I was happy with my Home Depot as I had found everything I was looking for until I went to check out then I realized that they were forcing us to go to self service I do not like that they are taking jobs away so I started to leave my stuff there and say heck with it and then they told me I could go to the customer service to get right now Home Depot you have enough employees there put somebody on the register I am tired of everything being made automatic and not having customer service like we should have I don't pay any less for having self-service or doing it myself so why should I be there to be your cashier you don't pay me

Staff was very helpful. Store has almost anything one could need for the home. Large parking, handicap accessible. A friend and I were looking at appliances. With the help of a lady staff she found what she was looking for and ordered it with arrangements for delivery.

Monopoly, the right keep yappin about fantasy’s of this country turning into something that it will never be, communist. You may not be forced under a regime to shop at these stores that lobby to get rid of competition, but it virtually is when it’s your only option and the only thing your hard working dollar can afford is one line of products own by the same people. Can’t wait for market socialism and for smaller businesses to come back.With these prices of wood, I might aswell fly my self up north and live in the woods

The young woman at the returns desk was very rude when we inquired about a gift card for our son. We asked if it had a certain limit on it or if we could put what we want on it. We also asked if it expires after a certain amont of time. Her only comment was I don't know read the back of it. I would advise people to shop else where. Where you can get knowledgeable and friendly service.

Very helpful staff and the whole store is clean, very organized and easy to find everything we needed.It's fun just to browse around the store and enjoy all of the seasonal products that are on display.Quite an enjoyable experience.I'm going to order a whole new bathroom from wall to wallIncluding a new toilet just to update our older trailer home.Also a doorbell Cam at the front of the property.Worth it for sure 😊

My local Home Depot customer service is very very bad.location is Lewiston Idaho. No one care I have a problem with Vinyl flooring installation. Home Depot used Hom Solution people from Spokane Washington.Hom Solution Manager name is Joe. He sent vinyl flooring installation guys from Tri cities.His name is Billy. He doesn’t know how he does. Because he used spray foam underneath the vinyl floor. My vinyl flooring are raised up because of spray foam. After that I contact with Joe. He doesn’t Want to fix that problem. He keeps saying he doesn’t have another people to fix that problem. He said he only has only vinyl flooring installation guy. I said no . I don’t want Billy come to fix that problem because he doesn’t know it . After that Joe he doesn’t pick up my phone call & never reply my messages.I been waiting more than a week. No one help me.So I called Home Depot customer care. Her name is latimah. She is very helpful. After I talked with her . She gave me case number. Next day My Lewiston Idaho Home Depot people are contacted me and trying to fix my problem. But I’m still waiting 2 more weeks to fix my problem.I don’t know they can fix correct ways or not.If you want to do your flooring do it yourself or find local people .

We went into the store yesterday looking for the mums that were on sale. There wasn't a sign posted on the mums out front of the garden center so we went to the checkstand just inside the garden center to ask the cashier which ones were on sale. The cashier was a young-ish girl and she was literally sitting at the checkstand messing around on her cell phone and barely glanced up when we approached. We asked if the mums that were out on the display were the ones on sale and she looked at us blankly and said "I don't know". So we then asked if there was anyone that did know and she said "I don't know". We asked if there would be anyone coming back to the garden center that could help us and she said "I don't know" and then bent back over her cell phone. She never once offered to call someone or anything. So we went on a search to find someone who could help us. Found some older gentlemen in the main part of the store that were working hard and they happily gave us the information we needed. We then went to check out with the one item we were able to find and the girl looked up from her cell phone just long enough to ring up the item, hand me the receipt and then bent right back over her cell phone. As we were walking to the car I noticed that as customers were coming into and out of the entrance to the garden center, she wasn't even looking up from her cell phone to even acknowledge them. I was blown away by the (lack of) customer service and being young is no excuse. If you are working, put down your cell phone and do your job!

The store doesn't have everything other Home Depots have which means you have to put it on order. Might as well buy from a giant online retailer at that point. The employees are friendly enough. The prices are exorbitant, and you're better off going to a local building supply, or online. Sheets of plywood are literally half the price at other stores, and cabinet hinges are a 10th price elsewhere. Do not shop here for your building needs.

I bought a 48 gun Liberty safe from them. I paid for the white gloves service where they put it in room of choice. The item showed app at my house extremely damaged. It looked like it was dropped off A forklift It was dented so badly. The door would not Shut correctly. The shipper took it back supposedly back to home depot. I don't have the item and I don't have a refund. The only thing home depot in Lewiston said was disputed. With your bank, there's nothing we can do. It shows item was delivered but I called the shipping company and the item was not delivered. So either home depot is lying or the shipping company is lying either way. I deserve either the product or my money back. I'm just out $2300. And basically, I'm gonna have to take them to court to get my money back. Do not ever shop at The Home Depot in Lewiston. I will never spend another time there as long as I live. Because they basically stole $2300 from me. That's exactly what happened, they are thieves.

Little pricey, usually have what I need. If I can't find it they usually have no issues guiding me. If there's any employees around, sometimes i cant find anybody. Large store and large selection of products. Today I got a thatching rake and sisal rope.Also the answering service is terrible now that it's changed, good luck.

You have to look at this store like a mall with many stores. There is people in certain departments that are amazing to work with and others that are not so much. Overall Lewiston Home Depot has treated me pretty good . Always good with returns, no questions asked.

Had to pay a lot in taxes today and was in a terrible mood- terrible day! The Home Depot employees were super helpful, kind, and made my day more enjoyable! It was the man at the pain section and the gal at checkout. I didn’t catch their names. They rock!

We come here, a lot!The store is clean and well lit.Contrary to popular belief, you can find help here! Some days, we get asked "Can we help you find anything?" 3 or 4 times in a visit. Maybe we are lucky?We don't always find what we are looking for, but can usually find brand equivalents. We did recently look for a specific mud room locker set, but we're only able to find it online, as this store does not carry this type of furniture.The only critique is that there have been a few times service has been a bit rough round the edges when trying to return an item, with a receipt.

Normally ok service, but today was not good. We were shopping for vinyl flooring for all of our apartments, and the woman in the flooring department started off helpful, but quickly devolved to snippy and just walked off in the middle of our questions.

We have all gone to Home Depot and either could not find any help or was border line almost harassed by people who were of no help. I went there today for window questions. Was greeted by someone who waited with me for the expert. Craig walked me through options and pricing. He was professional and helpful. I asked the easy questions and the dumb ones. He took time offered me options and gave me pricing.It was a productive trip.
