We bought a water heater for our new home. Unfortunately it doesn't work. We unhook it, drain and take back only to be told they don't do returns on them. Which we were NOT told at the time of purchase. The employees were super nice and helpful until we needed to return. Heck we didn't even want to return just exchange. We have a big family (8 kids) and not having hot water is not an option. We troubleshooted with a plumber and a electrician before trying to take back. Not only did ziggys refuse to return or exchange but the company the water heater is actually from was no help either. They wanted us to call the electrician back out to give us codes to give to them. We try to buy from local and smaller businesses instead of chain stores but sadly this wasn't the best choice for us this time.

I had a special order door that was the wrong width. Even though they normally do not return special orders. They accepted my return and reordered the correct width. I appreciate their customer service.

These guys are great to deal with they were able to order the tin siding I needed for my shop in the size and color to match what I already had when other local supplier couldn't said it wasn't even available to them. These guys helped me get my project done.

Friendly service and good prices... large selection of goods and services. HOWEVER, they keep much of their lumber outdoors under tarps. I've had to go through an entire stack of 2x6s just to find a half dozen that weren't warped or badly cracked.

We appreciate the excellent service we receive at Ziggy's. My husband always says to go to Ziggy's rather than Home Depot because they help you and even load in your rig. Prices are often better and always comparable.

Super great service. They didn't have the part we needed. But that didn't stop them. He got on the phone and made several calls trying his best to locate that part for us. Meanwhile another employee found one,in their store, which had been misplaced. Way to go Ziggy's!!
