Three days in a row I needed to take one of my dachshunds to a vet. It was 30 minutes from my home but I was able to get in here on the 2nd day. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and kind. Dr. Willis made a personal connection to my pets and made them feel comfortable. She had a clear approach to their treatment and answered all my questions. She called the next day to check on Mango. We’re so glad that we have found a new vet.

I wanted to write this review for Dr. Willis! She is so thorough and sweet with my dogs! She explains everything so well by taking the time to talk to me. It never feels rushed and I feel my concerns are always addressed. She never glosses over anything. I appreciate it so much!

Great place to take your favorite pet. Very friendly and caring people here. Also if you have an exotic animal they have some veterinarians that specialize in exotic animals. I have been taking our furry friends here for many years.

I was able to get appointment on same day. The facility is very new very and clean. Office staff was pleasant. The assistant was great with our pup as well as the doctor. Our nervous pup was eased into the exam at her own pace. I was very impressed by the professional atmosphere

We had to take Miss Chloe to the vet Saturday 10/21. Intermountain pet hospital in Middleton was the only one open close by. They got us right in and the customer service was above reproach, both from the assistant to the Vet herself. I would highly recommend this facility and staff to anyone who doesn't have a Vet or is in need of a change. The costs were reasonable as well. 🤩 Much Thanks.

I came with a sick kitty and when I arrived they had a warm bed for him and tried there best but he unfortunately didn't make it.. they are compassionate and have a love for animals. Highly recommend..

My dog was pleasantly happy while at the vet. The vet was very nice and thorough. And she acted like she genuinely cares about the animals she sees. The vet tech was also very nice and my dog loved him even more when he offered my dog doggie spray cheese. I'm glad to have found a vet that my dog likes and isn't scared to go to

All the staff, especially the doctors are top notch. It’s clean and in the lobby they sell items like dog food, dental hygiene, etc. Dr. Willis recommended tests and medication when we brought our aged dog in. She even discussed various options including euthanasia. Before any procedures are done, prices are discussed. We are very happy with the customer service and glad our Izzie has been coming here for years.

Dr Wunz is an excellent Exotic Animal Veterinarian. Her assistant Danielle is very kind and helpful.Dr Wunz transferred to Middleton from the Overland clinic. She is the BEST Exotic Veterinarian in the valley, which is why I travel from Kuna to Middleton for my fur-babies. Very grateful 😊

I'm new to the area and my puppy was having issues with not eating and ear redness. I called I got in right away within the hour greeted with smiles and coffee it was wonderful and the the vet was Dr.Willis she was amazing, so thorough so patient with our appointment she took the time to explain everything and all the possibilities of what the issue might be with my dog it was just an amazing experience under the circumstances not knowing what to do when you animal is sick or hurt. Dr Willis is a great vet. Left the office feeling better about my dog and after treatment my dog was feeling better too. All around best vet experience I have ever had thank INTERMOUNTAIN pet hospital.

The staff here are so incredibly kind and friendly! My elderly dad recently brought his dog in to have his teeth cleaned. They went above and beyond with such patience and understanding for both my dad and his little dog. I've never heard of a company being so compassionate for not only their canine patients, but the owners of those canines. Amazing experience!

I had to put my kitten down. She had FIP. They were very comforting and did their best to make it a less painful experience. Dr. Eastman is very nice and supportive. As for prices, I'd say they're pretty standard. I just paid $76 to get my cat rabies, feline leukemia and feline distemper shots. I've never had a bad visit here. And I've been in four times in the last month for various animal issues.They get you back into a room with your pet immediately. You don't have to wait on the lobby with a bunch of people.

These guys were amazing! I had my first litter of puppies and when things took an unexpected turn of the worst and I lost three babies, they were the only ones (after calling around everywhere) who were willing to get them all in and see them that day. They got them all taken care of and educated me on proper care to ensure they continue growing. They are all still doing great and we are so grateful for all the help! The staff was very patient, considerate and knowledgeable! Highly recommend! Thanks again for everything!

I called last minute for a second opinion for my sick girl, Annie. They were able to get me in within the hour and advised me in the most caring way that my sweet girl was nearing the end. They provided me with options for euthanizing her and although it's not something I wanted to hear, I knew it was necessary. Amazing! We had not found a vet yet after a recent move and had an emergency situation with a dog who can be reactive at the vet. They got us in quickly. You can tell the staff is trained to help pets stay calm. Our dog had zero reactions to the entire process even while feeling very miserable and not normal. Dr. Easton was caring, explained every option, gave me choices and helped guide me in next steps. The follow up has been more than I would have expected. We have now found our vet!

We came here when it was Middleton Vet and to be honest I didn’t think I would ever think someone could ever replace Dr.Hall but you guy’s have been nothing but kind a most helpful even when I was in Cali with Xinyang and couldn’t come in you offered ME HELP with thing’s to try and help Xinyang sadly I still had to put her dwn when we got back home but you guy’s were so helpful in our time of grief (losing David’s Mom and 15 day’s later my Mom and then Xinyang) so very compassionate, and helped us walk through everything and getting her ashes, I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here to Middleton Intermountain Vet. We have two new baby Shih Tzu’s and we bring them into you now and will for any of their veterinary needs. I couldn’t thank you guys enough for everything that you’ve done for us and would recommend you very highly to anyone asking if I know of a veterinary service.
