Chad and Cher are such wonderful friendly people! I went to see them with an old set of hearing aids that had quit working on me. And although Chad could not get mine working, he was able to get a demo pair that he had there, tuned to work for my hearing until I can get my new ones in. And while we were there, Cher helped to keep my little dog occupied with a bowl of water and a treat, and much petting, which he really enjoyed!
