Audrey was super nice and very caring towards my Lucy. Lucy is an older Shih Tzu and doesn't like electronic razors. So Audrey say she would go slow and make sure Lucy didn't get stressed out to much. Audrey did an amazing job on Lucy's hair cut. I will definitely make my next appointment with her again. Michelle C provides terrible service. Don’t book with her!!Made the appointment 3 months ago.Got a text this morning asking the weight of my dog, told her that was 49 pounds and even weighted my dog before I went since she has a limit of 50 pounds since she is pregnant, which I totally understand.When I arrived first thing she says “oh your dog is too big, we might have to reschedule” I got annoyed right away because if your limit is not 50 pounds don’t book with dogs that are close to that. Then she says that she wanted to weigh my dog which I was ok with it. She proceeds to put my dog on top of the scale as well as her feet to make sure is over 50 to avoid to provide the service. I told her to take her feet off the scale and she says “no, your dog is bouncing between 49 and 52 we need to reschedule “ of course I will not reschedule after her dishonesty and the way that she handled the situation.

Kelly is great. She handles my little long haired chihuahua, Mochi, with great care and her grooming is always top notch. Including a little cute bow on Mochi's head! Kelly also recommended a very useful product you folks carry, Tropiclean, for Mochi's breath which I purchased it and will continue to use it. I also bought a bottle for a friend who has a cat. Every time I drop Mochi off for grooming I know she will be in the best of care.

Lindsey listened to me and actually did what I wanted. She did a fantastic job on my labradoodle! I wanted to keep his hair and I wanted him brushed out and fluffy. Thats exactly how he was returned to me! I was NOT told he HAD to be shaved because of mats and this is usually the answer I get from all other groomers we have been too. I wanted to try Petco and see if they would do a better job and I am so glad I did! I WILL be returning 🤗

I called to make an appointment, and the message said they were too busy to answer the phone, so I should book on line. I spent a good half hour trying to do this, only to find out that you cannot book dog nails online. The web site said that you can walk in for just nails. I drove across town to get my dog's nails done, and the lady said she was too busy. That was a good hour of my time wasted. If I can find another groomer in my area, I will definitely switch. My time is valuable, and I don't have time to drive over just to book an appointment.

After some confusion about an appt at a different Petco location Trevor made it right. Our girls looked perfect and we've already made the next appt. I had a very positive experience considered another major pet store left a bad taste in my mouth about corporate groomers. I was pleasantly surprised.

I took my Miniature Schnauzer in yesterday and was horrified when I picked her up. The groomer cut her beard off. We spoke about a "Schnauzer cut" Schnauzers have a beard. Her skirts are uneven, big bald spot on one leg. Absolutely the worst grooming job I have ever seen. It will be months before her beard grows out so that she looks like a schnauzer again. Need to train your groomers.

I dropped my dog off at my appointment time and the groomer hadn't come in yet. I was quoted 2 1/2-3 hours so I decided since I live far away I would run errands around meridian. I showed up at the 3 hour mark and they said they needed another 45 minutes. I wasted time until then only to wait an additional 20 minutes. My dog was there almost 4 1/2 hours. A big difference from the 2 1/2-3 they had quoted. I was late for another appointment and that set back was irritating. When I inquired why it took so long she said she was on the phone every 5 minutes. She said they really need a grooming secretary. AND they forgot to trim her nails! Very frustrating. Oh and I would suggest a place to sit and wait. Standing around waiting hurt my feet after a long day. A chair would have been nice.
