Drop n hook here for the first time (CHEEMA)was a great experience. Made the wrong turn at gate 1. The security guard was nice, gave me a map, and pointed me in the correct direction, being gate 2. The lady at receiving was very friendly. Was in and out in no time........ NO scale on sight. There is a stinker gas station, with scale on the other side of the river. It is safe to follow Google there.

Had pick ups here couple of times not too bad usually about 3 to 4hrs loading time Drop trailer and bobtail out to save time sweep trailer clean before coming here trailer must be empty no straps no load locks literally nothing as you would see in pictures drivers ditching their load locks and E-straps laying around staging area!!They will seal your trailer before you come back on property!!Two gates pass the the first one keep going you will see the other gate 2 and at the main entrance at Gate 2 it very steep going in and coming out its crazy so make sure to speed thru coming out of gate 2 very very steep uphill !!Staff are respectful to a point and cordial they know their business well!! Their Professionalism is great not perfect!! Needs little work sometimes you could feel a little condescending attitude but nothing major !!Overall i would give them 7/10 the only downside is the time delay but good service ✔️

Fast unload . Super fast.. it's like a small village so be mindful where you are going.. but def a quick unload. Follow the map and make sure to listen when they tell you how to exit. 6 miles is a truck stop.

after 3 hours after having delivered your trailer to load I recommend that you go and check if your trailer is sealed and if it is, demand your papers because they forget in yamar

Takes about 3 hours to load. Will have to drop the trailer and leave the premises. They will call you once you're loaded and you can go back to the shipper and find your trailer. They say to call and give them an ETA so you can get loaded faster but I always call at least 2-4hrs before arrival and it still takes nearly 3 hours to load. But it's never been more than 3 hours. So that's a positive.

Have your vest on.Organized. Friendly. On-site scale for trucks is currently closed. Use Catscale at Dynamart nearby.

Would put negative -10 stars if I could.Have check in at the shack guard, after the gates depending on 801 or 803 drive following green or blue lines, physically check in, park your trailer at the trailer drop off yard (which is mess) and leave the facility to closest truck stop. They’ll provide maps with facility layout and closest parking places, it’s about 3-3,5 miles, but with stop-n-go traffic lights it feels 6 miles. So expect to spend time and money. At the check in window the guy said at least 4 hours. Another driver I spoke to said minimum 5 hours.I’ll better start trusting truckers reviews. Same thing I’ll in truckpath so colleagues can see right away.Checked in at 11am, now it’s 1:50pm and I’m still at the parking outside of facility - cross the river.

0 star is not an option..but they deserve it.. my load got delayed bcz of some issue in their production or whatever.. stopped there to complete 3 hours split sleep.. security guy came to me and asked me to leave immedietly even their was big parking lot and i was not even blocking anyone.. told him that only 45 mins left.. but he said i cant allow you to stay.. you have to go out in personal or violation...

Whoever is in charge of this place should be ashamed of themselves and should lose their jobs immediately!!! It’s an absolute NIGHTMARE to do a pickup here with all their stupid rules. The whole management is useless and incompetent. They have enough parking for a 1000 trucks but they won’t let you wait on the property even if you run out of hours, which happens all the time because the whole process is very complicated and takes forever. They don’t care about truck drivers at all. They kick you out regardless of your logbook status. You have to drive in violation mode instead of waiting safely on their facility until your hours are good. What a disgrace!!!P.S. Forklift drivers and spotters very super friendly and helpful. Lot of respect for those guys!!!

Arrived here at 1850. Security guy was very friendly.Drove over to the loading dock ( follow the colored lines on the pavement). Shunt driver came over and ask for p/u number and gave us an empty door. Unhooked trailer and waited for him to let us know trailer was ready. It took 45 min to get loaded !!!Very fast process.Left the Yard at 19.50.No complaints here.

Picked up 12-28-22. For dry van drivers picking up paper, and your address says 801, the electronic sign on mill road says all 801 trucks use gate 2, (which is up past the main gate ).If you have a dry van and go into gate 2, do not go onto their scale. The scale is for log and chip trucks only. They really do NOT want you on their scale. For dry van picking up at 801, best to go into the main gate, to the guard shack. The guard will direct you to gate 2, but he will give you a helpful MAP, and show you where the shipping office is.If you are in gate 2 with no map, bypass the scale, the road veers left, then right, then you see an electronic sign saying all 801 traffic stay right. Go in there where the docks are and park in the staging area. Shipping office there.Yeah, they make you drop it and leave the property. They text you when it is ready.

Loaded here, showed up 1 day early, had to drop trailer in empty row, yard dog hooked up to it immediately and took it to load it.Was told to leave premises and they would text or call when ready. 5 hours later I went looking for my trailer and found it loaded and sealed in ready row. No one called or text to let me know. But I was glad to get out of there a day early. Really good waffle restaurant in town with room for bobtail to park.

Fast unloading and loading they go by appointment. Do NOT ever take US 95 is wasting your time real bad road spead most of it 45 and sneaky road very dangerous to much pressure on the engine and wasting lots of Fuel please take the HWY I-84 OR ANY HWY even if you drive 100 miles more believe me I took more than 4 hours on US 95 is NOT WORTH ,ALSO you must have permit to drive on this road if your trailer 53 foot , you need permit if you use US 12 as well. You can purchase it on line.

Just believe in reviews, they are extremely slow. I picked up paper, spend 5.5 hours and was like happy for not longer( You have to drop your trailer and leave. They don't answer their phones. I came back to check my status after 5 hours waiting for the call and they have looked for my trailer for another 20 mins. That's right it's goofy place;(

Another goofy place. Not only do you have to unhook the trailer, but you are also not allowed to stand. I went to Walmart, it's good that it's not far away. 6 hours have passed and still no call from them.

Dropped off my empty at 7:45am for an 11am appt. Never got a call or text, maybe due to my poor signal in the area, so didn't know it was done until I called at 4pm. No clue when they had actually finished, the paperwork says it was printed at 11am though.

Fast drop and hook for me and the guards are always friendly. You can take 95 south to pick 84. There aren't any restrictions anymore. The road is not bad at all. There's one big mountain to come down and I had no problem coming down with 76,000 pounds. If your coming south from 90 to lewiston the road is good from that direction. When you get to lewiston there's a big ⛰️ to come down. It's scary but not that bad.

If you're on the fence about working here, just go ahead and apply. If you make it past the interview and into orientation and they tell you you're going to paper machines 1 or 2, or maybe worse..extruders...leave the room immediately. If you're not going to cpd don't bother working here. You will hate your life, believe me you will.

Staff here is so helpful. Easy for truckers to deliver here bc they have color coded areas showing where you need to go. Plenty of places to drop off empty trailers.

If you're in a 53-foot trailer do not repeat do not take the 95 south it is restricted to 48-foot trailers the fine is 270 oh, you have to go out to Washington with a big trailerThe shipping office will not tell you that Idaho. Officer said he sees many drivers that pick up there

All 53' trailers on route 12 need a permit that can be purchased at the truck stop for $23. We got a $250 fine and a moving violation. The people at the plant are OK as long as you call them before arriving there.

Streamline loading of consumer goods. Can arrive early. Drop trailer and yard guys movie around. You do not need a permit on 95. That ended a year ago in August.

All of the reviews on here are spot on. It is a terrible place to load. Checked in dropped trailer and waited at the truck stop for over 6.5 hrs.

I was here for delivery at around 5pm local time.Shunter on duty, who gives directions to drivers is totally unprofessional and misbehaving. Treats drivers as his servants.Administration should do something.

I was waiting 17 hours for the door...the loading took 30 min. And the lady in ofice gave me the papers and said, well it wasn't so bad? I said yeah, beside waiting 17 hours for door. Pathetic. And they didnt let me stay in their yard, they told me to go to truck stop, and come back at night, i came back only to be told to leave and come back in the morning...
