NEVER get prescriptions in a reasonable amount of time. Always make me wait 20+ minutes. When I call ahead to have it ready, it's still never ready. I have never had so many problems keeping my prescriptions filled. 0/10 do not recommend.

The Lewiston pharmacy ladies need to work on their customer service skills and maybe do some more training. If I call in my kid's prescriptions there, they are usually late being filled and the ladies usually have an attitude. If I call the providers, they are fine but I never know when they're filled. If you call to confirm, they'll hang up on you if you call too frequently, so make sure all your prescriptions are sent in at the same time. Not recommended for quality of customer care.

Best pharmacy in town i have been with rite aid for years and Petra and Nicole do a great job. They have NEVER taken longer than 20 minutes to fill my script. It angers me when I see rude customers at rite aid because they do such a wonderful job even my doctors say "Rite aid is great because of Petra:" they deserve the best they take care of me and i will always be a loyal customer!! TO any rude customers out there you need to adjust your expectation because rite aid is the best!

The people who work here are absolutely rude! The girl who rang me out just gave me nasty looks it doesn’t give her name but her cashier number is 54086607. The old dude that was working with her profiled me for the way I was dressed (hoodie sweats) it’s 9:30 at night just ran in to get drinks and out cash app money on! I hate this store so much I can’t wait for them to go out of business they’re extremely over priced anyways and for retired people living on a budget it’s not the place.

I feel like this is the only way I can be heard. I was followed in this store by an employee. I was profiled and questioned. I should never be discriminated in my own ancestral homeland. I served this country in Afghanistan as a Marine. I have a good paying job. I'm sober. I'm a productive member of society. Regardless, I should be treated with respect. This is just sad.

This is by far the worst pharmacy in lewiston they tell you one thing and do another never have what you want. there staff is very rude! I'm ashamed to say there in business in lewiston I have transfered all my subscriptions as well as my girlfriends sisters and mother !

Always have the best service! Some of the Pharmacists know me by name now and have my prescription ready to roll for me. Love the text system too. These women and men are awesome!

So I went in to get my prescription (pharmacy 5 star love them) and there was a disgruntled customer at the cash register he was clearly upset. To "fix" the problem the manager started yelling at him I could hear it all the way at the back of the store while I picked up my prescription. When i got back to the front the customer said 'stop raising your voice at me and fix this" he was not yelling but speaking calmly the manager continued yelling and the customer left. I can't believe the poor customer service a manager would have with an upset customer. Of course I dont know the whole story there but yelling at customers is never ok.

I did not realize how quick and efficient rite aid was until I switched to another pharmacy...I did not realize how great they were until last week. I am not saying the pharmacy I was at was bad but they had nowhere near the staff that rite aid has I will NEVER switch to another pharmacy! The longest I have ever had to wait was 45 minutes and that is just what they told me i had to wait I usually get my prescriptions within 20 minutes of calling them in! IF you are thinking of switching pharmacies in the lewis-clark valley rite aid is the place to go for sure! BY THE WAY...my doctor even told me that the reason we all love Rite Aid so much is because of Petra...she goes above and beyond the call of duty and has the best most friendly customer service.

Horrible racist company they profile individuals also they are highly inaccurate which they shouldn't be as they handle medication and drugs this is unsafe and can lead to someone's death with them providing inaccurate and wrong medication/prescriptions I've always assumed there was a process which needed to be followed before handing out medication apparently I am wrong

We bought 3 Braun oral b electric tooth brushes here and had to return two of them because they didn’t work. Went back a month later to buy the replacement brush heads and wanted to use a 3 dollar off coupon that came with the toothbrushes. The coupon wouldn’t work because it was two years expired! I am very disappointed to have bought these expensive toothbrushes here and they have been sitting on the shelf for for more than two years! Costco has the replacement heads for way cheaper. 9 for 50 dollars. Rite aides are three for 40 dollars.

What should have been an easy exchange turned into a nightmare trying to exchange a lipstick that I got on buy one get one half off. Come to find out this place does not honor their sale price if you do an exchange for the same item (I had a receipt). They have no respect for their customers at all, literally 4 employees ganged up on me. They were completely clueless as to what they were doing. Anyway, I decided to just return everything and just rebuy the items so I can get the same deal and they make it a point to show their displeasure in helping me. Once items are returned they recharge me and the price is 16 bucks MORE than what I paid to begin with. At this point its obvious a computer issue as well as a human one. Nothing was done to remedy the situation. In the end I returned all 45 bucks of make up and went to Kmart where I paid less than half what I paid at Rite Aid. Never again stepping foot in that place and the 10,000 dollars in meds we get from them per month has been transferred to Walgreens.

pharmacists was amazing. called ahead was told what I could purchase otc. the red head guy who helped me was not pleasant. he literally lectured me on updating my RX told me I wasn't allowed to buy what I called ahead for and then after told he was wrong still lectured me at the counter to himself feel right. still will go back but hope I don't deal with that guy again

I'm disabled they made my ESA and myself go back in the 100 + degrees to my car to call the person I was picking up for to ask her for her birthday....Ridiculous ....they should have called the customer for authorization for me to pick up for them !SHAME ON YOU !!!You made it a very burdensome & negative experience for my ESA and myself !!!
