Zack in the Service Department was super thorough, friendly and informative as we worked through the process of two significant repairs on our Outback. He kept me up to date as we worked through two different repair visits, patiently answered my many questions and concerns, and he set me up with 2024 model year loaners to use while our car was in the shop. No one wants to be without their car while it is being repaired, but I will feel a lot more comfortable if the need arises again after this experience with the Roger's Subaru service department. Thanks!

Well first of all, WOW, what a terrific facility! The new and spacious reception area when you drive in is perfect for Idaho winters. Shania greeted me in my car and then Jackson took over from there. He provided me with a digital inspection (nice touch, so fancy!) and even helped me get a windshield rock chip repaired. Service was so good, I'm planning to buy my next Outback from Rogers Subaru!

Friendly, fast, and efficient service. Service advisor (Shania R.) was careful to explain the service process and to provide updates to us while we waited for service work to be completed. Brought to our attention items that need attention now and also replacement items and/or repairs to consider in the future. Reasonably-priced and fair. Great and spacious customer waiting area at Rogers Subaru in Lewiston, ID.

Great service at Rogers Subaru!Zack Kopacka was my Service Advisor and he was so great to work with. He was in good communication with the tech that worked on my Ascent and also at relaying that info to me. The requested work was completed and I was made aware of a few other things that might need some attention soon. I was never pressured to have more repair work done with them at that time, but just made me aware of it. The service lounge was very nice and clean with a variety of snacks and drinks available. I will definitely use Rogers for future service needs!

Rogers Subaru has an amazing service department. I have worked with several of the team including Corey, Jackson, Shania, and Jason. In every case the service specialists have done their best to reassure me, provide options, and make the various difficult repair issues easier to understand. In several cases they have reached out to me to keep me apprised of the progress on some of the major repairs, even to the extent of being willing to do so on their day off. They have been empathetic and have worked with the Parts department to obtain what my vehicle needed in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the service I have received, and highly recommend them to anyone who would like a positive service experience.

Peter was our salesman and Dane was our finance specialist. Peter put in the extra effort to make sure we got the Subaru Forester we wanted, making sure we got the right trim, interior and exterior colors and upgrades. So, I went to looking for a car and I finally chose Subaru. When I finally went into the store I was greeted by Peter Gregg and he did an excellent job finding something that works for me! This an all day ordeal because I was being more picky than I ever have before and Peter was so patient with me! I wanted something that would last me a lot more years then my past vehicles. I had been spoiled for years by having family members (now retired) in the car business, but everyone at Rogers Subaru went above and beyond to make our car buying experience every bit as smooth and enjoyable. Chris, our salesman, is terrific... very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and he answered all our many questions and concerns...even bringing us sodas from their beautiful new facility's customer area. Apologies for the novel, but I want people to know what kind of experience they can expect from this dealership.I had a very good time buying my new car from this dealership. Before contacting them, I did some research ahead of time on what I wanted and needed from my new car. I had an idea in mind and, after I input some information about a possible trade-in, both Elise Johnson and Peter Gregg contacted me. Shortly thereafter Corey Brown also contacted me to see how he could help.I told Peter I would want to chat on the phone the following Tuesday morning, and honestly I very much appreciated that he did not pester me about buying a car between when he first contacted me and that Tuesday. I do not like it when sales people are very pushy, even if I understand why they might need to be, so I was glad that Peter gave me space. On Tuesday I called Peter and had a very helpful conversation about the car I wanted. He made some suggestions and I decided to purchase a car the dealership already had on the lot.Peter agreed to meet with me early that Thursday morning at the dealership to sell me the car. Peter also answered my many questions about the car-buying process (how I could handle the title, getting a loan, how to switch insurance coverages, what I would need for the DMV). Peter is a very hard worker.On Thursday I arrived a bit early, and Mike Nattell let me into the sales floor. Mike was incredibly welcoming and I enjoyed chatting with him. I was a bit nervous about making such a big purchase but he really set a positive tone for the whole transaction. Mike later evaluated my trade-in and made an offer on it that I thought was fair given the condition of the car.Peter talked me through more of the purchasing process and answered many more questions. I appreciated his friendly nature.Lastly I spoke with Dane Hillesland about financing the car. He talked me through many of the finer points I was unsure about and made me aware of some important things to consider when buying a new car. He offered several extra packages (insurance-type-things/ services) to me and was not pushy when I declined most of them. He did not talk down to me and treated me like someone he wanted to sell a good product to. I was worried I might be treated like a sucker, so I appreciated the way he treated me. Dane also had a very friendly personality that helped me feel more confident in the decisions I was making about my purchase.Peter did one last tour of the car's features and, honestly, that last conversation really had an impact on me as a customer. I'd already signed everything and made the purchase, so it was nice to be treated like a valued customer even after the dealership had already gotten my money. And Peter made me aware of some little features of the car that I'd not paid great attention to before making the purchase, so even that conversation was very helpful. Later in the day Dane also kindly answered a few of my lingering questions about the financing process over the phone.Overall I had a very good experience purchasing my car from this dealership and I highly recommend others look here when they want a new car. I hope not to need another car for a long time, but if I do I know where I will look first.

Bought my first new car today from Rogers... What wonderful staff! Marcus in sales helped me pick it out in December. He explained all the differences in the models and made me feel confident in my selection! He was great at communicating when my exact vehicle would be in and gave me lots of updates. When I picked it up, Dylan in sales showed me all the amazing features on my new car! He helped me drive off the lot in my new Crosstrek, feeling confident and comfortable. Lastly, Bill with finance assisted in thoroughly explaining warranties to me. He got me a lender within my budget and clearly explained all my options. None of the unnecessary paperwork, which I’m always thankful for! I would absolutely recommend them and use them again. All in all, I was in and out in roughly an hour! Thanks so much, guys!

I had been in a bad accident, totaled my previous vehicle and needed a new one quickly. I contacted your dealership and the sales manager Corey put me together with Peter Gregg ( coincidentally, I am the sales manager for a Harley-Davidson dealership, so I get the ā€œsales processā€). I told them what vehicle I wanted and within an hour I was out the door with my brand new car!I was treated with the utmost professionalism and care. With the help from Peter (as well as Dane in finance and of course SM Corey) the sales process was completed quickly and with no problems.I would highly recommend Rogers Subaru when in search of a new vehicle. Jackson Rose was our service advisor when my wife dropped the car off; Marissa Louder was there in Jackson's place when I picked the car up. We were there for warranty and recall repairs. Everyone at this dealership is welcoming, courteous, and friendly. We have to travel from Viola, ID to handle things like warranty and recall repairs. As soon as it was clear that parts would have to be special ordered and that this would take more than a day, we were offered a free loaner. They also saved us a trip to our local mechanic by doing a needed brake-job while they had the car (very reasonably priced--not more expensive than my local mechanic). I was very pleased with the entire experience.
