Stopped today for a burger. The young man who took my order was great. He was very professional but even more he was very friendly and did a great job. The only comment I had and not about him but I made it to another employee was that my blackberry milkshake unfortunately tasted like vanilla. I could see that there was some flavoring in it. I suggested they may want to put more in in the future. His answer was "well we just put some of the flavor in. I said I'm not complaining but it might be a good idea to make it not taste like vanilla.

This place is a great place to work for a starter job! Amazing Manager! For those of you (as in video room person) this place is always clean! We all make sure everything is done and don't just leave the meat out like you said! We do a lot at this job! So next time you get fired from a job don't say stuff that isn't true be happy you got a good job here! Most people actually like it here and you trying to make us look bad just cause you got fired is pretty petty! I love this job! Every job has there flaws but you complain about everything! The team here is good and kind and amazing so before saying something that isn't true make sure to check your facts! Thank you so so much for your input but this won't affect any of us I hope you have a better experience next time you come in! Have a good day everyone!

The Whitehouse Drive-In is on the 2019 Ride To Eat USA, the milkshake is the item recommended. Had a medium Vanilla shake. It was thick and had an icy texture, not thick amd creamy like a certain Clown franchise, I call their shakes flegm bombs. Service was OK drive up was busy but I had two employees offer to serve. Will be back for another shake with a burger and fries in tow.

Delicious food and really family friendly! They had toys for my kids to play with while we waited for our food, and they didn’t act bothered when my kids knocked a drink off the table and spilled it everywhere. They were really nice and it was quick too!

Honestly, average food at best. Nice folks but you could make this food so much better by simply toasting the burger buns. The burgers are so bland and they could easily use an upgrade, not that difficult and you’d see more customers.

Went to get a milkshake with a buddy and the drive in line was 5 cars long. The parking lot thankfully only had one car parked in it so we decided to order our milkshakes as dine in. After getting our order taken we were forgotten about for 30 minutes. Meanwhile a teenager attending prom at the high school across the street wearing a DRESS went behind the counter and started doing things. Very unprofessional to allow this as a business. After they remembered that we ordered our drinks (Butterfinger/Butterscotch and a Strawberry/Cheesecake) they handed us a Butterfinger and a Butterscotch Shake. They then gave those incorrectly made drinks to the girl who was going to prom that went behind the counter. After another 5 minutes our drinks were made and we were offered a refund at which we didn't have the time to accept due to being on a timely schedule. That was my experience getting 2 milkshakes from The White House.

Been going to this place since I was a kid - guessing it has new owners recently, they have totally changed the interior (which looks worse than before somehow, miss all the cool old historical stuff they had) blaring music and teenagers taking forever to make your order, there goes the one place I could count on for a good quick burger and shake. Tragic

I would give this place a zero star. The reason is this place has mold growing in the walk in. There is cross contmation. Every where because no one that works there care about the customer at all. They thaw there meat out on the bun racks I. The back from the after noon to the next day before it is out in the walking to chill every one knows you don't do that. They don't rapid chill there soups they let them chill on the back counter where bacteria can grow in before chilling it. 🤮🤮🤮

I went today at around 2:10 had to wait over ten minutes for our order to be taken the another 20 for it to come out there was a line when I had got there but I did see several cars leave around 6 ro 7 left which I don't blame then if I didn't have a car behind me I would have as well then when we get to the window the foods not done and there are four people there don't waste your money here or time go to Homedale to the frosty palace instead!

This place is just a joke now since the new owner. For being higher priced than it was before for food not worth buying anymore. The food isn't even good anymore, the last few times I've gone there has been not good at all, I used to love this place, but not anymore. I wouldn't recommend this place with how things are now with the new owner!!

waited in drive thru line for over an hour, and still had to retell them the order 3 times. then still forgot our food. please have an adult on shift, because the kids seemed very stressed out and did not know how to handle the rush. very very poor service.

We were at the drive thru today and sat in line for 15 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of us. It appeared the speaker didn't work so they were taking orders one at a time at the window. I say this because no one made contact with us during those 15 minutes. We drove away. We were there a month ago and was told a large party came in and they would not be able to get to us for about 40 minutes. We left.Food is good but need to staff better or somehow give better customer service as we were not the only ones who left today or the previous time. You are losing customers!

We may have hit this place on an “off” day but when you’re in the mood for a chocolate ice cream cone and they’ve run out of chocolate, when they keep repeating your order and getting it wrong, when their idea of a cone is to squirt some soft-serve into a styrofoam container and then smoosh the cone on top of it, they’re lucky to get two stars.

My daughter begs to go to the Whitehouse every weekend. We love the cozy atmosphere, nothing fancy, the kids love the toys to play with! The shakes and sodas are SO good and well priced. The toys are the best we've ever had.

I waited in the drive thru, for over 20 minutes. Speaker was not working, was hoping it would be worth the wait. Finally a gal came out to take my order, I ordered the fish and tots, had to heat them up when I got back to office (3 minutes away) ordered a chocolate malt, got vanilla, couldn’t wait any longer. Asked for a bag of ice. Didn’t get that. II know places are needing help, but service was not the best. Sorry for a bad review, but put a note on speaker, not working.

I had not been to this resturant in 30 years. My wife had moved into the state and never tried their food before. On a visit to see family in the area I decided to give it a whirl. The staff was friendly, the wait a little longer than expected, the price a little high, and the food par. If you are hungry it will do, but don't expect your socks to be blown off.
