I frequent this business regularly, Jag & his staff are always attentive and courteous. I recently bought a refillable vape that stopped charging properly. When I went in to purchase a new one, Jag replaced vape free of charge and gave me a different brand. He definitely cares about quality and the customers always come first! Kid with blue hair was disrespectful to me when I don’t have a license and my little brother took me to get cigarettes. I couldn’t hand him my id and card cause I could not reach his hand threw the car to the window so my little brother(23yo) handed it to him to help. Told me he would not be selling to me unless my little brother showed id because my brother helped hand it to him no reason why he needs to see his id when it’s was my card and I’d and I’m the one who asked for cigarettes. You guys are gonna loose a lot of customers with him as an employee Very unprofessional and disrespectful

The drive thru is busy, but the gals here are quick and good cashiers so the line moves quickly. The prices are higher than the gas station, but u can stay in your vehicle, which is worth the extra. Very large variety of lighters, scratch tickets, and beverages-both alcoholic and non. Trivia question of the day wins you a free lighter with the correct answer.

The staff is always amazing. Helpful, answers questions. And pay attention to their customers enough to know who has a child that would love a free sucker and who's dogs want a dog treat. They always have it ready to go.

My husband and I buy lots of vape gadgets in here. Minimal selection but SUPER friendly and helpful and someone always has an opinion/always know what's in the store - even if the opinion is purely personal, and they don't know what everything in the store does. It's like I'm learning along with the staff whenever I go in! Hometown AF 8/10 would recommend, but don't get mad if they don't have your specific needs.

Love the ladies at BIG SMOKES !!! They have always been so friendly and fun. They have what I need/want, whatever...white claws, incense and smoke eaters.Hours are great and a drive thru for when I'm feelin lazy. Who could ask for more.Thank yall for being so convenient and easy.
