I drove 100 miles to get here just to be told that they close at 9pm even though their hours of operation says till 10pm. The lady inside the gas station said the employees leave at 10pm. I am furious for driving this oong and far just to get terned away early

Flies in dining room, dust and dirt on TV above tables, food allover cooking floor, dining room tables dirty. The worker taking our order offered to clean them but kept walking away and didn't. Sauce for our order expired 2 months ago, they didn't notice until I showed them. Same worker handled food and money without changing his gloves. Workers masks consistently off noses and mouths. If the other gas station had something, we would go there! This location needs a health inspection fast!!

Have been through this location driving truck for the last few years. Have never had an issue until this trip! Online, on the doors, ect. It has their hours listed until 9:00pm. Wrll, this is a lie! Apparently they now close at 7:00pm apparently. I walked in at 7:00, used the restroom, walked up to the counter at 7:02pm to be greeted by the rudest employee's I have ever met! They barked we close at 7, I replied with well you need to change Google and all of your signs! Basically got the not my job reply. Worst service I have ever had in an A&W or Taco Time! Listen, I am along with others a truck driver. It seems like every single day another place has no food to offer!

I stopped to go through the drive through real fast on my way home to Idaho Falls. The cashier who took my my order was very curt and I sat at the drive through window for 15 min before someone checked in. The employees then proceeded to give me the incorrect order and ask me if I had really been charged for my food. Very rude.

Stuff is not bad. Polite and respectful. Dining area is cleaner then most places. Food quality is what you would expect for a fast food chain.Customer type quality that comes in here is quite and peaceful for the most part. Little home town people and some travelers / truckers.

Doesn't open till 11...guess they ought to fix their hours on Google....guess I'll eat at the next exit...this is inside gas station...went inside to see if they were open-nothing posted in Drive thru...not a soul acknowledged my existence. I did experience a partial car wash via the leaking swamp cooler attachment...spraying water all over...

Been waiting at the drive through for 30 minutes after we paid. Still don’t have food. Made good time till we arrived here. Food was good, but not 30 minutes in a drive through good. The server was kind though. Probably needs more than one person running the place on a Saturday afternoon. If you do go, get the Rootbeer freeze, those were worth the wait 👌🏼

Food is pretty good, still same old A&W quality, the only downside are the prices. Somehow $55 for my wife and I to get a large fried cheese curd, two orders of mini corndogs, and two large rootbeers. As for the atmosphere...it's in a gas station, don't expect much. This location is also drastically short handed, so service isn't the fastest.

We pulled in and we went to the bathrooms and they were absolutely disgusting , flies everywhere then we got our food and first of all the food was disgusting , and there was a fly in my root beer float. Tables were dirty and food was all over the table. Then we bought something from the gas station and waited 10 minutes for the cashier , this place is absolutely disgusting . Do not recommend!!! I wish I could give it 0 stars.

A&W Restaurant here is terrible. Please take your business elsewhere. I am just updating from the weekend, where we were traveling and decided to try new restaurants out.I love A&W and have had many great experiences with this location, but felt that this place was disturbingly non-responsive and disturbingly low in quality. Please keep driving to the next one.

Just rolled in to grab a burger. I didn't mind the short wait to get my food. I was on the go, so I quickly grabbed my food and bailed. As I dove into the French fries, I was extremely disappointed. They were barely warm and very stale, as if they have been sitting there since lunch. My burger was great. Pretty disappointed is the quality. I will return, however just wanted to share my recent experience

Updating my review because the new ownership has really turned things around. It is actually enjoyable to eat here again. I've been several times over the last few months. Each time the food is fresh and good. The wait time for food is longer than most fast food but is worth the wait to get it fresh.Review during previous owner follows -This review has no reflection on A&W and Taco Time as a whole; I typically enjoy both A & W and Taco Time. Perhaps my expectations are a bit high for this fast food joint as I remember it when I was younger just after it opened. It was a TCBY/Taco Time and my buddies and I would stop here after every fishing trip down to Malad for some amazing food (as far as fast food goes). Now though the food is less than mediocre. I still stop by occasionally hoping for some good food from those good old days, only to be disappointed. The food is always luke warm, their ice cream machine is always broken, and they don't have brewed root beer only the typical fountain.

Honestly sitting through the drive thru right now and have been here for a little over 20 minutes with only one truck in front of us. I was super irritated at first and got on here to give the reps a 1 star due to the lack of care and courtesy towards our time. However, I took a chance and asked if they were short staffed at the window, kid looked tired. And it’s only two of them working and has been for several hours. I can understand the wait now and don’t blame them at all. But to management work a full shift. Your google reviews are terrible, and have been getting worse over time, not better.

We travel to Utah a lot and we stop in McCammon for a break every time. Today we decided that A&W sounded great for dinner on the road. We sat at the drive thru repeatedly saying “hello” with no response, so we decided to go inside to order. Only one out of the 3 girls working there was polite and knew what she was doing. We waited for 30 minutes for food. Thankfully we checked our bag of food, we were missing a hamburger, and most of the food was not worth the $35 we spent. Horrible service and horrible food. They need to fire the workers and manager and get a new crew that is well trained and can do customer service the correct way.

Hours posted online state they’re open until 9pm. They closed at 7pm. It’s bad enough that every time I have been here the staff is rude and the service is slow. I will never understand food services closing at such ridiculous hours when located in a truck stop. I was trying to get something better than subway or McDonald’s but I guess that’s not happening tonight. I have been trying to give this location a chance since they are located on my regular route and I like A&W from time to time. My 1 star rating is too high. I won’t be back.

This was the slowest fast food I've ever had the chance to eat. I'm only giving 2 stars because at least the food was decent. Soda and tea machines were out of order, so you had to get your drink from the store side. Not a huge deal.. I waited over 30 minutes for a burger and cheese curds. There was one lady cooking and one kid taking orders. He was twiddling his thumbs instead of helping put orders together in his down time. The place didn't seem very sanitary, either. Next time, I'll stop in Blackfoot for A&W instead.

Terrible experience. There were 4 poor kids trying to deal with a rush of customers, not an adult or manager in sight. Took over 20 minutes to get a hot fudge sundae and large cheese curds. The ice cream was almost pure liquid by the time it got to me and was such bad quality I couldn't even eat it. The cheese curds were barely done and cold after having sat waiting for 20 minutes for the sundae to be done. Who is in charge of this place?

It's hard to believe the people who work here want to be here. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes for my food. I said I was lactose intolerant and so is my family. We open our food on the road and we have extra cheese on everything. So me and my kids can't eat what we paid for bc there is no picking around it. I don't know why you don't just fire them all and start over. This isn't the first time so I don't know why bother.

My mustard with a side of burger was cold and soggy. We ordered 5 burgers and they were all cold. The fry sauce cups aren't filled and are barely enough to dip a few fries. We also ordered a burrito which was also cold. The fries were extremely salty. A&W is one of my favorite fast food burger places and this place is like another business. I wish I would have read the reviews here before coming. I hope someone from this place starts to read into these bad reviews it looks like they're getting over the past year.

Like previous post, we had sauce with a side of cold burger. Our order was a standard burger when we got home instead of the Pappa Burger that we paid for. Fries were so salty you couldn’t eat them. There was no other patrons in restaurant and it still took 15 minutes to get our food. Wow, this place is such a disappointment. Beware, as we had a poor experience over a year ago and thought this time might be better.

Great food love the homemade rootbeer. Some days are a little hectic but if something isn't right they tend to fix it quickly. I think it's great they are employing a kid with Autism that makes it worth it to me.

Waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes and didn’t get our food. Eventually left because we had to get back on the road and we kept seeing the employees chatting through the windows. They got our order wrong (based on the fact that the total they told us was far less than it should have been) and didn’t confirm it with us.

I was looking forward to brewed A&W root beer. That didn't happen. They didn't even have any in the fountain machine. The tables were dirty, there were straw wrappers all over the counter, they were out of lids for the cups (after a little persuasion we convinced the guy to go upstairs and get more), no ketchup, we got the last of the fry sauce... It took 30 min to get the food (I think they must have been doing the orders one at a time instead of doing multiples in parallel). I saw a lot of standing around waiting for food to finish.

I would give zero stars if I could. My husband LOVES A&W and is a 4 million mile trucker who has been to this A&W many times over the last 5 years. He had a terrible experience last time he was through and it made him physically sick. Today he decided to give them another chance. I hope none of you have had to experience a burger this bad. Imagine the Papa Burger that sat out and got old and then throw it in the microwave, wrap it up and smash it all together. The veggies were wilted and he had to pull over and throw up after 3 bites. The person who made this should be FIRED! Long wait for disgusting food! If you eat here you will regret it!

I hated it. Worst service ever. They were rude to me and she sounded annoyed when she took the order. Didn't have any patience. Worst chili I've ever had. And it was even cold. Along with the burrito I got. Took 15 minutes in the drive through and I was late to where I was going. I wish I could rate it a 0 because I've never been treated so poorly.

We travel to Bear Lake every year to camp & this is our fuel stop. Every time for the last 3 years we've tried eating here our order takes forever to prepare. They are constantly telling us, sorry we're short handed.
