I grew up in Marsing. For 26 years I frequented the Snake River Mart at the old location, then Market.. I always felt welcome and enjoyed shopping there. I've been back on a frequent basis to see family and watched this store go up, stopping in to shop now and again. It's not the same place. I get that as time passes things change.. but I didn't realize that customer service would become a thing of the past.I went in this morning and picked up a few small items. As I walked toward customer service (where the 2 clerks were standing), I was met with a glare as the clerk didn't say a word and walked to her register. Taking it in stride, I just walked to the register, and said "good morning", that was met with a sneer. Maybe it was just me she didn't care for, as she was more than happy to yell in my face at the clerk walking behind me to talk about happenings after work the day before.In any case the transaction was over, and I said thank you. I was not offered a receipt, not a good day, not even f-off. Instead she shifted her more friendly attention to what I assume was a regular she recognized. I'll be taking any further business to Homedale. It's a bit out of the way for me, but we'll worth it.

We live in rural Caldwell. It is a 30 minute drive to shop for groceries. We discovered M & W just 5 minutes from our house. Best prices on spices you can imagine. The meat department was very nice. It's a little quaint country store. I was surprised to find their prices and quality very competitive. It is our new go to for our basics.

I'm impressed with the variety of products for such a small store, prices comparable to many of the bigger stores, and great customer service. I especially appreciate the efficiency of Amy, to whom I gravitate if her line is open. She's organized, helpful, and pleasant.

Everything you would expect from a small-town grocery store. They also offer propane, gas, and diesel. Prices are a little high, but not terrible and often better than driving to town.

Local one stop at its best! Buy groceries, gas, licquor, propane, fishing license and pay your bills! I even bought a mouse trap here when nobody else in town had one Awesome fresh veggies and meat and good selection of dry goods and frozen foods. Nice ladies and new owner is spending some money on the building Fresh coat of paint on some of the building and sign to come soon by your local Rednecks. More room in the checkout line is noticed and appreciated by the locals. Cashier's too I'm sure. Welcome to Marsing M&W!!

This place has the nicest people, the new registers are amazing! They've filled up the holes in the parking lot and even got new lines down! It's like a while new store!

Use to love going in there but now i would rather rather go to town for what i need. Kinda sad that you have some great workers but only one lady has to ruin it for them she is very rude and cant stay out of peoples conversation.
