I go to the Middleton location daily and recently I have had The worst customer service. Need to train these employees before leaving them on their own. I usually go there at night and they're always outside smoking. I can sit there at the register for at least 5 minutes before anyone will even walk inside from outside to wait on me. The last time I was there bought something accidentally dated May 2021. For a dollar and all I wanted to do is switch it out since all the rest of them were all out of date. About four deep in line and the woman said I had to wait and do a refund forget it I'm not waiting for a dollar. Refund! I understand the inventory system. Doesn't mean I cant switch it out for something the exact same price!

Like most stores, they need additional help..stock is all over. The clerk was very friendly, even gave my pup a treat. Nice expirience.Only setback was lack of ice cream flavors .

Friendly customer service but don't like how they smoke right outside the front doors. My kids and I have to walk through the smoke to get inside. Also, items that are advertised are actually not in stock. They have a hard time getting things reordered too it seems. They have been out of birthday wrapping paper for 4 months! Very frustrated with this store.

Went in this afternoon just after 1pm to get mousetraps. Looked around the store for bit and saw two employees working. I grabbed my mousetraps and proceeded to the register. Waited, two kids get behind me, waited and two more people get in line. I decided to go and find an employee. Found a lady with curly red hair in an aisle. I said excuse me and she didn't even look up just said I'll be right there. I could tell by her tone she was not happy. Go back and wait for her to come up. She comes up does not say sorry for the wait, infact she doesn't say anything. I tell her I don't need a bag and put the correct amount of cash on the counter and walk out. I did not get this ladies name but she is a recently hired employee. This isn't the first time she acts like she does not want to be there. I think next time I will go to ridley's and get mousetraps there. They are a little more but worth the better experience I will get there.

Prices are a bit high but they offer coupons through thier app . clean store and well stocked! Employees are super friendly
