A nicely organized store, love the deli and the selection of fresh bakery items. It’s a very nice store, the people working there are friendly and helpful. They have great weekly sales and a nice bonus weekly for their members. It’s free to sign up and kinda cool to get a freebie every week. It’s a busy store, but check out is fast.

Have been shopping here for 7 years. Will NEVER Shop here again. Tried to return a item I bought 15mins prior. Malachi Meyer the Manager was completely Disrespectful. Wouldn't look up my purchase or talk to Inday who checked me out. He told me he's been a manager their for 20 years and they wont return the item without a receipt. The little Punk is only 21 years old.

Great shopping place.My grandson's like grand kids.I must say like Chicken Fried chicken from there.They say it's amazing and that's the only chicken that we're like to buy and eat.So I have to go there on fridays to go get them their chicken great shopping place

It's a true hometown feel! What grocery stores used to be. Everyone is so helpful and always with a smile. Excellent service in ALL AREA'S! Wonderful produce and excellent selection throughout the store.Very up on it with the needs and likes of the area and people. I drive 15 miles out of my way to shop here! Love it!!!! Normally I would have to go 3 different stores for these!

High prices. Large variety of brands but not necessarily the popular ones. Sale items are good buys IF you have access to digital coupons. If not, you pay a higher price.

I like the place to pick up quick groceries, but sometimes you get some rude people in the deli. I also stay away from the donut case during summer as they have lots of flies on the donuts.

Ridley’sI love shopping there and there prices are great in some departments oh and the best thing is fill a bag I really love it there staff are incredibly so polite always so helpful wish we had a Ridley’s in Caldwell,but I don’t mind the drive to get there!

We have always loved Ridley’s. But they truly came through in a time when no other store or florist could. We need an African Violet and Ridley’s was the only place that had one. So they are so much more than a grocery store,bakery,deli and meat department. They are one of the best floral departments ever. Thank you so much Ridley’s.

I went in without realizing they were 10 minutes closed, but the staff let me checkout still! They were working on transferring their frozen items because of a refrigeration issue, but Ivan took the time to go to the back and find what I was looking for. It was a great customer service experience. Thanks for taking the time and helping me, guys!

If anyone is 18 or 20 don't go to ace to Purchase a firearm like a shotgun or rifle because of the stuff going on in the nation with all the shooting an some of them being young men you will automatically be looked at as a criminal they handed me the shotgun an I asked if I could hold it an aim it the manager says to me ya as long as you don't aim it at anyone also asking me what do I want it for obvious for practice duh for shooting like come on took my business to sportsman's Warehouse where there Treated me With The most respect possible I tried to ask them questions about the form when I was filling it out and one of the employees leans on the table and Starts. Looking at me he is like two inches from me at that time I told them I needed help with a question they would get frustrated I was calling them sir saying yes sir yes Ma'am I don't see anyone in their 20s or younger using Manners people say the younger generation has no Manners But the older generation is just stuck up I asked them questions about the first gun they showed me I asked if They would recommend it. all they said was we sell them And then the second firearm, I said. I'll take it because I just wanted to get out of there And not to mention the manager Manager was training somebody and he just let him like. Breathe on my face basically everything that they saw The manager doing and saying how rude he was. They're just gonna learn from that so thanks for employing People that can't even help the younger generation learn I can't believe I asked if there was any openings cause I wanted to work there but ya not no more

This is a small hardware store connected to the Ridley's grocery store. They have employees but I wouldn't go there if you have a bunch of questions because I find it hard to get service a lot of times. They have a small garden area outside and sell plants about one or two months out of the year in May, June. They have tools, paint, they mix their own paint, and they pretty much have everything that you would need for a hardware store. But it's a small store and a small town place and they don't get around to changing the shelf tags so I often take pictures of the product and the price on the shelf because it's different from the one they charge you at the register. This happens to me about 50% of the time I go in there. And I go in quite a bit because I live about a quarter mile away

Love this store, always well stocked and employees are super friendly. My grandma loved this store as well. They were always kind and managed her dementia episodes well. They were always warm and welcoming.

The employees in Ace hardware store are quite successful in pretending you don't exist. The pharmacy EE's act like they are always angry about something. The Ridleys team behavior is pretty random. Some of them are helpful and friendly, but just as many are not. Some act like it's a big inconvenience to answer a question. The tension in the deli area is extremely noticable. All in all, I love the meat department and the deals they have.

Rather shop here than Walmart or Albertsons. Generally have very good sales especially when they have their case lot sales. Would of given them 5 stars but since they remodeled they don't have as many choices per product and the produce section has gone down hill slightly since COVID. Seems like they have catered to more of the rich crowd that is moving into the area by bringing in a lot more wine selection (at the cost of taking away more product selection in other areas of the store) and putting it at the front of the store which has kinda soured me as it is taking away that small town flare it once had. Still have very good deals on meat though. Store can get extremely busy especially during their case lot sales. They also have a plant nursery in the spring in the parking lot that has a huge selection of healthy plants at competitive prices.They definitely need to put in more handicap parking spaces, especially since the population has exploded in the area. They only have a few handicap parking spaces near the main door but they really need to put at a minimum one more handicap parking space at the beginning of each parking row.

I love the fried chicken they sell there but after today I'm not sure if i will ever by there again.I showed up to buy some fried chicken and i asked the guy if he could give me some of the good juicy legs and thighs, Instead he proceeded to put what looked like old, dry meatlees legs so i pointed out to him about it and his response was " oh we just grab whatever" i believe i can choose the product i want to buy and consume.Maybe is a policy of the store who knows.Thanks.

I always shop here for the fact that it's close. I have to say that customer service has really gone down hill. I've only had 2 employees in the last 3-4 months that will smile or say hello. Ace employees are the worst. Never helpful seem to be incovienced by me ask questions or purchasing something. Does everyone hate their job? Seems everyone is just waiting to clock off. I'm the only one in the ace department side and when an employee walks by they do their best to avoid eye contact. I've walked around that section for a good hr. Looking at this or that, and you got 2 older men chatting it up at the counter. Helpful hint just because someone shows up on time and is a body doesn't mean they are a good employee.

It is a grocery store. It is more expensive than Walmart or WinCo for the same or similar products.The store is clean, open and welcoming, and typically well stocked. There are multiple brands available for most products, but there is not always a private label option in stock. This gives me the impression that the store is more expensive than it might actually be because only the expensive brands are available for what I want to purchase.As a frequent wandering grocery store browser, it is not the most fun place to wander around, but it isn't the worst. I am typically a Walmart shopper, so I often find products at Ridley's that I don't see at Walmart. But they are also overpriced (by the manufacturer, not Ridley's) for the quality.This is not my first choice of grocery store (again, typically a Walmart or WinCo shopper), but this is the only local grocery store. I only really come here when I need something and don't want to drive 20 minutes to Walmart.

We always shop here at Middleton but decided not to go there anymore because of an incident today.We got some groceries and also wanted to get a gift card for a friend and went to the register and asked the woman at the register to add 50 dollars. Not sure if she misheard us, she thought we were there to redeem the card. She asked us to swipe and hit the “purchase “ button and told us oh there is no balance on it. We were like yes we’d like balance added for a friend. We were calm, we smiled and clarified again and thought it was a misunderstanding but the woman On the other hand decided to go off on us and spoke rude and loud. She passed false statements like “that is not what you told me” “you said you have 50 dollars on it” and “I am not going to argue with you” (not like we even argued). Such rude behavior ??? That is not how you treat your customers.Anyway, she went ahead and pretended like she corrected it and charged us the 50 dollars. We reviewed the receipt at the parking lot only to realize that the card never registered this balance and she had just charged us 50 dollars for nothing. So we went back and another kind woman at a different counter helped us out. Btw, we honestly think the first rude woman actually realized that the balance didn’t register but was just very lazy to let us know or be bothered.Bottom line, this behavior is unacceptable. There is no need to go off on a customer because you are too lazy to do your job correctly. We will not go back. I wish we complained about it then and there.I’d not like to name her here, more than happy to share her name with the owner/manager.
