Sometimes they have smiles. For the last 4 years I have been getting prescriptions through them, there may have been 1 or 2 prescriptions they got right the first time.Many mistakes, aren’t open when they advertise, have a very difficult time navigating their system and getting the facts straight.I regret it almost every time I need to get something from them. Is usually an absolute pain. Switching pharmacies asap.

THE WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!! ZERO STARS. TECH LIED STRAIGHT TO MY FACE TODAY. MY SPECIAL MEDICATION COMES IN A BOTTLE OF 60 AND NOT TO BE OPENED. SOMEONE PUT IT IN AN AMBER VIAL..WHY? BECAUSE THEY ARE IGNORANT. I HAVE NOTES IN MY PROFILE BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY SCREWED UP AND OPENED IT. TECH SAID IT COMES IN A 500 COUNT. LIAR!! TOTAL FABRICATION! IF TRUE THEN THEY COMMITTED INSURANCE FRAUD BECAUSE THEY BILLED FOR THE NDC OF A 60 COUNT BOTTLE. ANYWAY IT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN A 500 COUNT. WHAT A BUNCH OF PATHETIC LIARS!! THEY SCREW UP AND LIE BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT DOING THE RIGHT THING OR CUSTOMERS. PROBABLY LIE ALL DAY INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY LOOKING. CLOSE THESE USELESS PEOPLE AND LOCATION DOWN

I've been trying to talk to someone in the pharmacy for over an hour. I've called multiple times, get put in hold queue, then after 10-15 minutes it's my turn and the phone just rings and rings, til eventually someone on their end hangs it up. I realize they may be busy, but that's unacceptable.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went in to get my booster shot and got home just to realize that my wallet had gone missing. I called this Walgreen's multiple times regarding my missing wallet and NO ONE was able to help me, not even the manager. She was extremely rude and inconsiderate. After filing a police report and canceling my cards I got a phone call from Walgreens stating they had found my wallet. I went in this morning and asked an associate named "Sarah" for her help. She was also extremely rude and unhelpful. She made me proceed back to the pharmacy instead of just getting it for me and the line was incredibly long. When I went to grab it, they didn't verify who I was and they just handed it to me. In all, this place is very unprofessional. Sarah was rude and the manager was inconsiderate. Based off the other reviews, it seems like this place needs new management and employees.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The pharmacy assistants are the most useless and ignorant women I’ve had to work with! They will tell you that you have no account or prescriptions in there records. And the drive thru boy expect to wait 30 minutes. They r the most dimwits ever

Late, wrong, or rude. Every trip is an exercise in Patience. The people behind the counter are too busy to address people standing in front of them or the drive thru is a half hour pushed out. I have gone days without essential medicine for my survival because of their inability to hold onto a prescription sent by a doctor.

I have been happy with the Lewiston Walgreens for a while there is a man technician that goes out of his way to help me figure out when I'm having an issue with a medicine and I appreciate that very much.But for today I had two pharmacists find my suffering and pain funny and they laughed at it before they put me on hold I don't know in what world in what scenario or situation somebody's actual suffering real pain is funny well sad to say that triggered me and oh man I was mad very disappointed in those two Walgreens pharmacy employees that think the other people's suffering and pain is funny that is not okay in any way shape or form. Shame on you Lewiston Walgreens pharmacy for having employees like that.

Pharmacy continues to decline in customer service. The pharmacy process seems overwhelmed with customer volume and expectations. Would rank one star but retail side is pulling their weight in taking care of their customers. Keep up the good work, you’re the only reason I continue to be a customer.UPDATE: Avoid this place at all cost! Your health and mental health will suffer the more you use this place for your healthcare needs. Trust me….

I’ve rarely had any issues with the folks at Walgreens. Only one time when there was a coupon issue but I just went home and came back when it was all settled out. I usually call in my refills and then when I get the text they are ready, I check online that all are ready and when they are, I go down to get them. They are kind, remember me, and I love that the pharmacy staff from Kmart came over when Kmart closed. Thanks for keeping things running, everyone!

I regularly have issues with this location. Either something gets lost, isn't filled, or is filled incorrectly. I take a medication which comes in sealed vials and they are single use. My prescription says that I am supposed to get 4 every month and the last three months I have been given only 3 and then had to fight my insurance to get it filled so I have my medication. I would be a little bit more forgiving if not for the fact that the label they print says I should be receiving 4, which only further messes up my ability to get my medication. Not only that, but they will take days to fill a medication and I've had times where I have ordered on the first day I am allowed too before the medication runs out and they will not have it together until several days after I have none left.In the year I have lived up here, I have had maybe three weeks where a very sensitive medication has been consistent. This lack of regularity has caused side effects which have resulted in joint issues and a lot of pain because my body is unable to level out and remain consistent. I am on quite a few medications and have suffered in every single area because there is no dependability. I've had to spend days in bed which prevented me from getting my medication when it /was/ finally ready, prolonging the time I am stuck unable to function. I can only image how stressful going to this pharmacy must be if you are on something like a heart medication. My provider regularly has to call the pharmacy and fight them over medications I have been on the entire time I have been a customer there because they will randomly decide they need it checked even if it has already been renewed recently.What really put the nail in the coffin for me was that one day I logged in to refill a prescription and they had wiped my entire prescription log save for two medications which had expired prescriptions. I had to call my provider and get the whole mess sorted out. I am now working on switching to a completely new pharmacy and will no longer be using Walgreens. It has caused me too much grief and there are far cheaper places to get medication. I originally chose Walgreens for the drive-thru but it is an insanely long wait most days and frankly, it is faster to go in to pretty much any other place.Sad to have to go somewhere else given I loved the people at the pharmacy I went to down in Caldwell, but this place is anxiety inducing to deal with and I cannot count the amount of times I have shown up three days after ordering a medication to find out they hadn't bothered to even try and fill it. Save yourself the trouble and go to Albertsons or Walmart.

In the past I have always been able to drop off my prescription at Walgreens Pharmarcy, to run errands, and it will be filled when I return.I dropped off my prescription today, and left to run errands.When I returned my prescription hadn't been filled.The young dark haired man at reception said I had to stay at the pharmacy and get in line while it was being filled.There were several people already in line.Four hours later after I had dropped my prescription off, I was finally able to get my prescription filled.I was not happy.I fail to understand why I can't get a prescription filled at the pharmacy, while I'm running errands.

Id give them a zero if I could.This has happened twice now. Walgreens is trying to take advantage of its customers. One the keep saying good rx changes its price for my medication, (I have spoken with several people in the medical and insurance fields, this is a lie), then I find out they had an insurance on my account from blue cross(I haven't had them for years) so someoneelses insurance has been paying apparently for a couple of months. I had spoken with someone in the home office about this issue before but they fixed it and assured me it wouldn't happen again.If you are looking for a pharmacy look elsewhere.

Was just in there picking up western union and not only was the lady rude and ignoring me since the moment I walked up she turned her back away said I’ll be awhile then while helping me tells me she can’t accept my tribal ID even though I go there because they’ve always accepted it. She begins to argue with me saying they’ve never accepted them but after I say I always go there she says well I don’t know the rules they just told me a month ago. Ridiculous.

Worst patient care in the valley. Accused of lying when I was not, incorrectly claimed the insurance was the issue when it was their issue. After calling the insurance myself we attempted a conference call. The tech said it was taken care of but when I went to pick up....same issue. It was like groundhogs day each time I attempted to fill my Rx. I finally gave up and had my prescriptions transferred to Rosauers. MUCH better service and a LOT cheaper.

This branch and the Ontario, Oregon branch messed up my insurance. Being extremely frustrated, I made a comment regarding my scripts. I had my insurance on the line, spoke to the technician. She told my insurance agent that she couldn't change it. The lady pharmacist came out and publicly humiliated me in front of my husband and customers regarding my comment. She accused me of saying something different to her technician. I did not say anything vulgar to her or about her!!! So instead of taking me in private, the pharmacist humiliated me in front of everyone. Then I found out they all lied about not being able to change my insurance. They changed my insurance but just plain lied because they didn't want to fill my scripts. I have been with Walgreens forever but I will NEVER fill my scripts at Walgreens again. They need more training and customer service training!!!! They don't even deserve one star!!!!

All three times I’ve gone in after getting a call saying my pills are ready I’ve had to wait in the store almost 3 hours. I am a full time Noc shift CNA Med Tech. A full time day college student. Not to mention I NEEDED my medication so I could take it and actually attempt to get sleep. Going in they would say oh there’s been a complication with your insurance, then I’d check again 40 minutes later, they were “getting my pills ready” check another 30 minutes later “ it will be just 10 more minutes” again 30 minutes later “oh sorry 10 more minutes”If our medications are not ready for pick up DO NOT CALL ME 3 times in one hour saying they are. 🤦‍♀️I transferred to Walgreens from Shopko hoping they would treat me better. Instead they are treating me worse and charging me 3 times as much.At Shopko my Prozac is $10, they tried charging me $75 saying my insurance doesn’t cover it.I’ve been on this medication for 4 years and my insurance has NOT CHANGED

Very slow. People can get very rude at times. Was on hold tonight for an hour and 45 minutes to all the sudden phone goes dead. I call back and talk to the store and they inform me that the pharmacy just closed. That was what I figured when phone went dead. It's going to be a pain but I think I may have to find a new pharmacy... Don't recommend anyone to start using them....

Just trying to get all of my family prescriptions filled in one visit is nearly impossible because they can't manage to have them completed. Try calling to check on it? Won't happen. The hold time is over 30 minutes. The online portal is not accurate, either. Walgreens really needs hire additional staff for their pharmacy.

Don’t enforce their mask requirement. This is, you know, like a doctor’s office. I’m here to get shots for my kids. Walgreens does not enforce medical cleanliness to the degree necessary for safe medical procedures; I don’t recommend coming here for them.

Well they have the best price with my insurance for sure and a handful of excellent employees. Problem is they didn't have my meds on time three months in a row and if you don't go at just the right day and time your going to wait an hour or more they can be ridiculously slow.

Always out of meds, and if they are short handed they don't answer phones which would be fine if they told you that but they just let you sit on hold until until it hangs up on you. I spent 2 hours trying to talk to someone in the pharmacy and it never happened. These are only a couple things there is lots more. Pick a different pharmacy if I was you.

Just sat in line for 15 mins to watch the lady at the counter type stuff into the computer and not help anyone, all while people in the drive thru were being helped. I ended up walking out and called my doctor's office to have my prescription sent somewhere else.

This is quite possibly the worst pharmacy in the history of medicine dispensing. Every time I go there for a prescription there's something wrong. Sometimes it's a minor thing...I get phantom text messages telling me a prescription is ready when it isn't. Sometimes it's major. Like my insurance account suddenly "disappearing" from their records. Every time I deal with this pharmacy I feel like I need pain meds to relieve the pain from the brain damage I suffer trying to solve the problem of the day with my prescriptions. There are far better choices in the Lewiston/Clarkston area. I'm going to start using one of them. I've had enough.

If I could give 0 stars for the pharmacy I would. A new prescription I needed through them, with my insurance was $89.99 but at Costco it's $6!!! Literally robbing people for their needed medications.

All signs point to them just not having enough staff especially in the pharmacy but at least they don't short my meds like Rite Aid does..
