Asqueta glass was recommended to me by a neighbor when I asked about getting glass cut to cover our new dining room table. Called on Monday, glass was delivered and installed by Wednesday. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional and it was just a great experience working with them from start to finish. I highly recommend them for any custom glass needs you may have. Over the past few years I've had Asqueta Glass replace several windows in our home, with an excellent experience of their products and workmanship. I would recommend this business to all friends who anticipate calling upon this type of contractor. The office staff and employees are responsive, professional, and personable. We've recently purchased a home that needs windows upgraded, and will start with Asqueta Glass for estimates. I can’t say nice enough things about my experience. I called flustered because a bird flew into my window and broke my double pane window in the front of my house. Thankfully it was only the outside pane. I called a few glass shops prior but Asqueta was super responsive and sent a technician to my house for a measurement a few hours later. I received my quote the next day. They beat the other companies prices. The glass was fixed about a week later. I had a great experience with both technicians, one came to measure and another to install. The receptionist was kind and well informed. 10/10 recommendation for great quality service.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with Asqueta Glass. I ordered glass to covermy dining room table When delivered they hadn't added the dots that keep the table from slipping I called about it and he told me they were 6 cents a piece but usually give them to people who ask for them. After I just spent $140 to get my glass. So what's the difference if I asked now or when I purchased the glass. So he's sweating me over .42 cents. This company needs customer service update and watch a video called "give them the pickle" by one of the most successful business owners of our time. Oh and my glass has rough edges like whoever cut this didn't know what they were doing. I can tell you I will not be using this company again. I expect better and not be brushed under the rug. It's the principal of the thing.

This has been a great experience working with Asqueta Glass. From the person who came out to measure my windows and screens to the office, everything has run smoothly and right on time. I especially want to mention Morgan the installer. This is the first time he has been to my home and I couldn't be happier with his service. He did great work, was friendly, clean and fast. Prices were definitely fair as they did both new windows, screens and balances. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Asqueta Glass. Use them, you won't be sorry.

I had an employee from Asqueta Glass come out on 1/4/22 to give me a quote on replacing a window in my home. The employee gave me a rough estimate of $600-700 to replace the window, which I thought was a great deal! By the following Monday I still had not received any sort of communication with my final quote, so I called. They were unsure what happened, but assured me that they would call back with my quote. By Wednesday, I still had not received a quote, so I called back again. When I was finally able to get my quote it cam in at $1396.37, which is double what the rough estimate was! Horrible customer service!!

They did a wonderful job on our home and we liked them so much we had them come back and do our garage! BIG windows and we had no idea on what we needed/wanted for them. The girls in the office gave us different ideas and suggestions. Installers were GREAT as well. Just recommended them to my friend Patty and wish I could do more for them. Oh - and my dog punched a hole in the screen just after it was installed and the installer replaced it for me !!!! I think they are the bees knees!

Asqueta glass just saved us over $6,000 by fixing and servicing the windows on our house rather than selling us new windows we don't need. Morgan was very patient in explaining the window mechanisms and went from room to room in our house making sure all the window are in working order. I enjoyed chatting with Morgan very much, so the whole process was extremely positive. This is the second time Asqueta has helped us with a glass need. The first time they installed a glass shower door at my mother's house. The service then was quick, professional, and at a fair price. Thank you Asqueta!!! Nampa needs you and appreciates you!!!

Unprofessional and rude staff. The receptionist called me names, and pretty much hung up on me. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and very difficult people to work with. Also, I ended up getting quotes from another glass shop, and it was about 20% less... Save yourself time, money and most of all FRUSTRATION, and go somewhere else.

I had an appointment with this company today at 10am to come out and take a look at repairing a window for me. They called me later that day I made the appointment (about a week ago), and asked to change it to 11am, and I said that was fine with me. Now I have been sitting here and it is 11:15am and Terri just called me, and left a voice mail on my phone that they needed to push it out until later. I called her back, and she stated that their appointment was with was 11:30am, and needed to push it out until later this afternoon. I told her that I already set aside time today for this on my day off, and told her that I was a bit irritated and that they lost my business. She just said Okay, and than hung up on me... There was no acknowledgement by her, and no apology for not keeping the appointment. I could not believe that she hung up on me!!! I would definitely not recommend anyone using this company. If they let their employees just hang up on their customers... That is no way to do business!

I took a boat window in with frame to be repaired, when I dropped it off there were no scratches on the frame...when I pick up the window I found a deep scratch that was made between the rubber of the window and frame. I took it back and spoke to the 2 front desk receptionist, they called the repair technicians to look at it and they agreed to repair the scratch that was made. Then on the next day they refused to repair my window, they claim they took a picture of it later that day, which makes every thing a little fishy...why would they take a picture of it if they are the repair professionals??? Long story short, I requested for them to grant me a discount for the damage, and they refused.. Very unsatisfied costumer!!
