Honestly, I am very impressed with Broulim's. Learning a bit about the history of the chain and how the owner sold 49% so employees could have a stock option really impresses me. The staff has always been very kind and willing to help. The store is going through an expansion so things are a little tight right now but I am excited to see it once they finish construction.Prices are a little higher than big chains like Walmart but that is to be expected. I'm a big fan of Broulim's and will continue giving them my business.

In general, Broulim's is overpriced.It is nice to have a grocery store option here. They had a good selection. Parts of the store were low on stock, but I could see that workers were busy unpacking shipments, so that's no biggie.

Small town store so your being watched as a traveler. If you pay with cash, triple check your change, they'll take advantage if they find a chinck to press. Decent selection and organization. Fresh produce and bakery are always nice. Canned and other cheaper foods are plentiful. Some extra stuff like hardware, utensils, and cleaning supplies.

Wow. Im astonished by how delicious their pre-packaged meals are. So far I’ve tried their chicken and rice with asparagus and chicken Alfredo and I’ve been blown away with how good they are. Better than restaurant quality. Don’t sleep on their pre-packaged meals

This is a great little store! It has everything you need, and for good prices! We stopped for lunch here, since they have deli mac n cheese and fried chicken. Very fresh and delicious!

I work here as an employee, so yes i am biased. I am here to clarify a couple things that people are upset about. 1. the only reason we set limits on some items is because of the pandemic. Right after they shut everything down, people were in a mass panic and gutted the entire store. It took a month just to get toilet paper. So as customers please don't get upset for things we cant control. 2. Secondly is the no body smiles issue. The main reason is because standing for 6 plus hours physically drains your demeanor. We also have to deal with a bunch of rude customers. WE try our best to be patient and happy with customers, but sometimes we have to retaliate because of how poorly we can be treated. 3. The prices are only expensive for two reasons, 1 being we are the only grocery store in town, and 2 because it costs more than you think it does to bring in freight for our shelves. The only reason we are highly prices is to raise enough revenue to be able to get freight. I hope that this post was helpful in explaining things.

It's a pretty great store and very well organized and stocked. The only reason why I give it a 4 store is because the lack of variety they have for several items. It is a small local grocery store. They do have amazing sales and deals. Although there is a very limited variety in several items (that included those who have dietary restrictions or needs), I would recommend this grocery store very much! Especially for those who are camping in Bear lake.

They just remodeled, everything looks nice, and the people are very friendly. For a small town they have the busiest deli I think I've ever seen. From a sandwich to pizza or enchiladas they make it all. But have patience because a minute in line is worth the wait for a fast easy meal where they do all the work. Keep up the great work ladies and gentleman. Your food is excellent.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have always been well treated. We had to get an emergency prescription and the pharmacy staff worked their magic to get in touch with our doctor to get us the medicine. The produce is good and the shelves are well stocked. We like and recommend the store.

I went shopping yesterday and was amazed at how many items they didn't have. I also couldn't reach the cracker bits because they hadn't been faced. A cashier sent a tall kid over and he had to jump to reach them. I was told could I move so a gentleman with a pallet could get up the aisle. Then he made another comment about he guessed he would have to go around. Wow he was so rude! Then it was busy and a few of us had to move so they could bring pumpkins by. I asked for help finding something and the young man said we might not carry that. No greetings, no help!! Worst experience ever. Juice my Dad drinks there were 2 left on the shelf. 2 fruity flavors and then the shelves were bare. Thank goodness for my good friend Gayle she was the only reason I could put a smile on my face. A young man did come and load my cart and help me remove snow so we could get the top up on the truck.

Every other time I shop here they charge full price for something that is on sale. If you buy something on sale make sure they charge you correctly. I have to watch like a hawk or I'll pay significantly more. I am sure I have paid hundreds more than I should have over my time. There is no excuse with the technology available.

The only grocery store in the valley so they can charge whatever they want. So very expensive. The cashiers are awesome very good people. The owners are just not very nice people. I truly wish that there was another grocery store in Montpelier because I believe competition keeps people honest.

Love their embrace, focus, and education both for individuals with different abilities and customers requiring special assistance. They work hard to set up your shopping experience to be a success overall, but they train and carry an atmosphere of good character to make sure the standards they want to set are happening. It's the best small town grocery I've seen in customer service, variety, and prices. They listen to their customers and community.

Mistreating disabled customers... The cashiers and baggers were very rude to my daughter's friend, who suffers from crippling anxiety. She has a licensed, trained therapy dog that was wearing the appropriate ID vest. The employee challenged them, asking why they were bringing a dog to the store. After my daughter explained, one of the employees followed her through the store and made her feel like a criminal when she was doing her best just to be in public. The other employees talked rudely about her needing a service animal within earshot while glaring at her. ADA violation? I understand that some people have taken advantage of support animal rules. My question to the store owner... Is it better to gamble that someone might be faking it and make sure the feel unwelcome? Or is it better to take a chance and be polite to everyone for fear of violating the rights of someone that struggles with a genuine disability?

Great grocery store! Love that they now have fresh sushi and they’re healthier choice options are always growing! Great gluten-free section and dairy free milk’s. And their new renovation with their fruit and veggie section is fantastic!

We just stopped in to get some drinks with our pizzas. This place was clean, had a large variety and the prices were pretty good. Only about 35 minutes from the Bear Lake resort we were staying at.

People who work there are great, they are stretched thin.The cashiers have to double as baggers. Upper management saving pennies. Very clean, very good selection for a store this size. Tourist area prices.

While they are redoing the store it was still easy to find things. However, the new checkstands even though they look nice are lacking..... The conveyor belts leading up to the checker are too short and the area to bag the groceries is too small. It takes the checker alot longer to get people through the check out area.

Great small town grocery store. We're here in this wonderful small town for the week, and stopped by the store to check out the selection while we're up here. It was bigger than you might expect, the selection was great, and the prices were good.

Prices are high you have to shop the ad or you won't be saving any money. Even the ad prices are higher than other stores with the same ads. This is our only store so no choice if you need groceries. You have to watch the prices as the merchandise is being rang up because the prices don't always ring up correct.
