a lab and destroys kennels and I told them this wouldn’t work and I had reservations. They looked it up and said I had canceled them. I said I had canceled a completely different reservation and they admitted they cancelled the wrong reservation. I had to get on a plane and had to make do with my dog being in a kennel. Then they stated my dog did not have the right vaccinations and they couldn’t board him at all, despite him being boarded 3 times prior. Had they had brought this to my attention before incorrectly cancelling my reservation, I could have rectified it. Instead, I was left in tears and in a total panic as to what I was supposed to do. It was a holiday weekend and everything was booked. One of the girls at the front did try to call and get him in somewhere and apologized and I appreciated that. However, it was an awful situation that could have been avoided. They do a great job with the dogs but unless you’re okay with possibly canceling your trip, I wouldn’t go here.

Doodle Dog Daycare is The Best! Staff love my little one like she belongs to them❤️. Pikku has been going to daycare for over 18 months and is always excited to go; and happy when I pick her up. Staff are amazing - very in tune with the dogs. We've boarded her a few times (always get a cottage with the camera) and she's done fine. Again, staff are truly wonderful. If you’re a nervous parent, you will love the live camera where you can check in on your pup.

Our dog had boarded with Doodle Dog for several years when we go out of town. He’s admittedly a very high energy large lab, so we know he’s a handful. The first 4-5 times he boarded there he came home with his paw pads completely destroyed, which we assume was just from him being so non-stop on their hard play floor. Once he came home with a sore on his cheek from a dog who constantly chomped at his cheek, we had to take him to the vet and have his face shaved and put ointment on him. The past 3 times he has come home with an eye infection- all things we just assumed were part of boarding in such a huge environment with so many dogs. We had not complained about those issues ever. I was only told one time in all of his visits that he was being indelicate with other dogs (read between the lines lol). Then a week after his last boarding we received a call telling us about his behavior (all legitimate notes that he is too wound up and hyper for them to handle and he doesn’t listen and bothers other dogs when he gets overwhelmed- not violent, but knocks them over etc) and that he could no longer attend. I have no problem with him no longer being welcome there, I do have a problem with the lack of communication then suddenly being told he cannot go there anymore. We overlooked a lot in the times he went because they had been helpful with some schedule changes last minute, etc and we know he’s a very hyper dog, but frustrating and disappointing.

Work here at your own risk. They put cottage cleaning on one person every single day with little to no help, especially on the holidays where 20+ dogs are leaving. They'll only get someone to help if it's taking too long to no fault of your own. When someone does "help" they nag at you like you don't know how to clean cottages but also complain if you're taking too long. Oh, and let's not forget I asked if I could be trained for front desk, essentially wanting to get some variety in the job, was told yes but that never happened, so thanks for lying.During the first wave of COVID, I hardly had any hours and by the time it slightly started to calm down, they would only assign me 1-2 days per week if not every other week. I got accepted by another place that was hiring, as a result, they refused to work with me on hours considering the very limited days they scheduled me. They expect you to be sunshine and rainbows and everyone else is allowed to dump everything on you without consideration like that's fair. They also apparently don't understand that some people are there to work, not make friends or have people-trusting isssues but get deemed "not the nicest" even when other people aren't that nice either, you see many claiming that the workers are rude and I share this sentiment. I'd give this place zero stars if possible.And now they have people posting "positive" work experiences to stroke their ego lmao. It's ridiculous how people like these can't handle a negative review.

Loveeee this place. Has streaming cameras so you can watch your furry friend anytime and check in.. which is a game changer and what made me feel more comfortable with leaving my fur baby....and of course I watched the camera feed like a hawk the first few times...and based on my observations, the ladies that run this establishment really do care about these pups and treat them all so well....they go around every so often and give the pups loves, cuddles, sometimes holding the pups to provide them with comfort.I feel safe leaving my fur baby here.My puppy comes home happy and tired everytime. She still is getting use to it all and tends to stick to staying on the giant pink car but each time we pull up to the daycare, shes wagging her tail so i take it as a good sign.Love that they also have grooming services...been a great help for my pomeranian.Reasonable pricing in my opinion but this is the first doggy daycare Ive used so I guess I cant really say...but 23 to 28$ a day seems very reasonable to me.I highly recommend

Our girl loves this place, she stayed for about a week, we could check on her via the web cam. But the price went up this year and we moved to Meridian, so we might have to shop around. But if nothing impressive we will come back to Doodle!

Great dog daycare! The staff are friendly and attentive to all the dogs. Very clean, they are constantly cleaning up after everyone. Dogs have plenty of water and can roam freely from inside to outside. They have an app that you can watch the dogs play while they are away. Great boarding facilities, the rooms are ample space for the dogs. My puppy loves going to the day care, she is excited and happy when she is there, which makes me less worried about leaving her there.

Our two golden retrievers have been going to Doodle Dog Daycare for about 1 1/2 years now and they love it there! They really enjoy all the attention they are getting from the super nice and friendly staff and they are having fun playing with the other dogs. This is also a great place to bring "our boys" when we go on vacation or just away for a weekend. It is so good to know that Charlie and Lucky are well taken care off when I am at work or away from home. Thank you so much to Cathy and her team for taking such great care of our dogs!Angela D.

My dog, Charlie, goes here for daycare and we both love it! Prices are fair. The people are lovely. The owner is very nice. All of my questions are answered any time they come up. There are cameras to watch your pooch during the day.How does the free half day trial work?-- Doodle Dog does this with all new daycare clients. You need to call and make an appointment to come in. The time slots to come in the first time are late mornings to early afternoon (this is to make sure they evaluate your dog with a variety of other dogs). They will take you on a tour of the facility. You can stay and watch though the glass or leave and get your pooch later. If anything goes wrong they will call you.What do they do when evaluating your dog for the first time?-- I have seen this on the dog cams a few times and I have only seen this with the large dogs. They take the new dog into one of the empty outside yards. Let the dog get acquainted with the yard. Then they will let in a second dog, wait to see how they do. If all goes well they add a 3rd dog and observe. As long as evertthing goes well this keeps going until basically your dog has seen all the others. If the new dog gets overwhelmed or anything they wait longer and will remove other dogs.

Haze and I love Doodle Dog! Haze attends daycare almost daily, boards here when I leave town for a weekend, and gets groomed here a few times a year. One-stop shop for my pup. The employees are awesome and clearly care for dogs. They are always excited to tell me how Haze did that day and which dogs he played with. He is always exhausted after a weekend of boarding because he gets to play all day, every day. I have always been really happy with his grooming, and it's great that he can be there for daycare all day and I don't have to worry about dropping him off and picking him up at odd hours for a grooming appointment. WE LOVE DOODLE DOG! Highly recommend!

I don't give a poor review lightly. We took our Mini Golden Doodle here a handful of times for grooming appointments. The first groomer was incredible and we had experience was awesome. One grooming wasn't as good as the rest. His hair was really uneven and the groomer seemed really rushed when I picked him up. I chalked it up to a busy day and called to schedule again.My dog who loves people and is excited to see everyone acted very different when I dropped him off to the next appointment. He pulled on the leash when the groomer tried to take him back and was very jumpy. I was nervous to leave him with his behavior so different. I even came back early to pick him up, I was so anxious about how he was acting. The groomer said that he nipped at them while giving him a bath and he cowered in the back of the kennel so they couldn't get him out. All completely out of character for him. The girls at the front desk acted strange when I got there and one even left the room. The groomer told me that the last groomer left notes that she had a bad experience with him but no one told me about it. They charged me $30 for a bath and told me the manager was busy but I could call and talk to them later.I will never take my dog here again. I understand that things happen, it is very obvious that he had a bad experience and so did they. I'm disappointed in the way the front desk staff wouldn't answer questions about my dog and even more disappointed that in a situation like that the manager was too busy to talk to me. Things happen but taking ownership and being professional could have made this a totally different experience. Since then our dog has really struggled with separation anxiety. There are a lot of groomers in the valley, if you care about the professionalism and care of those working with your animal I would take them somewhere else.

We were in town for a long weekend and needed day care for our dog so he was not forced to drive around and look at real estate. We got a full tour of the facility and felt very comfortable with the site and people. They were very professional in evaluating whether our dog would be compatible with the other dogs in the day care. Once he successfully finished the 'meet and greet' process, he was brought in with open arms. They are very caring, dog loving people. When we visit again or relocate to that area, they will be our first choice in dog care facilities.

My husband and I have been taking our dog Rosie to Doodle Dog Daycare for 4 years. The staff have welcomed her every visit with open arms and kindness. We board her there when we go on vacation knowing she is in a safe, secure and clean environment. They will even send pictures of her when we are away. Danielle is a kind, caring and thorough groomer.I am a "helicopter mom" with my dog and there is no where else I'd leave her than with this dedicated and loving "home away from home."Thank you Doodle Dogs Team! I absolutely love Doodle dog! Both my dogs Daisy and Zeus are weekly visitors now of the doggie daycare. I am currently out of town and my dog sitter ended up having an emergency and having to leave town. She called to see if Zeus could be dropped off until Sunday and luckily they had an availability! I am so thankful that they were able to get him in and be able to stay in a luxury cottage so I can check in on him while out of town! I have never been more impressed with the amazing staff who are always so friendly! My dogs are always picked up and ready to relax at home! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place for their dogs to stay over night or just for day care they are great!!
