SOLD ME FISH WITH ICK!All of my fish are sick now because i bought two guppies that had ick!A week ago i bought all my fish spent $93!!!! And now they are sick i went back to get a treatment for them TODAY only to learn THEY GOT RID OF THE SAME GUPPIES FOR HAVING ICK!!!! IM BEYOND PSSD!

Friendly staff, mostly knowledgeable about products and facts. Easy going and not condescending, the fish guy is great to talk with. They no longer sell our cat food so we had to switch, they also run out of bags of litter. I go between here and Bob's

Pretty good pet place. I feel they need to improve their care on reptiles though. However, the Lewiston Petco does a way better job than the CDA one does. I have gotten all of my bearded dragons from here except one, and they've all been great. In fact my bearded dragon turned 2 years old this month! I come here for bearded dragon food a lot, and anything else I might need for my dogs or fish.

FREE ZOO. Kidding, the staff here are super friendly. The guy who was cleaning the hamster cages is such a kind hearted animal lover. Super knowledgeable as well.

This review is for the grooming department specifically.I was called to reschedule the grooming appointment i had set 2 months prior and was given a couple choices. One of which was a day after the call, 4 days earlier than my scheduled appointment. Because it was last minute, She offered a 20% discount for the inconvenience. The appointment was at 1130am I dropped my pup off and we briefly talked about blending his neck fluff into his back. She told me she would see what she could do but didn't want to take off his top coat. (He's a husky mix). Which was fine for me because I didn't want his top coat shaved anyways I just wanted to see if we could blend it in. She said she wasn't sure if she had mentioned the day prior but it was going to be a little bit of a wait. I said that was fine and said call or text when done( The entire time she kept referring to him as she). At 4pm I hadn't heard anything and tried to call. No answer. I decided to head up there as he had to be close to being finished. We arrived around 420 and he was on the table . Shortly after I received a text saying they would be finished around 445pm and to head up there around that time. After a lap around the store he was finished about 440ish. She asked how I liked his cut before I even got to see it. Printed my check out slip, brought him out to me. Crossed out a 5.99 fee, told me how good she did and said she is welcome back anytime. (Again, hes a male). She shaved him and took off the top coat which is exactly what I didnt want. And the haircut looks amateur. He has long parts and patches. After we walked away from the grooming counter he squatted and pooped. I ran him outside and he peed. He wasn't taken to go potty once in the 5 hours he was there. Overall experience was not what we wanted and we will not be back.

We were in need of a carrier for our pup, but the prices were outrageous for a one time use so we got a seat belt for him instead. It worked great and was under $4.00. The associate was very helpful.

I brought in my Maltese. The lady who was supposed to listen didn't and shaved my entire dog. Her hair isn't even and clumpy all over. Now she looks like a rat. I told her do not shave her face and ears. She did it anyway. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a groomer. She should have turned us away if she didn't know what she was doing.

Does anyone in grooming even listen to the voice-mail. The grooming does a good job once a call back and appointment are actually achieved. It doesn't seem to be too skilled to actually answer a phone to to fill out an available opening with pertinent information and telling the client the date and time. Who manages that location anyway grooming I would leave a 5 star review. Appointments returning phone call -5!!!

I always have a great experience when dealing with Lewiston, ID Petco. Good prices, and good selections. Clean store, nice employees and good variety of things. I usually know what I need to get so I don't bother your associates very much.

Petco is always a great place for all your pet needs. We love to take our pets in there for there bdays to pick out treats and toys. The staff spoils them with treats as well

I’ve gotten 2 beardies from here I was supposed to only get one but I got it and not even two weeks later it died from a respiratory infection, I was saving up to take him to the vet but y’alls staff didn’t tell me you would take him to the vet for free AFTER he died then y’all said I can come get a new one without cost so I did, I brought home one and got a really good look at him and he was in horrible condition, stuck shed all over him, runny nose and such. Not even a week later his eye gets infected from his previous shed going behind his eye, we take him back to you guys and y’all took him to the vet and 3 weeks later I get a call saying he’s good to go which I got him back yesterday (sept 30th) today (October 1st) I’ve noticed his eyes is not better like at all and he’s now breathing weird and making clicking noises which I’m pretty sure he now also has a respiratory infection, non of this was mentioned to me except for a lady saying I should still clean his eye often, but you guys clearly cannot take care of animals and I hope you guys see this and can do a better job of taking care of y’all’s animals because this is not right.

Danae Olson did a fabulous job on my dog, Karma. She always does. Karma loves Danae!! She always shakes so bad and doesn't really like having spa day. Danae is always able to calm her down so she can work on her.I can't say enough good about Danae Olson!!!

Karl is a jerk. Had an Attitude about my daughters wanting to buy a fish 20 minutes before closing. Then proceeded to lock them in the store so they had to ask to be let out because " they lock the door at closing " with an attitude, all of which could have been avoided, but they needed someone 18+ to buy a damn FISH!
