We had a flood in our basement after leaving hose running for a long weekend. We were totally impressed with service received starting with first phone call, and service provided by James and Keith. Their team provided excellent communication throughout the process. Other companies I had called appeared to be seeking big insurance claim, Lane focused on getting us help. 5 star service!!

I really appreciate Lane Brooks, Logan, Jay, Barry, and all the employees at Superior Floors. I appreciate their helpfulness, answering questions, ordering supplies, and follow-through with dates of installation. They are a great team to work with.In the last year I've had carpeting installed and guidance from Barry on the tile backsplash I installed myself.Mark and Dustin installed 3 rooms and 3 hallways of Mohawk Revwood Plus laminate flooring within 1 day. They were diligent and hard working.I highly recommend Superior Floors to anyone looking for new floors, carpets, tile work and carpet cleaning.

This company has been amazing to work with and was a part of my first home! When I moved out of my college apartment the carpet cleaning service team showed up exactly on time and made the carpet (especially on the stairs) look brand new! Then the installers team installed my hard wood floors in my new house, and the same standard was there; friendly, on time, and did beautiful work! Will be with this company for life!

We were able to pick out our carpet and schedule an appointment with ease. Then the work couldn’t be completed on time and the guy who installed it did terrible work. We’ve had to schedule with them for fixing major bubbles in the carpet no less than 6 times and each time it is a hassle to get it scheduled and then we have to move all of our furniture again and be available to point out every problem with the install and make sure they fix it or they only fix part of the problem. Then more major bubbles pop up! We continue to have issues with the carpet bubbling. The original installation is clearly a problem. Then, after putting down a significant deposit and having them assure us we will get a discount for our “trouble,” they send us a bill for the entire quote of the job. I would recommend you steer clear and find a different company. We had this job done early last fall and we are still dealing with unresolved issues. We may even be better off just having another company come out and see if they can re-do the job with the current carpet. Superior Floors can’t get the timing, install, or billing correct after almost a year.

It took a long time to get an appointment (though it was the same story everywhere I called). Also, the installer didn't show up the day he was scheduled for and no one called, which is a problem when you're down to one bathroom and everything you own is piled in the living room! Hence, the star lost. However, once the job was done, the quality was fantastic, the price was fair, the service was friendly, and I'm pleased. I would hire them again.

We started our project with Superior Floors in April 2021. June this year, we finally decided on which two products we wanted to put in our home. Salesman, Jay, told us it would not be until late August or the First of September, but that they would be able to accomplish our request. We asked for a estimate on the cost of the project so we could make sure to have the funds saved up. Having not heard a thing, I went into the store the week of 8/16/21. Jay told me he dropped the ball and they did not have an installer who could do the project. Husband called and spoke with manager, Lane. He was told by Lane, that they were waiting on us to make a choice on flooring. He told Lane we made that choice in June. Lane said, well there is nothing they can do to help us. If you want a project done, don't choose this company to help you. Because you are not a school or rental property, you are nothing in their eyes.

Don't waste your time or money here. Been trying a month to get my carpet stretched from them. I had to call four times to try and even make an appointment after they said they would call back every time and didn't. They no showed half a dozen times and only once called to tell me they weren't going to be there. It was bad enough they offered to do it for free, came out finally and did the worst job I've ever seen. They pretty much said they couldn't be bothered to do better because they were doing it for free. They half got rid if one out of 6 big wrinkles. Would not recommend even to my worst enemy. 0/5

These guys are awesome. Whenever I need flooring I drive from lewiston to superior floors in Moscow because they are the friendliest, most helpful flooring sales company I've ever been to. And they do installs as well.

I would love to rate their work but they never show up to do it or call to let you know. They have done this 4 times in the last 3 weeks and again today. They seem very unprofessional, don't keep their word and have zero communication. I hope others have a better experience than I have.
