Pretty good food for the Lewiston area. They can be a little pricey but where isn't pricey these days?Last time I was here, the service was excellent! I was seated promptly, and offered a roomier, better table without asking.Fun place to go with some decent selection on their menu.

Mystic Café is located in the 1926 Morgan Bros. Coffee Roasters Building, next door to Fairbridge Inn and Suites, on east Main Street. The building is historic and has been the home of other businesses. The hardwood flooring and original brick walls provide an interesting dining space in several dining rooms, seating up to 200, and with seasonal outdoor seating. Take a few minutes to enjoy the unique collection of unusual decorating pieces and wall art, which blends together into a harmonious whole. Mystic serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including a kid’s menu. There is a menu of local wines, and microbrews on tap from the unique steampunk piping beer tap system. Live music is offered on the first Friday of the month. Reservations are accepted, and dine-service, curbside pickup, and delivery are available.We ate there twice; once for breakfast and again for dinner. We found the food carefully prepared, attractively served in generous portions, hot if it was supposed to be, and worth writing home about.

There is a lot of visual interest here, but the food is inconsistent. My BLT was good ,but the bread was toasted to a crisp and the bacon was like eating jerky. My wife had the Cuban sandwich and it was just greasy and gross. This is the second time giving this place a try. The first was a few years ago and we weren't impressed the first time either. If the Happy Days restaurant group focused more on turning out a consistent product they would be more successful.

Highly recommend stopping here any time of day! I stopped in for breakfast and had a caramel macchiato which was absolutely amazing! I ordered the garbage potatoes with the gravy added and my eggs sunny side up....by far the best garbage plate EVER!!! Everything was cooked to perfection....and the flavors!!!!! I am just passing through, stayed at a local hotel overnight but really wanted some coffee on my way out and Mystic Cafe was only a few blocks away so I figured I'd give it a try. I'm currently trying to decide if I should hang around until 11 so I can get their grilled cheese for the road!Please do not pass this place up if you are in town....even just driving through, make the stop!!!!Food is amazing, service is amazing, and the staff are so friendly and accommodating!

We've had breakfast, lunch & dinner here. The service is always good & the food is always tasty. The style & decor is pretty cool. My wife had a great caramel macchiato yesterday. I had the Cuban sandwich & it was great. She had the California BLT & it was pretty good. Prices are average for the area. We got there about 10:50 on a Saturday morning. By the time we got sat down & saw the menus, we discovered that breakfast stops at 10:45am on Saturdays. That was a little disappointing, my wife was wanting breakfast. That's really my only gripe which would not have been an issue if we looked at their website. We assumed. Nevertheless, Mystic is a great local gem

The food was great, the staff were friendly and competent and the setting was eclectic. I enjoyed it very much!Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to nightshade foods, so I asked for my Garbage Potatoes with no peppers and no potatoes and got it that way. Delicious!

Okay, this is just crazy ... Was starving while getting into town and it was early in the morning. Nothing open. I actually took some wrong turns and ended up staring at the Mystic. It was destiny!Food, staff, atmosphere and service was impeccable. Threw a star on the map too.The atmosphere is super cool.Food came out super quick and looked appetizing and hot.Just perfect!I realized in my non caffeinated state with stomach growling, I failed to take pictures... 🙄

The atmosphere was fabulous. I loved the old barn wood floors and walls. The restaurant was super clean. The service was not great, but it was not horrible either. The dinner menu was small,, I would have liked to have had more choices.. (the lunch menus is much bigger) that burger though! That was spectacular! I got the hot California burger. It was one of the best burgers I have ever had. The meat was super fresh and tasted great. Topped with fresh avocado and tomato. The flavors came together perfectly. I will come back at lunchtime to experience some of the lunch menu items.

Overall good food. The burger was a bit dry and probably could have used some more BBQ sauce, only reason for 4 star and not 5. The tortellini dish was reaaallllyyy good. Service was great. Love the ambiance. We had a smoothy and a peach mint lemonade which were both good as well.

I have to re- edit this to a prior status of "full wonderfulness". After a posting on a less than exceptional experience there has been an immediate and more than reasonable response to investigate and explain the problem experienced and report corrective measures (7 stars out of 5 for this place in service 'beyond the table'). I have faith that I can fully endorse a great dining experience here. Details to follow after I return there in the future😁

I was recommended Mystic Café and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere of this restaurant is fun, and rustic. It has an old western and mountain lodge feel to it. For lunch, I had the Mystic Deluxe Burger with a side of tomato basil soup. My wife had the lobster roll with the rosemary fries. I too had the rosemary fries, they were to die for. If you find yourself in the Lewiston area, I highly recommend you stop in for lunch. The prices are great and the staff is outstanding!

We were in town visiting a friend. I’m a huge fan of brunch/big breakfast. The hotel restaurant I did not seem to live up to my expectations. After a quick search it became obvious Mystic Café is the Lewiston Idaho brunch spot. One of the best vibes have ever experienced an eatery. Our waitress’ name was Hope, give her a raise. She does amazing. Great job back of the house. There were no left overs. 😁 We will be coming back.
