We just had our medium sized doodle groomed by Nicole. It was our first time at Earthwise and using their grooming services. Nicole was very friendly and knowledgeable about working with doodles and skittish dogs. Our dog was groomed in record time and he looks perfect, and our dog was calm when we picked him up. Nicole was so patient with him and she did a stellar job. She will be our regular groomer from here on out, highly recommend!

I can't be happier. We had to find a new groomer who would know how to do doodle haircuts (yes, not everyone knows). My dog was overdue for grooming, was pretty matted too. Nicole did a great job, she was awesome, friendly and fast. We will see you in January. Thank you very much!

Super friendly and helpful staff. A bit on the small side with a smaller selection of Stella and Cheweys brand dog food / treats. They don’t have a one of the flavors I was looking for.

I took my dog in today to the self wash station and it was great, you get the room to yourself so if you have a stressed out dog it helps a lot! Everyone was really friendly and helpful, when we mentioned we had just adopted our dog from the shelter they sent us home with lots of free goodies for our dog! Great business and I will definitely be back!

EarthWise employees truly lack wisdom and compassion.We just recently moved out to the Meridian area, and I was so excited about this business! Great products all around. We had already been back multiple times!That excitement all just ENDED.When a company's employees lack the ability to remain level-headed and compassionate, I have to draw the line. When you're on the clock, YELLING at a customer is never appropriate. YELLING, in general, rarely solves anything….I won't go into the personal details, but I'll share that the last several weeks have been very trying, involving many hospital visits.On top of that, we're still getting settled in our new home. It would be "Earth Wise" to remember that everyone faces challenges and yelling solves nothing.I suppose EarthWise is more than happy to take their business and personal frustrations out on their customers.Totally unprofessional. I will never support a business like this👎🏽Every company should make policies they feel best serve their employees as well as their customers. However that doesn’t justify emotional meltdowns from employees or allowing your employees to take frustrations out on your customer base….If you have a commission based position, I would think that taking frustrations out on a customer isn’t a good way to build out a pipeline of consistent business.

I highly recommend this store if you are looking for some quality treats and such for your dog. They have a very wide selection of brands and types. My wife and I will be making routine trips here for our Labrador.

Went here for the first time today, and was very pleasantly surprised.Everyone at Earthwise Pet nutrition Center and wellness spa was very helpful and knowledgeable. Good variety of products for my dog. I love supporting small local businesses. This is now my go to pet store. Keep up the good work!

If I could give this place more stars I would. We found out our military orders had changed and were trying to get the dog groomed last minute before driving cross country. I knew it would be a long shot on a Saturday, but was out of options. I chatted with Brooke first. She was the first person I'd spoken with that literally even offered some additional options. I'd called 15 other groomers in the area just to receive a no. I explained our situation and she offered to speak to the groomer who was already booked. That alone impressed me as I'm sure she was busy. The groomer, sweet Hannah, not only squeezed us in but was so forthcoming and kind. Our dog is a rescue dog from a puppy mill. Although her behavior has improved she's still a hot mess. Hannah was so patient and did a beautiful job despite our dog spinning and licking the clippers. Nothing like squeezing in a dog who makes your life harder! Then there was Trista. She was SO kind and our dog peed twice in the course of checking her into groom. She never made me feel bad and continually smiled while cleaning up after her. To make maters worse my three children were with me and I was just done. I would have been annoyed seeing me coming but NONE of them were. Seriously their kindness was so refreshing. Literally have no idea on the products of this store but the employees are top knotch. So curteous, kind and understanding. I picked up our pup and Hannah did beautiful. Exactly what we wanted and more. They even gave her a cookie. The irony after the whole experience. I hesitate to write this as they may get too busy the next time we come back! But a wonderful place.

Great spot for a quick self pup wash. The girl who worked there was incredibly friendly and attentive and clearly LOVES dogs.
