Wonderful place. Our dogs spent 4 days there while we attended a wedding out of state. They did an amazing job, our pups looked so happy when we picked them up, and they sent us photos during their stay, above and beyond. We even have a special needs dig who is blind and diabetic, and she came back healthy and happy. These are great people, friendly staff, and very attentive to your pets needs. This is the only place we will be taking our pups when the need arises, worth every penny.

This is an absolutely top notch place ! I was so impressed for the meet and greet I took my standard poodle to. They love animals and it shows!!!! I feel 100% comfortable with leaving my sweetheart there they are for the animal and their safety and I just can’t express how much I am in love with them and their services! They even have an awesome treat bar with so many great things for your pet to enjoy I haven’t seen elsewhere ! I have been telling everyone I know about my wonderful experience ♥️♥️♥️

Our dog LOVES going to Fur Family Cinema, whether for boarding or a bath! Everyone is always so nice and welcoming and I can feel their passion and love for the animals. They remember my pup and always greet him by name when he walks in. When he comes back from boarding and daycare he is always exhausted because he plays so hard, and when he comes back from a bath he always looks and smells so good!

My dogs have been going to daycare at Fur Family since they were puppies. They love all their fur friends and the staff is very attentive. They even noticed a problem with my dog’s eye before I did. We love Fur Family!

The employees were so sweet, I took my dog in to use the self service dog wash! It’s best to make an appointment, but it was awesome! They provide the towels, soap, and dryer that works great 😊

Originally started going here because they’re close, and the convenience was nice. Having been a fair few times now, and having purchased a fair number of services for my doggo, I can recommend them without hesitation.Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. All services are affordable, efficient, and generally quick. Best of all, they are very good at showing that they LOVE what they do - which, when you’re trusting other people with your dog, is a huge deal.Photo is from the “self-serve” pet washing service. A nice budget alternative if you can’t swing a full spa treatment, and an easy way to make memories with your furry friend - though judging by this photo, I think Remi would sooner forget that specific visit 😂

Fur Family Cinema self wash dog washing station in Lewiston is a game changer! If your dog washing ruitine includes bathing your dogs in the shower and then having your house completely drenched by doggy zoomies, this is the best new option. They have a dog sink that doesn't hurt your back(us old people problems), the shampoo can mix into the water like a car wash, they have giant dog sized sham wows to dry them off with, and a doggy dryer my pups didn't hate. 100% recommend.

My dog rolled in something so went there to use the self wash. The groomer had to wash 5 dogs so they had no room. Wanted me to schedule an appt to use self wash.

They did a fantastic job on our very pregnant miniature Australian labradoodle. They paid special attention to when she seemed to be getting tired and gave her lots of rest breaks. She looked and smelled fantastic when they were done and one of the lovely ladies even made matching little bandanas for all the puppies we are expecting any day now! So impressed with the caring they show all our animals every time they get groomed there. Here's a before and after from her normal cut to the short maternity cut we normally give our doodles in preparation for puppies.

The days I take my dog to doggy daycare, she can hardly contain herself. She already knows while I am getting ready for work and won't leave my side so I won't forget her. She loves the staff and enjoys herself. She comes home totally exhausted from her play.

Fur family cinema took such good care of our parrot. We were worried that our bird would not get proper attention while we were gone and that she would start pulling her own feathers. That was not the case. She was given lots of attention and love. She was in good health and spirits when we picked her up. Her cage and water were immaculate. We were comforted being able to see pictures while we were apart. I would recommend to anyone who loves their pet. Thank you to all the wonderful staff❤️.

We are full time RVer's and we were in the area for 3 weeks. One of the weeks, we left for Seattle for an Alaskan cruise, so we needed a place for our 9 year old Australian Shepherd, Cooper to stay. Cooper has never been boarded by anyone except family, so this was all new for us. Fur Family did a great job making us feel comfortable leaving Cooper. The faculty is clean and the employees are great. We got daily pictures of Cooper via Snapchat, which made us feel much more comfortable during our trip him . We highly recommend Fur Family Cinema for their boarding and day care.
