I waited for 25 minutes for them to serve two cars, and then I left. At about the 15-minute mark, someone who I can only assume is an off-the-clock barista pulls up, parks, runs in and and walks out 3 minutes later with two drinks before driving off again.I was late to work because I thought "Why not try this place? It looks busy but that's probably because the coffee is really good. The reviews make it look great."I don't know how the coffee tastes, but I can see now why it's always packed with cars. When the delivery time for a coffee is ~15 minutes, it's faster to go literally anywhere else in Lewiston.

Best coffee, and service in town!! The baristas are so very kind, and caring. They know my order before I get to the window, even if it has been months since purchasing anything. Their coffee is also so delicious, hot, cold it doesn't matter. They also have a variety of other beverages and food. There is something for everyone, including the kids. Couldn't ask for a better place to get coffee, or a friendly smile!

I'm sorry but this coffee stand by far one of the worst stands to go to. She took my order AND WRITE IT DOWN. I had 4 drinks. She messed up how many drinks I had and how they were made. I had to keep giving them back to fix. As I handed the drinks back She ROLLED her eyes.... I'm sorry am I upsetting you?! Also, what coffee stand doesn't toast bagels?To top it off, they tried to say they gave me my 4 drinks (having already charging me), when they didn't and then proceeded to charge me again for the fourth drink they forgot and had to fix.... I use to be a barista, I get it , it can be alot but really? Finally, they made the hot drink way too hot and over filled it. It was too hot to hold with two cups used as a sleeve.... as we had to drive the coffee kept spilling out and burning my mother in law. Just the worst coffee stand.....

You might have to wait a bit at certain times of the day, but it's well worth it! This is my Hot Shots location of choice in the LC Valley. They are friendly and chatty (which I like), and the drinks are consistent and tasty. The Big Trains are to die for! The drive thru at this location is large and easy to maneuver, even if there are 6+ cars in one of the two lines. Bottom line: Hot Shots is the best coffee in the Valley!

Great place to get your morning coffee latte to get you going. Always a friendly person to assist your order. My favorite latte is Cocoa Puff Iced, creamdecoca and toasted marshmallow 24 ounce and triple shot. Yum!

I have this a 5 star just for the customer service. I went through and simply got some change and they made me feel right at home and for please where you don't buy anything to do that... Well you know that's a good find! I've also heard they rock The Big Train I think it is... So next time I'm there it's on!

Coffee was good. Only problem is the straws. They are allowed to touch my cup. Lid, food any ingredients that go into my coffee all without gloves. But they can not give me small straws. Really????
