Fast, friendly customer service! Meat department is wonderful, as well as their deli and bakery items. Prices are typically higher, but on their meat, you can't beat the quality. I often watch the ads. They do have good sales!

I have only ever used Apple Pay in the store. As long as they have had the tap to pay option, it is all I have ever used. I have never used my physical card. Ever.Tonight at checkout it would not accept my payment as valid. A rather rude cashier told me “yeaaaa, you can keep trying, but it won’t work.”Okay, well it always has.It’s super inconvenient to have that option available only for it to not work all of a sudden. & for your employee to argue with me and suggest it never has? That’s problematic.

I called Rosauers to see if they can fill helium in some balloons I bought from Amazon, before I bought the balloons and was told by an employee that it was possible. When I went in to fill the balloons, just 2 small mylar balloons and was told I wasn't able too. I was prepared to pay cash for the helium. I was redirected to A&B and was told the same thing there by their staff. Albertsons not only gladly filled my balloons, but assured me they can fill the helium ballons for me and had amazing customer service. I had planned to buy my sons birthday cake from Rosauers but because I was misled and misinformed I also purchased the cake from Albertsons.

Been hesitant to keep trying this store as their prices are significantly higher. Today I came in for donuts for my family and there was maybe 5-6 options to choose from and nobody in sight at the bakery. Going to Albertsons

As always, the employees are very helpful, the store is clean, the produce is fresh. It is a little more expensive than going to Costco or Walmart but if you live up in the Orchards, the convenience of being just a few blocks away outweighs the money you'll save by going elsewhere if you only need a few items, since you would spend the money you would save, on the extra gas to drive to Walmart.

Worked for this store for almost 15 years and they carry only top quality items. The manager Mike Peer and assistant manager Bob are wonderful people and we’re great guys to work for. They want their customers happy and well taken care of, all the while treating their employees wonderfully.

Love Rosauers, they are a little more expensive but sometimes it's worth it. Love the bakery, they have good choices. People are friendly. The only thing is I wish they opened before 6am. Like 5 or 5:30am, this is the reason for 4 stars not 5.

Needs updated, overpriced, bathrooms are gross. Produce are is the worst ever over watered. Stop watering the produce and stacking. Moldy rotted produce and only green bananas you buy it and the next day there brown. Did I mention overpriced. Bad cake mix good apperience very good decorating bad taste. Way over priced cookies really. And crabby employees. Needs more natural food selection and he store needs to stop over pricing the natural foods.It's nice there isn't employees and patrons smoking at the entrance. That's a plus

Very high quality grocery store - great bakery, meat department (fresh fish), and produce. The prices are a little higher, but the quality is unmatched. They also have the Huckleberry's health food section with organic foods and sundry items

Nice store they have friendly staff the deli has good food and the best was the bakery they make the best donuts. The store is a little more expensive but its not like a walmart. A lot more classy kind of a place to shop they always ask if you need help getting your groceries out to your car or truck.

Got cold chicken strips from the deli. The gal who initially waited on us did not seem friendly at all. I have gotten to know quite a few staff there over the years and i just love them!!! I love shopping there because of that and the kind and helpful employees. The gal today in the deli should take a few notes from other staff there regarding attitude and overall customer service. Besides that, i would always gibe Rosauers a huge 5 star rating.

I really like shopping here for groceries. Always has more than enough helpful staff and is clean. A good selection of groceries with options on each category. A little bit more expensive than box stores. They will even help you with your groceries out to your car.

Nice quality produce, nice deli, good selection of organics, little pricier than the neighborhood grocery but you don't have to worry about finding a recipe ingredient like bean sprouts for pad Thai. Has the best selection of ice cream. Only place I have found that sells Brown Cow organic yogurt, I shop here once or twice a month, more if trying out new recipes

I like going to the Huckleberries inside, to buy the gluten-free ingredients for the different recipients that I make. In fact, it's the only place that has organic ingredients for gluten-free baking and cooking! The people working there is always friendly and helpful! My only complaint and reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars, is that it's a more expensive grocery store than my other choices.

I like Rosauers very much. They have a very good meat department and produce section. I am impressed by the precautions they have consistently throughout to keep their employees and community healthy. Shout out to the checkers too. I appreciate your clean and friendly store in Lewiston!

Really enjoy shopping at Rosauers. Great selection of fruit and veggies. My family loves their bakery pastries for weekend breakfasts. Fantastic customer service! If you need help with your groceries, they will happily assist.

If you add the service & shop the sales you'll find it comparable to Warehouse Store. The recycled bags they use don't tear with more than 2 items. Best meat around. Take advantage of the bagging & help to car.

I would always rate Rosauers supermarket a 5 until today, I rate it a 1 because of 1 female employee at the Delhi by the slice meats talking with an old man about apps on an cell phone.. They sat there and talked for minutes while I stood there and waited I finally l left. Came back a few minutes later.and they were still talking about the cell phone. I usually buy a pound of that homestyle roast beef. Guess what I was not able to get any today, you really need to talk with that lady or next time I will . Her rating today minus 10 . It happened at 300 pm on Thursday today.

My boyfriend and I decided on soup and sandwiches from the deli in the Lewiston, Idaho store for dinner tonight. The young man, Jesse, who made out sandwiches and rang us up was absolutely wonderful. He had perfect customer service and an unwavering smile in spite of my pucky order, which he got perfect. The sandwiches were hand made and all if the ingredients very fresh. We had the potato soup and it was delicious. I highly recommend that you try it for yourselves if you haven't already. And hopefully, you'll get to experience having Jesse as your helper. Top Notch, Jesse! Way to go!

This is my go too location for all T-bones and Ribeye steaks. Deli is exceptional.Otherwise? It doesn't compete price wise with other stores. But instead makes up for it in service and quality.

VERY high priced. Can get the same item(only bigger, double the size) at Walmart for same price. Staff is very rude. If you complain, they hang up on you. You call the main office and they blame covid 19. Sorry that is not a reason for over pricing and their staff being rude. No longer a Roausers shopper.

The manager was nice and ordered in some water cress for my mother. Drove in a couple days after they called. Produce manager said five died and wouldn't order it again and was extremely rude. Both my wife and my mother said they would never go back. Being a produce manager he should know that they will live for weeks especially if you stand them up. Still so mad that I feel like going in there and giving him a piece of my mind but would rather just let people know about it. We'll go back to Albertsons and get treated like customers should be treated.
