Not only did this shop deliver, they did it in less than a day! We found out the day OF a funeral we wouldn’t be able to attend and our church staff in Colorado wanted to send flowers. I called Lavender and Thyme with very little hope of help and they bent over backward to assist us in getting a beautiful standing spray to the right place at the right time. And it was GORGEOUS! Thank you guys so much! Five stars all the way!

I had the pleasure of working with Tammy for my wedding flowers this past year. Tammy was very professional and offered great advice for the various flowers throughout my wedding. Prior to my wedding, I had no experience with flowers or the various types of flowers. I should Tammy several photos from Pinterest and she made my dream flowers come true. She was very easy to work with and contact leading up to the wedding. I would recommend any bride to have her do your bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets and arbor flowers.

Horrible customer service and even more atrocious flower arrangement. My Sister had her Wedding today June 1st. She wanted a simple yet stunning bouquet. My Mom phoned in the order on May 11th. On May 21st, my Mom and I went into the store to make sure the owner was clear on what type of bouquet was wanted for the wedding. She stated she receives her floral delivery that same day (June 1st) and will arrange it then. We received no form of receipt or order confirmation in print nor email, it was done through phone.On June 1st, day of the Wedding, my Mom and Sister went to pick up the bouquet. What they received was atrocious. She should be ashamed to call herself a florist and had the audacity to charge the Mother of the Bride $75 for dead flowers on the day of the Wedding. The daisies were dead and missing most if not all their petals, the edges of the pink roses were brown and wilted, and I’ve never seen baby’s breath in that condition. My Brother in Law was upset that his Bride was disappointed by this bouquet. He called in questioning the condition of the flowers and insisted on a refund. The owner hung up on him. What a very professional way to conduct business. We were not refunded for this joke of a bouquet until he went into the store and insisted on the refund. She even tried to charge us for flowers she had already disposed of. My Mom went to another shop and received a fresh, gorgeous bouquet for half the price she was charging.Not long after she had opened her store, Mother’s Day 2018, I ordered a dozen red roses in a glass vase arrangement. I paid $90 for roses that were already wilting, and 2 days later were completely dead. For my Sister’s Wedding we decided to give her another try. Never again. She’s unorganized, unprofessional, and sells her clients appalling floral arrangements. Please save yourself the distress and steer clear from this business.

I am from out of state and purchased an orchid to be delivered for my sister's birthday. The one they delivered was a burgundy colored orchid, absolutely beautiful, and my sister was thrilled! The delivery person had a hard time finding the front door because it is an earth-bermed house without a normal front door, so after knocking on one of the doors, they left it in a courtyard area near the door and immediately called my sister to let her know it was there. I couldn't be more pleased with the flower and the service, and I will be a repeat customer whenever I need flowers in your area! Thank you so much!

I ordered a bouquet for my mother on Monday may 8th for the 11th of may. They said they would have it ready on the phone. Called may 10th and they said it would be ready by 8 am on the 11th. Went to the store on Thursday morning a little bit after they open and stood there for 30 minutes waiting for the woman who was working in the shop to open the door. She was counting change and drinking coffee while I stood outside the glass door. I then walked to the coffee shop where the manager called someone and told me the bouquet was still not ready. Really glad I hadn’t paid yet but still very disappointed in the customer service and professionalism that was displayed.

I called at noon and they put in the extra effort to squeeze in my order as a same day delivery that arrived by 3:30! I ordered the joy package for my girlfriend and she loved the flowers, the coffee, and the cinnamon roll delivered to her work. Will order again some day 👍👍

A few friends of mine purchased the package that includes coffee and a bouquet for my husband and I in April. It was the one year anniversary of my brothers death and it was the sweetest gesture. The bouquet was gorgeous and just brightened up a very somber day. My mother saw the bouquet and was in awe, so I purchased the package for her for Mother’s Day with some coffee and macarons that she LOVED. The delicious coffee and beautiful treats and flowers that Lavender and Thyme curates really show how much Tammy loves her work and wants to share it with you. I found out a kind young friend didn't have a cake for her birthday ON her birthday. I asked the local bakeries to help (I live in Alaska, so called by phone). It was too short notice for them all. Lavender & Thyme came to the rescue! They were very nice, they troubleshooted food allergies, they asked her favorite color and interests, then they delivered SO fast! Not a cake. Better! Everything she enjoyed. She said this was the best birthday ever despite being newly away from home. Thank you Lavender & Thyme!

Tammy went above and beyond to help us out after we had a disastrous experience with another local florist, there in Moscow. She made the most gorgeous arrangement, and then delivered it for us.... even though it was after hours! Our daughter in law loved the flowers, and said they meant even more, after hearing about all the trouble Tammy went to for us! We will recommend this floral shop to everyone we know! Went in to the store on a whim, hoping to get a special bouquet for my mom. She made one on the spot, and it was beautiful!!! A friend ordered a JOY package for me and L&T delivered it to my home. The flowers were top notch - not cheap, not wilting, and beautifully arranged - and the pastry was fresh and delicious.
