I was so sad with how my visit went today. Victor was at the register today. He didn't even greet anyone or ask questions. He practically threw the bags at the poor lady in front of me, causing her drink to drop to the ground. He never even offered a replacement for it and swore. The poor lady looked so defeated as she kindly paid and left. I was not greeted. My money was shoved in my hand quickly. I have to say..... This is terrible customer service. I love this store..... But Victor has no business on a register. Take him off the register as you are losing customers quickly as I heard several say they wouldn't be back after today after the experience at the register.

I love this store! It has the best product! The only tip I have that made it a three-star rating was the customer service provided by Victor. As I approached the register, there was no hello... not even a question of if I found everything. Ringing out was the most awkward thing ever as he did not even attempt to speak to me and any comments I made fell on deaf ears. I paid in cash and when I went to receive my cash back he shoved the cash into my hand and said"here". I am genuinely not trying to be a Karen here but it was extremely off-putting. I don't know if he's just young and needs training or if he just hates the world but it might be best to put him back in stocking if he can't even smile and say hello and be genuinely nice. No offense to the rocking women that work there! You guys are amazing keep it up. Please just change the cashier. This is not a job for him. Thank you!

I’ve been to the dollar trees in Nampa, Caldwell, and Boise etc. This dollar tree in Middleton is the best one I’ve been too. Whoever is employed at the one in Middleton deserves a raise. This store is very clean, always stocked, and there isn’t supplies in the way making the store a cluster to shop like Caldwell. . Give your employees a raise.

Wow, this location sure is managed well! I have been in Dollar Trees that are a total hazard zone, like the one in Ontario. You can never find what you need. This one had everything I came for and was neat and clean and actually quite pretty. Fantastic job, seriously. Good customer service too! I will probably be visiting every time I do a cleaning in Middleton.

This store was beautifully designed, clean, lots of crafts, cleaning supplies, and much more. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I will be going back lots.

So happy to have a Dollar Tree in Middleton now! Very clean and tidy. You don’t see merchandise boxes in random aisles like in some other locations. Bathrooms were clean too.

Great place to shop. They have a wide variety of items. It’s big and clean that’s important to me is cleanliness. They hired 2 young punky kids that wear beanies that are rude and have no manners. But everyone else is great. Fun store.
