First off, the staff are wonderful with the customers plus very compassionate & nurturing with our beloved pets! Even though it’s difficult to make an appointment via phone or internet, their service is outstanding. We really feel comfortable and trust that our dog will be in great hands. And...we love the different little handkerchiefs that they put on your pet when they are finished.

Robin does such a wonderful job with my border collie. I have been so pleased. I have decided to book appointments with her on a bi- monthly basis. Now my dog seems to love going for her day at the spa! My dog is a ranch dog and not a walk on leash kind of dog so know that she must be a handful. Robin trims her backside so she doesn't get those nasty mats. Suzie will actually let me brush her with out so much a struggle as before I started to have her groomed. I'm so glad I came to Petco to have her groomed.

They did a great job on Charlie's trim around his feet and clipping nails and he was brushed out well and he was so soft. Could have trimmed his hair a tad shorter all over. I won't argue the fact that my dog likes to nip and is a handful so next time I will show pictures of how short I want his hair cut. Otherwise they did a great job!! Thankyou!!

The groomer knows her job and I appreciate that she called me about a grooming question that may have required my attention. My dog was happy and quiet when I got there to pick him up. Ana is amazing with our dogs, she gets down on their level and talks to them as she is checking them over. This time she even recognized us in the store and came and took 1 of them back to get started. We recommend her all the time.

While Miss Pym wasn't entirely cooperative for her first grooming service, Shilo was fantastic. She could see that Pym was feeling anxious and she made sure not to push her. She even offered to reschedule the brush out to another day so that Pym could go into it more comfortably. I truly appreciated the care that she showed!

Our go to source for pet needs. Great policy on products, if it doesn't work for your pets they will reimburse your expense. Very nice when having to switch foods and such. Pretty knowledgeable employees also that really seem to care.

I absolutely love that they treat my furbaby like their own. Anna was great with Chewie. Although he was still hairy when I picked him up, but that's not their fault, Chewie isn't fond of loud noise or blowers. The hair wiped right off after he dried and he looks handsome. I will continue bringing Chewie to see Anna, she's great!!!!!

I did not like how the groomer cut my dogs hair. She didn't listen to how i wanted my dogs hair to be cut and she just cut it all off. This is the second time in a row that I've been very upset and disappointed with your grooming services.
