Great service and selection. The owner is great. Takes a lot of pride in his corals and fish. Went to the Black Friday sale today and picked up these awesome corals. He also threw in some free stuff too. I will not be going anywhere else for my reef needs. Make sure to hit this place up when you’re in the area.

Smaller selection (it's also a specialty store so keep that in mind) but worth the visit. Tanks are super clean and everything looks way more healthy than any place I have been to around here. Really cool selection of coral and fish. Owner is really nice and very knowledgeable and does water testing for free. Best in the area!

I couldn’t be more impressed. Moving here from a larger city where I was lucky enough to have a couple of really high end LFS, I was worried when moving to Boise. We recently visited the shop and were very impressed. We are from out of town and we were impressed with the huge variety of coral and the prices. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and is obviously very passionate about saltwater fish and coral. He even took the time to package our coral for a 6 hour drive. All of the coral made it and are beautiful and healthy. We look forward to our next trip to the Boise area so we can buy more cool coral from this shop!!

First time in his store today and Shane is very friendly and very helpful on questions I had. Bought a hippo tang and some coral! He hooked it up with good price! My kids were kinda in his way because of the excitement of seeing all the cool fish he had, but I was very happy that it didn’t bother him! Definitely coming back again to buy more and recommend his service to others.

Shane’s store is by far the cleanest shop in the valley. His corals and fish all go through a QT/dip process, and he truly cares about the well being of the specimens that he sells. He will take the time to talk to you about your system or answer any questions that you have. I never feel rushed and I feel like a valued customer every time I visit. Definitely deserves 5 stars. I was really impressed by the selection & quality of the coral. He has some really great pieces in there and he's a friendly & educational person. Everything was very healthy and I didn't see a single aiptasia. I came home w/ a couple hammer corals & their doing great.
