I am a regular to this store and I always get great service from a lady name Dee from Self check out. She is always saying hello and asking if I found what I was looking for. Feeling welcomed to my neighborhood Albertsons is such an awesome feeling. Keep up the great work Dee!

I was completely impressed with the professionalism and customer service that I received from Dee at the self checkout. Not only did she greet me with a smile and made sure I was okay. She asked if I needed any assistance. She is a prime example of the ultimate customer experience, and make’s it worth revisiting your location. Job well done!

Lately, veggies and fruits in the produce dept. at Albertsons have mold! Also, we purchased Smithfield Bacon (see photo below) on Nov. 2, 2023, and cooked it today, Nov. 4, and it is rancid. You'd think with the high prices at Albertsons, they'd strive to keep everything current and fresh. Noticed the bacon had an expiration date of Nov. 3. Beware and check dates and mold at this store!

Not the most affordable place to get groceries to be completely upfront. However the employees were kind and the store was Clean. You can snag a few deals here and there that are definitely worth going for. An example would be the larger resealable white monster ultra can picked up 3 of them today for just $2.14 a can comparative to the upwards of 4 bucks elsewhere

We have always enjoyed Albertsons, the people and service is great. The meat department is awesome. I bought a Rib Eye roast at a great price and had them cut it it into 12 steaks for Christmas Eve dinner, and it turned out wonderful.

I am not sure what is going on with this location, but I keeping getting food that is past its expiration date. The have spoken to the manager a few times about this continuous problem. But it seems as if it isnt getting taken care of. (Like bad milk, expired soup, coffee) Yesterday I bought a little coffee w/cream and it was expired 12/31/23! It was so horrible! My family and I will no longer be shopping at this store. I really hope the president of Albertsons can step in and fix this problem with his employees.

Good location. They just hire a lot of trashy ans uneducated people. It's either you get an extremely old and rude lady in the checkout lanes or you self checkout and get the rude ladies in self checkout thinking they own the area. They can literally chose if they want to sell you something based on how you look which is quite discriminating for me. The management is a joke. However I love kitty. She's the only one who gives me ease and no problems at the self checkout. Hire better people.

Most of the customer service staff is great. I don't like the fat cashier with glasses and I don't hate him either. I wish he'd just go away. He is okay at his job. He can be really quiet. The baggers don't really like him.

Finally a full service grocery store in southern Meridian. It's been open for a couple of months and I find myself getting on my bike on a regular basis just to pop in for a couple of items. The lines move fast and the self checkout even seems to work very well.

There is one cashier that is completely awesome. Kitty is extremely friendly, helpful, and considerate. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Plus, she's great with my kiddo.

I visited this Albertsons today, it was far out from my normal driving path so I’d never been. They were training someone new on bagging, and by the time I had got home all the way in Nampa (30 minutes away) I realized that they had not given me one of the bags with several items. After calling and explaining that the store is too out of my way to return, Alexa did everything she could to resolve the situation. She investigated what happened, and grabbed all of the missing items and drove them all the way out to my house with a card and complimentary bag in order to make amends! It’s not a short drive at all, so I’m very appreciative of the effort she put in to retain me as a customer. This company and their management team very clearly care about their customers, and it shows. Thank you, Alexa, for taking the time out of your day to care of the situation. You will definitely have my business again in the future.

I love Albertsons’, but this location employs one of the most unpleasant people in customer service I’ve ever encountered. Why is the bright red headed woman, Kitty, running the self check outs, a position where you’re obviously going to be constantly interacting with customers, if she hates it so much? On one occasion, I needed help with fruit not ringing up correctly. She made it clear I was inconveniencing her when I asked for help and she wasn’t happy about it. I was stunned. On another occasion, I heard her give some customers a hard time about their purchase when they asked for help. I’ve heard her make comments about customers numerous times when all they need is help or approval. It’s obvious this woman hates people in general and you’re a problem if you need help. I now try to avoid this Albertsons in favor of the Lake Hazel location. If I do step foot in this store, I avoid self check out if I see her. Just a shame because this is such a cool store but hell if I’m going to take this kind behavior from someone who is so unwilling to do their job that my purchase goes towards paying.

Convenience spot for a Grocery store . The people are very friendly and helpful. They have a very nice Floral department . The Bakery does amazing jobs on birthday cakes 🎂. The price are not bad at all very clean inside too witch is a plus . It's has great deals.

I like this new store and its layout. I'm able to navigate the store well and find what I need. Also, I like the size of the aisles and open design. It makes me feel more comfortable and relaxed while shopping

We love this location. Convenient, wonderful selection of groceries, with friendly and helpful employees. Special shout-out to the kind ladies at the cheese counter who helped my young daughter find the perfect cheese for lunch, even giving us some tasty samples. The bacon gouda made the perfect grilled cheese sandwich.

As usual, had to go back and go to customer service to get credit for our coupons. I hate that the digital coupons are specific to a "home" store. Rewards earned now only 30 days then expire.

Great location, good selection but pricey.Meridian needs to add a turning lane for eastbound Amity traffic entrance to the store. To cut through two lanes at rush hour is way too dangerous. Amity should be widened here.

I will preface this to say most employees at this store are quite nice. I will also say that on many occasions when I have done self checkout and Kitty is there she is quite rude, angry and just right down disrespectful. She comes across as though you as the shopper are a bother and an inconvenience to her. I would venture as far as to say her image she portrays is that she doesn't like her job. I have encountered her many times angry at children just trying to figure out how to do self checkout or angry at other shoppers for no good reason. I havent left a review as I thought maybe she was just having lots of bad days. Tonight though she decided to mumble behind me it's not that hard ruffle some bags and storm off. If this is what albertsons is going to employee I will shop elsewhere as I don't feel like being treated poorly or like I'm a bother to be their shopping. This employee is a face of the store and if she can't handle kids shopping with their parents maybe a different area of the store would be much more suitable or a happy attitude.

If you're looking for a grocery store in Boise, Idaho, the Albertsons at Eagle and Amity is a great option. The staff is always kind and smiling, which makes for a welcoming shopping experience. The store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of products. They have a great selection of fresh produce, meats, and bakery items, as well as a pharmacy and other convenience services. Overall, I would highly recommend this Albertsons location for all your grocery needs.

If you don’t have items for delivery don’t show them on the website for delivery. Simple interface between inventory and your site. I don’t trust your shoppers to make substitutions. They seem to have challenges just getting produce that is usable. Speaking of produce, - how can it happen for two weeks that you don’t have POTATOES IN IDAHO. My average fill rate is in the mid to high 70%.

Shopping at Albertsons at this location is convenient.But….it is interesting and disappointing that a pint of milk costs 20 cents more than a quart of milk….doesn’t make cents….(pun intended). Why would half the volume cost 20 cents more…? Brand and packaging are the same.

The staff is friendly and the store is clean. They have so much to offer. My cashier and bagger were so extremely sweet to off to check to see if they had sweetheart candies for me. I really appreciated their effort.
