The smoothest car buying experience I've ever had.The staff was amazingly helpful. I was able to work with them remotely to find the exact vehicle I wanted and place a deposit all while the vehicle was in transit.They kept in constant contact throughout the process, answering questions and providing updates. When it came time to make the trip out they had everything ready for the test drive and the final paperwork. In and out with a new truck in under 2 hours.

Took my truck in because it has been acting funky and of course as I bring it in it acts fine… they still checked it out and noticed something that someone else messed up. Thank you for looking at my vehicle and trying to figure it out. They are very professional and helped me and kept me up through the entire process. Thank you!! I called to asked about bringing my 2024 Trax in because in the drivers side door panel there was rattling and it sounded like my speaker was blown, I also said that there’s a possibility maybe the speaker is out of place, expressed this to them and they asked me to bring it the next morning at 8am. I dropped it off at 8am and 5 hours go by, nothing from them. My husband finally calls around 1:30 and they said they just took it back and they’ll call when they’re done, an hour goes by they call him back and they say they can’t find the problem, that they test drove it and drove it specifically on a bumpy road to hear said “rattling”, they said if the rattling starts again to bring it back. I drove it home and within minutes the rattling starts and again it sounds like my speaker is blown. I got home to call them and they said that in their notes it only states “rattling” when I can assure you on the phone I told them it sounds like my speaker is blown. I’ve had this Trax less than a year, there’s no reason my speaker should be blown when neither my husband or I blare the crap out of our music. When I expressed to her how upset I was I only got “I’m sorry we only did what was written in our notes” so whoever I talked to on the phone the previous day only took in half the information I gave them. I was told I could bring my car back on Monday at 8am and they’ll take another took which I declined because they had my car 7 hours and only test drove it around to find the issue, not take my panel off or anything else. I drove it home to have the issue appear instantly. The service department at Lewiston Motor Company has 0 organization going on. I’ve have never had and issue with the sales floor it’s only ever the service department. I’d also like to add we brought it in back in February for an oil change and a tire rotation, the papers they gave us state they did them but when we checked the maintenance on our screen, they didn’t even update either. So my oil life says 20% remaining, and none of my tires line up properly, plus when it was all done they parked it and let it sit there for 20+ minutes before my husband decided to get up and ask if it was ready. The customer service skills are highly lacking. I understand this is a rating review for the company overall and again the sales floor has always been good to us, it’s always just been the service department each and every time.

This dealer sold me a $4000 usless Warranty with no instruction on how to keep it intact. Then when I needed my truck fixed the service department fixed one out of 4 issues. Fixed the dash cluster but not the transmission, passenger seat heater or the warped exhaust manifolds. Worst part is a check engine code made them want to replace the engine which was a huge surprise considering I drove it down there and it was running fine. After having my truck for 3 months, they found every reason not to fix or replace anything that I brought it in for. It took them three months to change the oil and replaced the dash cluster only. I cleared the code myself and the truck has been running perfect for 300 miles now. I will never set foot on that car lot again!!! Worst service I have ever received....

After searching for a Toyota Highlander around the Inland Northwest, we found one at Lewiston Motor Company for a more than fair price. We live 3 hours away and were able to communicate through phone and text to get all of our questions answered, the whole team was extremely helpful and friendly. Knowing they have a 7 day return policy, we ended up having them deliver the car without driving it first. The car is in great condition and we are super happy with it. No return policy needed, it was a great car buying experience.

Overall experience was good went in to parts and they found what I needed let me know the time to complete for a new key fob program is about an hour and the license plate bracket was bout 45 min. I went to service and told them I was sent to them from parts. And told them I would wait.this is where the communication dropped. I was told they would get it taken care of. This was about 1130 1145 at approximately 1330 I asked how much longer due to an apartment I had at 1415 it had already been 2 hours. On a task that I was understanding to be an hour. I was told the technicians need to finish eating. If this was told to me up front it would have been nice I could have planned around that. But with to kids age 4 and 1.5 two hours with no update is not good. On top of that I was charged an hour of work each for item the key fob and the bracket. When I was told by parts it would be less. The bill was never explained to me. It was handed to me with the old fob I had to ask we're the new one was. It was left in the vehicle. And I had to ask we're the vehicle was due to it being parked. I'm used to dealers that bring the vehicle around front when they have u waiting for the vehicle. Fob works great and bracket is installed but service could have been a lot better with just communicating. Like informing me it would be delayed due to lunch or verifying length when I brought it in.

I’ve been looking at getting a new pickup for awhile. I found a really nice pickup and I texted Terry about it and she instantly responded! She went through a lot with me before I came to test drive the pickup which made it go so much faster when I decided to buy the pickup! I highly recommend going to see Terry!

I reached out to a salesman named Brandon John’s at Lewiston Motor Company because I had found a car on facebook marketplace that I was interested in. I gave him some info through messages and by the time I got to the dealership, he already had a lot figured out for me which is nice because this is the first time I’ve went through the whole nine yards of buying a car so it’s all new to me. I was in my new car within a few hours and so far, it’s a wonderful car. The service there was very good and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

I put the word out with lewiston motor company that I was in the market for a full size pickup, they immediately started looking under the speciations I requested and working for me. Once they found the vehicle I was contacted immediately. I came to town for a test drive and decided that was the upgrade I was looking for. I have gone through hell and back trying to get a new car and the salesman Jason made sure i got something in my budget, what kind of car i wanted and was explaining everything step by step through the whole process. The woman who helped me with my loan was seriously the nicest person ever, she answered all of my questions (I had a million) and didn’t once get annoyed or frustrated with how many i had. They both could see how badly i need to get into a new car and did their absolute best to make it happen! My boyfriend’s next truck will definitely be coming from there and any future cars we may buy!

Their after the sale customer service is terrible. Everyone was nice and helpful at first but after I paid for the vehicle they disappeared and left promises unfulfilled.Their idea of “detailing” a vehicle is to only vacuum the floor and seats and wash it quickly with dirty water.The mechanic reinstalled bad, used parts that should have been replaced with new parts.

I was allowed to look around without being bumrushed. Once I decided what I wanted to look at, I was treated with respect. My every need was met, without negotiations. This was absolutley the smoothest car buying experience, and I have purchased plenty of vehicles from other local dealerships. The whole experience lasted 2 hours, record time in my book. All the employees were nice and helpful (Victoria is a Rock Star). I HIGHLY Recommend to anyone.

My car was there for 6 months waiting to be fixed no one could bother to keep us updated the only people that would give updates were the guys in parts, props to them! The service department never returned calls I had to go in and wait to speak with management since I couldn’t get a call back. I was told they didn’t do loaner cars… months later come to find out they do after being told the loaner car was nothing fancy and making it seem like they didn’t want us to have it we finally got a loaner car. When I FINALLY got the call that our car was done I went down and they had added a battery and other charges to the total without even letting us know. The only reason we needed a new battery was cause my car sat for 6 months in the winter. When I got in my car to leave the check engine light was still on but yet they told us they test drove it…the next day they told us it was fixed and they a sensor for the battery wasn’t plugged in all they way. If I could avoid going to them for any service related issues I would!

I called to set an appointment to get an oil change and I was provided with two available same day service. I love being able to work around my day off to get my errands ran. I asked for a se one appointment for additional work I need taken care of and was again provided a date working with what I had available. I was avle to voice my concern about some issues my car is having and felt I was being listend to. I bought the vehicle from this location back in 2013 and most of the services have been taken care of here. They had re ords for past service that I had an inquiry about. I will continue to bring my vehicle here. I like working with the service center.

I had an issue with my trailer light system. We were not from Lewiston but were going to be in the valley for Thanksgiving week. I stopped in on Monday and Rick was able to slip it in to diagnose the issue. He was able to order the parts and have them installed 2 days later. Fantastic customer service.

Was looking at buying a vehicle I found online, credit is not the best, but they did a credit app anyhow, submitted my credit app and dropped my score 20+ points submitting it to different banks, and didn't even call me back to give me a answer on whether I was approved or not, jus left me hanging, so I'm guessing I wasn't approved??Appreciate that much, lets me know how the service afterwards would have been if I did buy a vehicle from them.

I have had bad experiences here working with James in service and the service manager isn't much help either. Still have that broken issue after 2 visits. Swore I'd never go there again. However, this visit I was forced to go there after getting my windshield replaced for camera issues. Richard was awesome. Might even try there again if I'm dealing with him.

They charged $4500 to fix our pickup. We have to have it towed out of the parking lot because it’s still not running. This place has gone down hill fast after changing ownership. We had bought 3 different vehicles from them but we will definitely not be back.
