This store is terrible with their sale pricing. Items will be clearly marked on sale with a big tag. It NEVER rings up at the sale price. So you tell the cashier that it is marked on sake but failed to ring up correctly. They never believe you and look at you like a deer in the headlights. If you press the issue to get them to fix the price they make you walk over there with them to show them the sale sign. Meanwhile, leaving an entire line of customers waiting to checkout. It so much hassle that I am going to stop shopping here. I would like to say it only happens rarely, but nope, EVERY single time.

I'm all the from rigby visiting kuna. I forgot my meds and called walgreens to see if I could get them transferred. They got everything done in the same day. I was the last customer, and they used great communication skills to let me know that they were taking care of me. I felt like I was in very good hands. Was very impressed by everyone working that night.

The Pharmacy Technician Janelle needs to keep her attitude in check. She was so rude to me when I picked up my dogs and my medication. If I asked her a question she would scoff and roll her eyes and she’ll do the same thing if I answered one of her questions she’ll do a scoff and be snarky. The pharmacist himself and staff outside the pharmacy were extremely nice and helpful. After that extremely rude encounter with Janelle I’m considering going to a different pharmacy.

I will no longer use this pharmacy. It was my preferred place to go until I needed a prescription badly and called to see how late the pharmacy was open.The recording said 7:00pm, so I had the prescription sent there.When I got there at 6:40pm, it was closed.That's not acceptable. If they closed early, shame!But if they regularly close earlier, then the recording should state accurately.

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. There’s literally 7 people behind the counter at the pharmacy and 5 of them are just talking to each other while these two poor ladies manning the checkout and the drive-thru are left to fend for themselves. I called ahead to try and deal with my problem so I wouldn’t have to drive here but I was left on hold for 15 minutes with two people ahead of me. Nothing changed the entire time I was on hold. I can see why. Lazy pharmacist lazy store managers and their favorites. AWFUL GO TO ANY OTHER PHARMACY. You’ll find nicer more efficient people on the side of the road.

Called and was on the phone for 45 minutes waiting still no one picked up. Got online ordered prescription refill After 3 days later they still didn't do it. Attitude at counter. Clearly need to hire more people.

Do not use for a Covid test! I, my wife and my kid all went in for a Covid test at 9:45am on 8/21/2021. It is now 8/25/2021 and we had not heard anything. When I call them to check on it I am informed that they were supposed to give us paperwork that would instruct us on how to check the results of the test. I think it goes without saying that they never gave us this paperwork, or told us that was how the system works. Not only that but I sat on hold for so long while they "tried to figure out what happened" that random people started answering the phone in different parts of the store, then the line went dead and I had to call back. Just for them to tell me that there is nothing they can do to get my results or to help me out. But of coarse they then offered to sell me a rapid test at full price. The gal even went so far as to say she (the one who manages the pharmacy) has no way of knowing what the Saturday crew does when she is not there. In my opinion if you manage something you are responsible for it. Period. Train your staff or if they are not trust worthy to be open without you, don't be open.

Worst experience ever with the current pharmacist, she was so belittling and rude to not only the staff but to me when I went in to get a flu shot and potential Covid booster shot today. It’s one thing to explain policies, but the manner that she dealt with me was so condescending and rude, there’s just no excuse.

The store is fine for typical transactions but the staff is easily confused if they have to think. I have an OTC card from my health care provider for non-prescription medication. The provider says that Walgreens honors the card but the young lady at the counter says "NO." Maybe it is some sort of joint scam? The health care provider put me on permanent hold when I called for help. No medicine and no information.

Since jen the pharmacist at walgreens has not been there, they have gotten to be so bad. My son had an allergic reaction to medication ( Yes i took him into the doctors ) but nothing was prescribed for his rash all over his body, so we asked the pharmacist what she though and she recommended benedryl .. she recommended 6 ML every 6 hrs, he is only 11 months old ! That's the dosage for a 6-11 yr old !! They also did not have his prescription both times they were sent to their pharmacy & it is one of the most common medications around. They lack communication, and had me waiting 1 hr and 30 minutes just to tell me that they didn't have a bottle for his prescribed amount. RIDICULOUS!

Sat in the pharmacy window for over 10 min and think I should have gone inside cause they dont pay attention to the drive thru. And then the guy that helped me wasn't very friendly. Very disappointed in the service here!

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude. Honestly I'll never return to walgreens again because of how they treat people. They judged me for my prescriptions and illnesses. Never again will I allow someone to make me feel bad about my diagnoses. Shame on the pharmacist.

Pharmacy staff is incompetent and rude. I take 6 medications each day. They treat their customers like drug addicts if they happen to take pain meds. I’ll be taking my business to Rite Aid on Eagle Rd. South of Overland from now on.They ran out of one of my medications so only gave me a partial and said it would be in on a Saturday. Well, they don’t get deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays. Waited until Monday, then wouldn’t give me the rest of my refill because of the date. HORRIBLE!

I don't know exactly who the pharmacy staff thinks that they are at this location but I was very saddened to be hung up on earlier by one of the pharmacy techs. I now refuse to do business with this pharmacy in the future even though they're the only pharmacy in my town . Whoever was working at 3pm on 06/26/17 in the pharmacy & took my call regarding a diabetic question....you should be ashamed of yourself & I hope this is not how you treat all of your customers that take 15 seconds of your time to ask a simple question :)

1) Loading money on my prepaid debit card is easier here than anywhere 2) the staff is super friendly 3) they saved me from getting scammed by mentioning that they saw a customer, a week prior, in my same circumstances, get scammed [by probably the same guy] 4) Thanks! 😊
