We had a great experience working with Logan today. Over the past two weeks, I have spoken with him in an attempt to locate a good priced top soil. He has been fabulous. We made our purchase today. Logan came out and helped me shovel the product into my transport bins. Very helpful. I will be doing business with these folks again. Thank you.

First off, the selection at this Zamzows is slowly growing! Found way more than I thought I would.We first went through the little greenhouse. I wanted to note that the local bumble bees are also a huge fan.As soon as we walked in the store, we were promptly approached by the staff. Caleb was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We left confident and informed about our purchases. While we were there, he assisted us with products for our cats, rats, and future fish. He had mentioned doing some training regarding some of the products they carry. I didn’t know they did stuff like that with their staff—super cool!We will definitely be back!!!

Got this heavy duty tomatoe cage for my cucumbers to climb it's working great! It was a bit expensive but I have a feeling I'll be using it for years to come.

Had a great experience at the KUNA Zamzows this most recent Sunday. The three employees working just before closing were all super helpful and very nice. They held the door open for me as I was getting my cart in from the outdoor garden area. I appreciated their care and helpfulness very much. I was so thrilled I asked for everyone’s names.Their star employee names are Logan, Caleb, and Malorri. They all deserve a good raise. Thanks Again Zamzows and thank these three specifically.Dustin

Went to fill propane, customer service was aweful. The kids working we're rude and disrespectful. The girl was training which was fine, but she was having issues, and my other half was trying to tell her why and she just stopped went inside sent someone else out who proceeded to tell him that she didn't appreciate him telling her what to do... WOW. Basically acting like we were doing them a favor by coming there. So not the Zamzows we have known in the past. To bad.. been going in there for over 20 years for various things, I have never had an issue. Sad Kuna has changed so much didn't expect Zamzows to though!! Unfortunately it's the second time in a week that this has happened with rude customer service. You can't pick and choose who you want to be nice to..

Every time I have sought expert advice I have been steered in the right direction. They specialize in what they sell rather than a big box store which is long on inventory but pathetically short on knowledge and customer service. Over the years the expert staff has provided solutions that are spot on the first time. They carry the items and brands they know are quality and reliable. Josh at the Kuna store cut through the sea of options and solved my big dog harness search in little more than a few minutes-once again, the right expert solution the first time. This has been my experience with rodent control, dog gastro-health issues and plants etc. Save yourself a lot of running around and shop with people that actually know their business. A great local company Idahoans should support.

I can't say enough good things for the Kuna Zamzows! Their entire staff is always friendly and happy to help me and listen to my concerns. Wonderful small town service you just don't get at the big box stores! Great products and they stand by them. Special shout-out to David who took time out after he got off work and on his own time to drive to my house and take a look at my lawn issues first hand. He wanted to make sure they were just not selling me more products if they did not work and wanted to ensure they are recommending the right products each time. Thanks so much! You will be my go to Zamzows for all my lawn and garden needs!

This store is wonderful! I walked in and was greeted by a friendly gentleman at the register. He asked what I was looking for and walked me right over to the item. He rang me up and I was out the door! Fastest trip ever! Super helpful staff. Wish I could give more stars. No one treats their customers like this anymore. With that trip I will be a long term customer. Thank you zamzows employees!

Kayla and her crew at the Zamzows in Kuna are amazing! Walked in sick with a heavy cold and didn’t have to lift a finger; they knew I wanted rabbit pellets and had them loaded in my car before I had to speak. Wonderful bunch down there!

I felt bad for the girl at the register... she had no clue what she was doing. She needed better training and not to be left alone at the store. Everyone that asked her a question got nothing in return. We kinda told her what to do and she agreed... very strange 🤔

The people in here know their stuff and if they're unsure they take the time to help you figure out what you need. They're super friendly and always have a smile on their face. I totally love going in there.

Very friendly staff, clean pet friendly store. A bit on the higher priced side. We compared pricing and on most items Zamzows was 2 to 3 dollars higher than other stores that are similar. Zamzows is local and they sell quality products.

They have a gentlemen that works at this location that is their "resident" expert on lawns. I showed him a couple of photos of my lawn issues and he suggested a special fertilizer/fungus killer and wow. Within three days my lawn looked fantastic!!!

Wow. If you have lawn issues or plants or trees that are having issues ask them. They helped save a tree of mine and got my lawn to look great. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Company seems legit, but this location frustrated me. Went in for some help and while I was waiting to talk with someone a women walked in a few min after me. The guy behind the counter (manager?) walked straight past me to ask her if she needed help. Ill head to the one in Meridian next time.

Efficient and has most of what you need. Staff frequently seems to be a bit less than friendly, but it doesn't affect their efficiency. Overall, I will continue visiting this location.

The staff is absputly amazing there. They have tons of knowledge and go out of their way to help with anything and everything. I have a tree frog that I foind in my garden, two cats and a dog. I bring my dog Sadie in the storw everytime and the staff love on her for ever and spoil her. Zamzows is a great company I am a firm believer in their brands. Sadie eats grandma zs and has healthy hair,skin and diet. Love you guys at zamzos in kuna

This is my favorite zamzows. The staff is the bees knees 😂 the only reason I ever go to meridian is because they do t sell rats here :/ and my snake George needs to eat lol
