Kelly was super helpful! We went in knowing what we wanted, she told us about other offers and upgrades and answered question but she did NOT get pushy with the upsell like many car salespeople. They gave us an extremely fair amount on our trade in. She was quick and responsive to both us and the bank.Overall, I’m recommending Kelly to family and friends. When we trade in our other car we are almost definitely going to get a Honda.I almost have my 85 year old grandma sold on Honda vehicles, she’s been a Chevy gal for 60 years! I hope everyone at least takes a look.Awesome cars, great value, and amazing customer service!!!!!

I’ve been using this service department for years to get oil changes and other routine maintenance done on my Honda Element. Compared with other dealerships I dealt with before I moved to Idaho, this one is far and away the best. They explain my options well and always take the time to answer my questions. They’ve worked out some creative solutions for me in the past, and I feel confident they have my best interests in mind. Everyone there is friendly, but Josh is the main person who always helps me, and he’s great.

Very happy and helpful customer service for my routine car service. They also brought things to my attention that were found and brought me the parts so I could see for myself. I appreciated their communication and their swift work. An added bonus was the children’s play area that had a little play structure, chalkboards and chalk with erasers, as well as a little table we used for coloring that my 4 year-old loved playing with and kept her engaged while we waited.

We have purchased multiple vehicles from McClure Honda and will continue to do so! They are great with customer service in parts and service departments. Case in point: today I called Brandon in parts to see if he could order a new wiper arm for the back of our CRV as we saw on you tube they were replaced by popping off the arm and popping a new one on. Brandon asked us to swing by...he was able to just replace the rubber saving us more than 30 bucks!! Never going anyplace else!!

I get all my car repairs done at McClure Honda. They take time to explain any issues found during safety inspections, making sure that I understand any problems and help me prioritize when maintenance or repairs need to be done. If they get into a repair and find differences in what they thought the repairs would cost, this is always discussed with me prior to them proceding.

2014 Pilot Transmission started shifting hard towards the end of our cross Washington trip to Pullman on a late Friday evening.Found online that McClure Honda had Saturday Service Hours so headed to Lewiston in the morning to see if we could get some help.Only one tech on duty and they weren’t sure they could fit us in, but they got under the hood and found the transmission fluid was low & brown. They didn’t want us driving another 400 miles without a triple flush, so they took the car.Five hours later the work was done!Great communication throughout. And they even washed the bugs off our grill (well, they washed the whole car!)Drove back across the state at the end of the weekend and all is good.HUGE thanks to Service Advisor Josh and the entire McClure Service Crew who knew we’d be way worse off without timely repair and fit us in.Highly recommend the positive service team at McClure Honda!

First off this is by far one of the most honest and nicest dealerships I’ve EVER bought from! I live in Boise about 300 miles from this dealership. I tried purchasing a 2023 Honda CRV from the 2 Honda dealerships down here and they were your typical crooks that play games and waste your time. I decided to broaden the search and found Mick McClure Honda. Let me tell it it was worth the drive and more! I had already worked out my trade and all the numbers before I drove up there. No games just what we had talked about. I was in and out of the dealership in half an hour max! It may be because most of the dealership is family owned and it shows. I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future. Not to mention I get home today and have a thank you card and a thank you gift on my doorstep from them. Thank you Jason and Casey for the awesome car buying experience. You’ll see me again maybe to trade in my F150 down the road 😉 Keep up the awesome work especially by setting your dealership way above the other Honda dealers here in Idaho.
