I’ve never had such bad luck with chicks. I lost 70% of the chicks purchased from this location. The day I picked up, 2 of them were stepped on by staff in front of me. I had to tell her that the one little chick had its intestines hanging out of a hole in its side and the other had a broken leg and wing. I probably should have walked out then because that was pretty gruesome. Nice store, clean, friendly staff.

Good place to go for farming supplies. Since I don't farm I go there for my gardening supplies, pet supplies, tools and more. The people here are the greatest too. Willing to go out of the way to insure I was taken care of. The prices are reasonable too.

I’ve never been to this location and I think it was worse than Emmett. At least Emmett the staff is nice. They had next to nothing in the way of first aid stuff for sheep or goats. They have no sheep minerals and when I asked the lady if they did she took me to the goat feed. I said I was looking for sheep minerals specifically the selenium salt and she showed me the goat minerals. Then she took me to some sweet mineral feed. Then she just kind of walked away. Then when checking out I asked for bales of straw. She told me they only have compressed and acted like I should have known they don’t carry it. Well I’ve never even been to this location and rarely visit a TSC. She had someone bring up two compressed bales. He seemed annoyed and threw them on my cart and no one offered me help out. Do they really expect every patron to be able to hoist 50 pounds into a truck bed? A nice man in the parking lot who wasn’t even an employee offered to get them in the truck for me. Also the store is so cramped with trinkets you can barely navigate a cart. Yet the inventory for stuff you might actually need is extremely limited.

Great experience at this store.2 associates stood out to us very helpful in picking and catching our little chicks, and made the check out process much easier than it could have been.1. Michelle was our very helpful cashier2. Reagan (probably misspelled that & if so I'm sorry) was a huge help picking out our baby chicks and finding items and information about said items.Definitely will return and not just for chicken feed. 😄

I wash my dog here weekly! The system is nice especially after I believe 10 washes I get one free! Sometimes the employees could come off as rude but I’m not sure that’s their intention.

I feel like their prices are a little high..sometimes I can get a really good deal if I watch the ads.🤔 They do however....have great customer service which makes paying higher prices a little less painful😁

This is the main store i shopped at for over 2 years and if i was closer i would still be going to this store regularly. The staff was always super friendly with excellent customer service.

I will never shop there again. We were in the store for barely an hour. The lady called the cops on us. We were patted down because the employees brought an empty package out of the bathroom and accused us of stealing. On top of that the customer service was horrible. I asked several employees for help. My request was disregarded. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. I feel violated and embarrassed. If you choose to shop here watch your time to avoid what happened to my family and me.

I can not believe the incompetence of the employees at this store. Unhelpful, conceited, and simply useless. Especially that chubby red head. Never shopping here again.On top of the poor employees the store is filthy, supplies spilt all over the place and damaged products on the shelves. Waste of space

Good store in this chain. A little small but still carries the essentials. Can sometimes be out of certain animal feeds but most of the associates will look in the back for you. Great customer service and good prices.
