They have the best biscuits and gravy! Their deli is awesome 😎 and the workers in the deli are amazing especially the high school crew, it's great to see young workers dedicating their lives to part-time jobs to save for their first car or for college.

Buying baby food on my wic, wic said I was approved for the food but there system wouldn't take it. Everything has to be scanned, do Not have a scan gun. Check expiration date on some things.

1st time in the store, prices were good sales great! The clerks were very helpful, when I couldn't reacha product came & got them down for me. It has been years since I I had that kind of service.. They sacked my groceries, delivered them to my car & helped me load them. Wish you had more stars to give.

Valley Foods is the rapacious business enterprise of Donald Whipple, (aka "Donnie," "Shorty Whipple") also owner of Donald's Diner. By positioning his businesses to be almost the only option for groceries and prepared food in Lapwai, he has set the stage to control the flow of nutrition into people's homes. The fried foods in the deli are major contributions to the local diabetes epidemic, and by selling actual, nutritive foods at above fair market prices, but selling junk foods at affordable prices, people are forced to make compromising decisions regarding their family's health. The cycle of colonization continues, the gears of genocide grind slowly forward, and the genetic dispositions of the Nimiipuu people kill just as surely as a cavalry sword. Clean bathrooms, courteous staff.

For the size, the store is well stocked. You'll find variety of picnicking fair, "quick grab"for a fast meal or the run-of- the-mill items needed for your kitchen. The staff is friendly. The restroom is clean. Good stop off spot while traveling through.

The prices are higher on some (most) stuff, but they can afford to do that since it's the closest store for people in the area. Some of the checkers are nice, some... aren't. Deli is good. Please get black licorice ice cream!

It’s good when you’re in a rush to get something u really need and can’t make it into Lewiston. I love the workers especially Daylene who is very sweet and kind! I always have a different story to tell my fam when I return home from there!

The employees were friendly but if you're not driving through the town there's really no reason to go out of the way for this place it is quite conveniently located directly off of the highway so not a horrible place to stop.

Right off the hwy on your way out of Lewiston. Kind of pricey but has everything you need for your trip. Also has decent deli and WU service. Staff are very nice

Been around since the 1900's , they have a great deli, the hard ice cream is the best, the meat selection is actually very famous, and the produce section is always fresh.
