Jon worked me a killer deal. On a Vizio television.. store was nice and clean smells good. Jon was super quick to meet me and make sure I was taken care of helped me fast and got a deal done within 3 minutes of walking in the door.

Came in for a spare ps4 controller today, gentleman behind the counter tried their hardest but couldn't find one in stock. I happened to notice one in a damaged controller bin. Guys let me try it out in store and even though it's something they don't do with damaged items gave me a 24 hour return window although for store credit not cash back. They even knocked off 10 bucks what they were asking because of some "chew marks" on the analog sticks. Honestly, I kind of like them. Gives my thumbs some traction. Needless to say I will not need to return as besides the blemishes, this thing works perfectly. I also was looking at some side arms while I was there and will definitely be going back to purchase one. Thanks so much to Dano and his colleague for their courteous and professional service. Top marks!

This shop is beyond accommodating. We went in late hours and the staff put in the work and were able to work through the issues that arose unexpectedly which was becoming stressful but noooo noo. Dano, misty and the team there just made things a breeze tried to have us in and out stress free and made me feel as if I was part of the family. He worked with us and both walked away happy. We bought a ps5 pro controller. I was with my daughter and her grandpa my dad gave her a ring when she was a little kid that was black hills gold and she lost it when she was 5. My dad passed away in 2018 and we found an exact replica Dano at pawn 1 dropped the price of every item we bought and treated us amazing 10/10 experience

I love this place. Great customer service. Very fair deals and great inventory. Only problem I have is I spend to much money there. But so worth it. I just upgraded from the switch light and went there to just get the next model up... wound up getting the latest model... and an awesome protection plan.

I generally enjoy going to Pawn 1 and just looking around to see what is new. A majority of the time the employees will give a great example of what customer service is supposed to be. On rare occasions, when the store is very busy, they still try to give the best service. Which I totally understand, and accept. This is one of the stores I recommend to others that are looking for certain items. If you have never been inside. You should take the chance and see what you get.

This business is hands down the best customer service around. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful but most of all friendly. My boyfriend and I were in to buy a gun ended up with 2 (yay) and the new guy with long hair and glasses(forgot name) was outstanding. Manager Rachel and Dano were there also they were a great team.
