Stays open late. Enough employees working ,Good customer service. Good products, large variety. Some really good prices , some over priced items . Organize and clean. Convenient location , lots of parking. Busy but didn't wait in line very long .

IMPRESSIVE! 🙂 ...I browsed and shopped for over an hour, and spoke to four different employees. All of them were friendly, professional and patient with customers. (I even found our favorite Italian candy! 🍬) Keep up the good work with the customer service, and I'll be back❣️

Score! Three business causal outfits for job interviews for $54.00. In and out quickly on a Saturday, no lines. Would have given 5 stars if the a/c worked better. It was 102° outside, and the dressing rooms were a tad warm.

This store is great for not only clothing/shoes, but everything--auto accessories, electronics,cosmetics, kitchen gadgets, housewares, toys and even luggage! You never know what you will find as the stock rotates rather quickly. Prices are very affordable-clearance is even better. The entire family can shop here and the quality tops Walmart by far.My only complaint is that their carts cannot leave the store, so if u purchase more than u can carry, you are stuck making several trips in and out of the store.Service associates are friendly, but do not budge on this rule.

I’m not usually the Ross frequenting type. I’ve had mediocrity in the past. This holiday season I have been pleasantly surprised! My visits at Ross lately have been greeted with a warm smile and extremely helpful service. Katelyn has gone above and beyond at the Lewiston location! It’s people like her that get those return customers! Love the new opinion I have on Ross now!

Love this store, great stuff, reasonable prices.. Got a new purse that I love, would be 5 stars but the genius that put the security thing on the purse placed it to where they needed 3 associates to get the thing off, and they took a nice gash out of the purse handle removing it. Would've been nice to have been told about it as well. Noticed in the parking lot, but wasn't about to go and stand in line again after waiting 10 minutes for them to remove that thing. Plus I still love the purse, just wasn't the same as the one I purchased, them having damaged it and all..

Its been awhile since I last visited this Ross store and I was pleasantly surprised. The cloths racks were no longer over stuffed with cloths that you have to pry off the racks. Cloths were neatly hung with room to go through each item. The store was clean and neatly arranged. I used to say I don't look at cloths at Ross I only go to the house hold items. Now at least in Lewiston I can go through the whole store. Thank you great management!!

Barely to no 4xl tops and no pants size 28 so if those are your sizes ladies may want to look elsewhere. They do however have decent Halloween decore and amazing blankets.

Well organized, as early in the am as it was it was nice to be able to shop without having to be looking at the same products as other people wrestling through stuff. The staff was friendly and I do believe this is the cleanest Ross I've ever been to between Nampa and Boise Ross.

Its empty so not many choices. But I'm sure it's because they were waiting on a truck. Bathrooms are hard to get to. You have to chase an employee down or walk upfront and then back to use it. Which is very hard for people who have trouble walking. Otherwise great store.

I have never been able to find anything that suits me here but my family loves it there. But sometimes they sell things they shouldn't. My fiancée bought a letter board that was almost 20 dollars, fairly cheap which was nice but when we got home it didn't come with the letters. Making this product useless and 20 dollars down the drain. As nice of a place that it can be they shouldn't sell things that are incomplete making them useless. Basically what I am saying is if you can just make sure that it comes with what its suppose to if your going to get boxed items from Ross.

We went hoping to find a few things for Christmas. Everywhere else was packed. I was surprised at how much stuff Ross had. They had great selection and wonderful prices. I was impressed.

Ross has:free parking, many spaces, great prices on a vast collection of clothing. Had just 15 minutes to shop. Went straight to Women's dresses. Found!! A cute jersey knit dress, blue stripe with yellow flowers and bonus, just $12.99. already wore and compliments came. Will be in my suitcase for next trip. The staff are always friendly and helpful, never have a bad day at Ross!🤸

Sometimes you find great stuff sometimes under stocked. Some prices are too high for what you're getting or quality if item. If something is damaged and you want it anyway, they don't discount it very much. Over all I like to shop here. I prefer Ross over tj Maxx.

The staff has always been wonderful, they have even asked and remembered my name, and the name brand products are always 20-50% less than other retail stores. Not only that, but there are VERY FEW, if any, factory seconds, not nearly as many as people think, and if they are flawed products, they are clearly marked.

I LOVE Ross dress for less. However, I must add a disclaimer. I am a disorganized bargain hunter with a love of aesthetic in the abstract. My brother who is type a as they come hates it for the same reason I love it the utter chaos in how things are set up. But if you're looking for a deal on a new fit or piece, not a place better in town

I was recently in another Ross looking for a wallet and came accross the shoe area. Great selection of men's shoes for a great price. Higher end Nike, Under Armour and Adidas shoes for the 35-55 dollar range.Overall impression: I would come back for my sport shoe needs.

If you live in Lewiston or Clarkston, you have a really good chance of getting to Ross on their delivery days or close to it. I have purchased almost all of my beautiful summer dresses there. I get compliments on them all the time. Since I'm raising my 3 grandchildren, I want them to look nice, but dont have the funds to do it. Friends and family get us Ross gift cards for birthdays and by going to Ross close to their delivery dates we get the first pick and always find amazing clothes and household items. A bonus is the helpful and friendly staff. I love Ross Dress for Less!!!!

I was just informed by my wife that Ross refused to give her service, due to them beginning to close. She had all of her items were in a cart ready to scan and the cashier stated it was one minute past closing time. She also stated my wife would have to put all the items back. My wife had offered to give cash and the cashier still refused. Coming from experience that I have had. If a customer is still in the store, getting ready to check out, you meet thier expectations! You wait that one to five minutes to scan thier items and you do not refuse service!
