From stepping through the door it was disorganized and chaotic, the staff were arguing about who would seat us. Once we got seated, we weren't given a chance to look at the menu and they were annoyed when we asked for more time. The napkins they gave us were dirty and the whole time the employees were shouting across the room and very loudly talking about a pair of underwear they had, and once we got our food they forgot part of our order and inside the pancakes we found PLASTIC. Overall, the atmosphere was horrid and can't trust the food. Would not recommend.

Today. I had Joanna as a server. The food was great. I don't know what was going on, and you never know right (too busy, home problems).I had another person bring my food and I was greeted with a smiling face.Food is always great, I been here before.Joanna not very courteous, no smile. I paid at register not even smile or a thank you.Yes we all have other choices in places to eat.I will return for the good food. Please practice hospitality.Appreciated.

Ordered the prime rib special. $25+. It arrived on the well done side of cooked, after my having been assured that it would be "rare to medium rare". No biggie. It's a diner, not a steakhouse. But $25 is too much to pay for dog food.Alternative selection was a cheeseburger and fries. Fast, fresh, delicious. The wife had "loaded baked potato" soup. It was good.There were 3 other guests in a ~75 seat dining area. Two servers.Service out of the gate was primo.Marked down because our server went out on break and never came back. His replacement never came to our table, and we carried on with the last half hour of our meal with no drink refills or any dessert offerings.No check was proffered, so we went to the cash register with no record of what we'd had.We ordered pie to go. New help, they claimed.It was okay. In a pinch. But nothing to put them ahead of the competition.

Food was good just like every other Shari's I have been to but the customer service was horrible. The waitresses were rude on both occasions. I would ask for something like ketchup or more creamer for my coffee and wouldn't even be acknowledged. I mean, they brought the items, but without a smile or a 'here you go' response. It was like they were too good to even interact with their customers. Like it was a burden to even do their job correctly. Customer service isn't hard to do. Put a smile on your face and take a minute to interact with the people that come to your establishment that pays you to be there and do your job. If I was your boss you wouldn't be working there thats for sure. Wayback Cafe down the road a bit has way better food and a great customer service atmosphere and the waitress there was completely the opposite of what Shari's had to offer. Honestly they should go take some notes on how to do their job better.

The stuffed hash browns were amazing! You could tell the cook made sure to give them Perfect crisp but not burnt them, I did ask for no pink in my burger, and that is not how I received it but that's ok as I know that's a tough request to fill without feeling like your charcoaling the burger, some people just can't eat pink, the whole time while waiting for our food we could hear servers talking about how they hadn't had a break in hours and their manager hadn't even shown up, while we we're eating our toddler began to choke on a fry, and I became a panicked mama and started telling my husband I needed help. Not even 3 seconds after telling my husband I needed help not one but four servers came around to make sure my daughter was okay and was ready to help in this situation, and I cannot explain how full my heart felt that so many strangers were so ready to help in such a stressful situation. Thank you all, this was on 3/24/24, in the afternoon I could tell you all weren't having the best day but not one of u 2nd thought helping, you are great humans

Yes that is broken glass on the dining floor. About 45 minutes later a customer picked up all pieces.I didn’t get a menu, other people came after I did, they got their drink and I still don’t have a menu or my drink. 20 minutes in after I stared the waiter down, he comes over and I place my order from the online menu. A couple that came in just after me left as the waiter had not taken their order after 30 minutes.BTW this was a large guy wearing a shirt not tucked in exposing his fat belly. I can’t believe more people didn’t leave. The only reason I didn’t is as a DOT driver, I didn’t have that option.

Variety and breakfast all day. Food is always good- I can rely on that. Consistency is what keeps this business going. And good coffee - not that weak coffee flavored water served at so many restaurants (although I’d love it if it were a little richer).Kid-friendliness: It’s a family restaurant

Management at this establishment is not to be trusted. Last winter we went to eat here with family. The parking lot had 4 "solid compacted snow and ice. Having a Snow Removal and Liquid De-icing business, I was asked by the night manager if they could hire me to put liquid down and scrape their lot off. Several customers had fallen trying to get into the restaurant. I agreed to take this on into my busy schedule. Long story short, once invoiced for cleaning up their lot and deicing several times rest season I never received payment for any work. Manager refused to pay and went back on her word. If you are a Vendor I wouldn't trust this restaurant to pay for your work or goods. Night Manager was awesome and felt bad that management wouldn't pay for my work. Will never do work for this Manager again! Corporation needs to make right.Parking: Very unsafe parking conditions during winter. No Snow Removal or De-icing. Very Slick and unsafe.Wheelchair accessibility: Super slick and not wheelchair accessible due no snow removal or De-icing.

This was my first time at this restaurant. My wife has been here before and said she really liked the food, so I have been wanting to give it a shot. I am impressed!! The food was so delicious! I got the meat lovers skillet and she had the Shari's favorite breakfast. Everything was done right. I love how the sausage is grilled, they use farmed fresh eggs, the bacon was applewood smoked (amazing bacon), and don't get me started on the pancakes! Nice and fluffy, and we believe they use cake batter because it sure tasted like it. The restaurant was clean and was very family friendly! The staff was nice, and everyone was very professional! Yes! I am coming back and I recommend this restaurant to everyone!

0 stars - I went in on Friday to pick up some pies. When I walked in, two people were waiting to be seated and I walked over to the pie display case. The two people were seated and I was still not acknowledged. I waited for over 5 minutes as two female waitresses kept looking at me but couldn’t even utter a word to me- not even “hi I’ll be right with you.” I stood there waiting for almost ten minutes until I finally walked out. The restaurant wasn’t even busy and there’s no excuse for poor service. Unfortunately this was my first experience with this Sharis location and will keep me from returning.

A great place to take your family and friend's, alot of different choices of meals to choose from and the deserts are great too. I had lunch and dinner there with family.Vegetarian options: They have some good vegetarian foods on thier menu.Parking: Free and alot of space for parking.Kid-friendliness: All ages of kids are welcome there.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is wheelchair access too.

Always quick, friendly service. The food is always made fresh and tasty. The interior is a little dated but is clean. I appreciate that the music is always at a tasteful volume that I can have conversations without yelling. No televisions on the walls to distract or overwhelm.Dietary restrictions: Having a family member that is diabetic and another family member that is allergic to dairy, Sharis has always been accommodating and willing to help with restrictionsKid-friendliness: The food is wonderful for kids who like fun foods and kid size portions. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

The place was nearly empty and the screeching music was blasting. It still took more than 15 minutes to order. In the interim I was exposed to an employee getting dressed in a back corner. She exposed her belly while dressing. I also had to suffer through a loud conversation regarding puppy excrement. All in all not a great experience. The menu prices were a shock for what is on the plate.

The eggs were runny. The cheese tasted sour. We got hit in the leg with a vacuum while eating. Just overall bad food. The omelet was a pile of stuff, not wrapped at all. This was how the omelet came.

Servers were exceptionally rude , loud and obnoxious, service was slow,food was cold and exceptionally dry. This is the worst Shari's I've been in, I never noticed them disinfecting menus, surfaces etc. The "biscuits and gravy" were ice cold, thin.layer of gravy on what looked like a cheese scone. I wouldn't give this food to a stray dog

Lady was pleasant enough but ordered two omelets to go, looks like they cut one in half and gave me a half order of hash browns to boot ($29). Not sure how they can get away with this sorry out thing in this market, guess that's why they were empty. Last time I'll eat here.

From walking in the door things seemed very disjointed, and disorganized. Took much longer to be seated than seemed necessary as we were to only people that were.We split a chicken fried steak breakfast with stuffed hash browns & pancake. They were nice enough to put everything on 2 plates which was nice. The food was disappointing. Not awful, just very bland and unappealing.Once is enough!
