Went for dinner and was expecting the usual mundane fast food joint. Not this Arctic Circle! Staff was super friendly and seemed to enjoy working with each other. Food took awhile but was better than expected. We will be stopping by again. The lady with purple hair was especially nice and gave our girls some ice cream cones on our way out…Highly recommend stopping in if you haven’t.

Very characteristic Artic Circle experience, but this time without the depressing vibes!Food was as expected from this chain, and took a long time to be served, but I'll give them a good rating because the atmosphere wasn't as sad as any Northern Utah location I've been to.Kid-friendliness: They have a play place!Wheelchair accessibility: This store seemed very accessible with an ADA ramp and all tables were the same height, but the spacing between tables could be increased for greater accessibility.

The service was good. The fries were excellent. It's not the cleanest place to go, but it serves its purpose and it's the only restaurant with a play area for miles and miles!

It’s too bad that after our second visit to this establishment we won’t be returning. The food was good…but the manager was not very professional our first visit….and our second visit we tried eating later and the cook (a green haired girl) was so loud and ignorant we could hear her from the kitchen… maybe after they get new management we will returnParking: Large parking lotKid-friendliness: Play zone for kids, they seem to have a blast!

The arctic circles in my town aren't exactly the best from my experience. This location blew my mind with how good their food could be. The order was accurate and fresh. The fries delish. The service, great and with a smile. The gal running the drive thru had it on lock down.

Excellently run Arctic Circle. The staff is quick and accommodates our different requests. We always get the bag of burgers. I have been to this location probably 10 different times and have never had one complaint.

Walked in just before the rush of softball players that were in town. A lady behind the counter first thing out of her mouth to someone in the back "I'm just about ready to walk out and not come back.Good thing there isn't a bunch of places to eat in this town. The only way they stay busy

VERY NOISY EMPLOYEE just wouldn't shut up while she was working behind the counter! Green haired gal just jabbering all the time to other employees, loud enough for all the customers to hear her. It was really irritating hearing her while I was eating my meal.Even another customer was irritated about it and rolled his eyes at me signaling he thought she was just annoying!Making it even worse was the manager was just a few feet away and didn't do anything about her.This happened at 2:20 on. 9/11/2022.

Really good, I hadn't eaten there in years. Have not seen one in Colorado. Ya, they have the best Burger and fry SAUCE.Really nice and funny small town kids working the drive through. I will always stop there when I'm going to or coming from Idaho. Hwy 30 is my route cuz not scared of 2 lane.

The last few times 3 times to be exact they have messed up my order . I get this is a small town and not a lot of fast food places clearly but you would think that would make them take more pride in making their food better! My burger bun was ripped into pieces falling apart tonight! They really need to take pride in their job or maybe find a different one that doesnt work directly with humans!

We are glad to see that the childrens playplace is open! Friendly staff & we enjoyed our ice cream cones which were promptly served at our table. However .... the restrooms were quite filthy & in need of cleaning. ( even though many employees were working. )

Love Arctic Circle in general. This location was super clean, and the customer service was excellent. The orders were fast, hot, and correct. They have a huge parking lot, easy to get in and out of with a trailer.

AC staff is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. We come here when we come through town for business. The team went out of their way to make our choices the way we like them.I got an extra lime in my lime drink and delicious pumpkin AND hot chocolate Sundae. YUMMY!

used the drive thru. 3-1-22 abt 7:30 pm. once we recieved our food we noticed part of it was wrong but decided it was still ok. however we needed more so i walked inside to order the rest. a mother and daughter were working together. both were very loud. it sounded more like a drama class then a work environment in the back. they could be herd through out the dining room area. after witnessing this i realized it was no wonder the male taking my order in the drive thru got a sandwich wrong. the female cook was complaining she was swamped and doing the best she could. that noone told her extra bbq sauce was ordered on 3 sandwiches. i could see the order screen and could clearly see where it said extra bbq. idk if it was the noise or what but she clearly seemed stressed and/or aggrivated. all that aside, the food was good. was only going to rate 1 star because of the loud chaos inside, but decided on 2 for the food.

Went though the drive through for a few burgers and 2 shakes. After confirming that we want two shakes the girl taking our order, we only got one. Only paid for one thankfully. After getting the food we tried to get her attention again through the window. She came over, looked at us, and walked away. So I went in to order my other shake. While waiting in like I hear her say "I'm not making any other shakes" and "I'm at least not putting ice cream in them" and another employee say "at least don't spit in them!" Thankfully the guy taking orders inside was willing to make the shake after I said i don't want her making it. So to the cashier thank you.
